Frankly I advocate holding every man and boy responsible for any sexual harassment he perpetrates, no matter why he’s doing it, and regardless of his understanding of the effects. Like even if a little boy doesn’t have sexual intentions when he’s pulling a girl’s dress up, he has to be made to stop and informed it’s inappropriate, why it’s inappropriate, and shown that bad behaviour has consequences, immediately. The consequences should vary according to level of understanding obviously, but there must always be consequences.

You can’t pussyfoot around the safety of women and girls to protect predators and budding predators.
