Tatsumaki is here, and she's floating around listlessly while she waits for King to answer the door. She’s never really been one to have any patience; she’s used to getting anything and everything she wants immediately, so to be kept waiting by a late King honestly got on her nerves. Nevertheless, he is the one person she’s willing too wait for and be patient with.  King is the only one out of the whole association she even respects; as far as she was concerned? Everyone else was incompetent, an idiot, or part of a total circus -- usually all three. So here she’s been, floating in front of his door for what feels like ages, and she’s about to rip the damn door off the hinges to get this waiting over with when suddenly, the door finally opens! 

The tornado of terror is really shocked when he finally does open it, surprise overtaking all her features .. and then she crosses her arms, emmitting a ‘hmph’. “Geez, about TIME you opened the door. Were you seriously going to keep me waiting all day? I have things to do too, you know.” She’s hovering over him, crossing her arms and getting all up in his space, glaring as hard as she can. But after a moment more of asserting her pissy dominance, she forces herself to peel away from him. She’s refusing to look him in the eye, and .. her cheeks are actually a bit heated, though if you pointed that out she’d never acknowledge it. She’s not actually here to terrorize or beat him down with verbal insults -- no, she respects him way too much to do that as it were, there’s no way that she was about to start being a bitch now.

She’s here to thank King for something he did for her. 

For making sure she was okay during that whole Garou shitshow, really, because she hasn’t been able to stop thinking about it since it happened. “There’s something I need to tell you. You should consider yourself lucky I’m even here, but it needs to be said in person.” She says, pausing. God, she doesn’t wanna do this, but she has to. She at least owes a thank-you to him, because he was the one competent fighter in that whole battle, and he did kind of save her ass.. And she has, admittedly, taken a little liking to him. Just a little. So .. here goes nothing!

She takes a deep breath, looking side to side, and finally .. she meets King’s gaze with a slightly softer expression than the annoyance she just held not even thirty seconds ago. “... Thank you. For making sure I was okay. And not being totally incompetent against that Garou freak. Even though I didn’t need you to and would have been just fine.” Aw .. see, was that so hard? No, it wasn’t for the typical person, but for Tatsumaki ... that’s a pretty big deal. At least she finally gave her thanks...?

[ HEADCANONS; THE SISTERS & PHYSICAL STRENGTH ]

on one hand, tatsumaki always skips leg day. in all seriousness, she very likely has poor leg strength and physical stamina because she floats herself everywhere. It’s realllly rare she ever actually walks, so like .. if you catch her trying to walk like a normal person she is out of breath within a very short time frame. She’s very petite and lacks a lot of muscle strength, and the only strength she may possess lies within her ESP powers. Figures that she doesn’t need to be super buff or physically strong with her ESP powers. So, she’s also avoided a LOT of working out. she’s as thin and strong as an uncooked spaghetti noodle w/o her ESP tbqh.

on the other hand, fubuki never skips leg day. She wants to be the very opposite of her sister in every way, but also, she does not see the need in making herself leviate everywhere all the time. Sure, she is considerably weak compared to her sister, but honestly? she doesn’t care. she’s friendlier, more subtle in the ways she tries to get what she wants, and relies on friends; all of which her sister does not and is not doing by choice. She’s made a point to walk as much as she can everywhere and do everything herself AND work out in her free time; in terms of physical strength, fubuki is VERY surperior. She’s pretty damn strong, she doesn’t just rely on her ESP alone like tatsu.
