My Great, great, great, great, great grandfather signed the Declaration of Independence.
Tumblr media
If you don’t know this yet!
My Great, great, great, great, great grandfather signed the Declaration of Independence. You can see his signature at the bottom of the next to last column on the document, signed as in the picture below. My mother’s maiden name was Clark so I am a direct descendent to this great patriot.
(The following is from a speech given by Rush Limbaugh Sr.)
Of those 56 who signed the Declaration of Independence, nine died of wounds or hardships during the war. Five were captured and imprisoned, in each case with brutal treatment. Several lost wives, sons or entire families. One lost his 13 children. Two wives were brutally treated. All were at one time or another the victims of manhunts and driven from their homes. Twelve signers had their homes completely burned. Seventeen lost everything they owned. Yet not one defected or went hack on his pledged word. Their honor, and the nation they sacrificed so much to create, is still intact.
And, finally, there is the New Jersey signer, Abraham Clark.
He gave two sons to the officer corps in the Revolutionary Army. They were captured and sent to that infamous British prison hulk afloat in New York harbor known as the hell ship “Jersey,“ where 11,000 American captives were to die. The younger Clarks were treated with a special brutality because of their father. One was put in solitary and given no food. With the end almost in sight, with the war almost won, no one could have blamed Abraham Clark for acceding to the British request when they offered him his sons’ lives if he would recant and come out for the King and parliament. The utter despair in this man’s heart, the anguish in his very soul, must reach out to each one of us down through 200 years with his answer: "No.”
The 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence proved by their every deed that they made no idle boast when they composed the most magnificent curtain line in history. ‘And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.“
Have a Great 4th of July everyone!

It amazes me the post that Tumblr won't let me like or share.
The thoughts of Teddy Roosevelt in the meme above said something like this: a man who stumbles should be helped up, but he should not be carried. To carry him is both destructive to you and him. His is a weight that you were not designed to carry. To carry his weight he becomes dependent upon someone other than himself and that is destructive to his nature. (Or something like that)
Why would one want to silence such thoughts? Could it be that they don't want you living up to what Nature had intended for you? Could they wish that you would become dependent upon them? Do you suspect that they think that they should be your MASTER and they want you unfit for freedom?
Below you will find more posts with thoughts along these same lines that Tumblr wishes you would see or consider. Shame on you Tumblr and the government sheman monitoring my page.

The television has told the American People a different story.
When I was a kid my mother would ask if I was telling a "Story" when she suspected that I was lying.
The media tells "Stories" every day. They are controlled by the same people who facilitated the theft of our nation so many years ago.
For those who are still capable of independent thought we really did have it better under Trump's leadership. Wages were up, employment was up, housing was affordable, energy way cheap, new ventures were starting all over America. America had become a land of opportunity again.
Opportunity is what this nation is supposed to offer.
But because of the brainwashing Americans no longer want opportunity. What America wants from their government today is the same thing necessary for slave ownership. Americans want jobs, housing, and healthcare. They want to be relieved of their responsibility and they want master to take care of them. Just check their teeth and pat them on the bum when you send them to your cotton fields. That's what America wants today. They are no longer fit for freedom.

Stop! Your logic is scaring the liberals. They are not accustomed to sound logic. It frightens them.
On top of that you trace this logic back to a Founding Father? Have you no shame? There is probably a dozen liberals pissing themselves in a corner somewhere because of this.
Keep up the good work!

So, wouldn't a liberated zone on American soil taken by American citizens have to have been taken through an act of insurrection?
If I recall properly, these people actually had guns and they posted guards, built walls and barricades and they actually killed people for violating their new laws and rules.
I don't know about you, but that sounds like an insurrection to me.
Any liberal care to respond to "The Summer of Love's insurrection? Or have you conveniently forgotten about this? Maybe the television has erased it from your mind?
Liberalism is a mental disorder.

The failure to look at the world as it really is is a flaw in every ism. Thinking that people are inherently good or inherently evil will lead to extremes that neither good nor bad people could tolerate.
What people really are is inherently self-serving. As well as being inherently unique. Individual wants and desires are not the same. Isms seek to restrict this individuality. Isms in all forms. Isms should be avoided like dog poo.
Anarchists and Communists both fall under the same folly: "If everyone would just" Everyone will not just. They never have and never will. This is a universal truth from the very foundation of humanity itself and it will never leave us. Everyone. Will Not. Just.
Pretty much exactly yes.
People crave structure in general. The idea of a world with no systems is a utopian dream people are screaming about watching while but understanding it can't and never will happen.

Liberals have forgotten this, but they are convinced that unarmed people tried to overthrow the government on Jan 6th.
Liberalism is a sign of mental weakness.

"even gives you the energy to carry on working throughout the night" . Truth in advertising, but fails to mention that you will be a toothless, homeless, vagabond in less than a year, or that you will work through the night because you are unable to shut down and sleep. The drug will convince you of your superior intelligence while getting you "Stuck on stupid"
I got the term "Stuck on stupid" from a very reliable source who had to get off the drug the hard way. I'm very proud of the man he has become today.
