Waiting for my first PT appointment now. Back surgery was December 31st. Hoping for a new lease on life with the ability to participate in physical activity again. Afraid I won’t be able to run anymore. Hoping for the best.

Realized today that I am great at matchmaking. But not traditionally speaking. I take my friends and introduce them to other friends and they become best friends. And then I become an old friend often forgotten. Hell, I even introduced my ex husband to my ex best friend and that’s how they became my exes....
