Oh and if literal grass-touching IS viable, I also advocate for touching invasive grass. Many parks in the US have invasive plant removal volunteer work days. You get some air and some exercise and you can talk to other volunteers if you want or you can just march off into the trees on your own and start wreaking havoc with various hand tools. If you want to do something that is both useful AND destructive, I have found nothing better

He claws at the floor, leaving the vastness of space in the scratch marks, as this happens you get a text notification. The light streaming into the station from outside the windows has turned green. You get up from your seat with a headache, a different strange man jumps into your seat from behind, as you stare at your hands a sword appears, what do you do?

i love that kate stewart has just been appearing EVERYWHERE recently. unit shut down in the first new years special and we all went 'ah fuck' and then a couple years later she is appearing in every second episode. i love her for it. more please
