"Hey, doc. You got any bandages? I, uh, mighta had an accident in th' kitchen. Those knives need t' be sharpened." He held his bleeding hand, wrapped in a kitchen towel. "Also, I might need stitches..."

The metallic shrill of the med bay doors opening up caught the Medics attention. Eye’s glanced up at the sudden intrusion through the rim of his glasses as his fingers ceased toying with the cadaver on the examination table. 

“Unfortunate…” He mumbled. Whether the comment be pointed towards the soldier and his wound or the disruption of his experiment, only the doctor will know. 

“Vell, come over and here let me see.” His statement was curt and to the point, showing his displeasure in being interrupted for such a trivial matter. Hands pulling away from the deceased body, the medic moved away from the table and towards a counter to change out his soiled gloves.

Vengeful

“You have chosen a very strong emotion zhere. Vengeance runs deep within me and I have many, many memories to show for it. For now, we shall keep it at one.” The medic pushed his glasses up higher on the bridge of his nose before continuing on, his mind now recollecting the images of his past.

“Vhen I vas younger, my parents brought home a stray cat off zhe streets. It was a feral and mangy mess that I wanted no part in as I had mein Bird to look after. I begged them to get rid of zhe zhing, but we kept the four legged beast, and not even zhe next day, it had gotten mein bird.” 

A faint smile crept up onto his face as the memory played through his mind, while his lips retold the story. 

“A few days later, I killed zhe cat and did an ‘autopsy’ on it, being sure to write down every little detail I could find out about it’s skeleton, muscles and organs. Vhat a day is vas. So not only did I get revenge for my dear bird, but I also found vhere my spark started for surgery and discovery.”

I rarely expect to get more than a handful of followers on my blogs so when i actually broke 100 I was shocked- especially since I don’t really ever do anything here lmao. Anyway, in appreciation, I wanted to hold a little giveaway as a way to say ‘thanks for putting up with me’
