That's what I think too, but Knights did have a rough patch during the regular season, so if they start slippin' and Dallas takes advantage, then that'll be that. I wanna see 'em get the sweep, but can't get ahead of ourselves just yet.

I do dig my football, but readily admit I'm more of a hockey guy than anything else. Mmhm, football's more of a one and done sorta thing, since you're out once you lose. Hockey's a series of best of seven rounds, so a team can start off hot before shittin' the bed and losin' their spot, or they can completely sweep their opponent by goin' 4-0, or it could be a back and forth the entire way, with 'em needin' to go the full seven games. Think that's why it has a leg up on football when it comes to being on the more excitin' side. It's only confusing when you're first learnin', darlin'. You do you, 'course, but I'll answer any questions you may have. In the meantime, I'll say that Vegas is halfway there since they won last night. They're leadin' the series 2-0 right now, so we'll see if they can keep it up and go for the easy sweep.

I'm nothin' if not a creature of habit, heh. Oh, definitely. I dig regular hockey, 'course, but shit certainly ramps up once the post-season kicks off. And yeah, Knights are the reigning Stanley Cup Champions, so you know they're hopin' to go two years in a row. Ain't gonna be easy, but those Golden Misfits have been shatterin' expectations since they came into existence. Hey, if you've gotta opening in your schedule for the time being, why not look into takin' up new hobbies? In this case, watchin' hockey, 'cause playoffs would be a great time to get into it.

Depends on how hard Dallas fights back, but I'd say they're off to a good start. Sure we'll have a better idea of how things are gonna go after tonight's game, but I say Knights got it.

Been a doozy of a weekend so I'm a couple days late, but the reignin' Stanley Cup Champions are headin' to the post-season! Can't wait to enjoy some playoff hockey.

That just shows how dedicated you were to makin' shit happen. Leavin' home's a big step in the first place, so doing that when you're the first outta your family to leave the area must've been even more so. Think that shows you're more than capable of gettin' through any sorta set back that comes your way, so try not to get too worried. Stay positive, 'cause at the end of the day a lotta what we do is a mental game. If you let yourself get worked up over it or start panickin' 'bout things that haven't come to pass, then you're more likely to start actin' timid or hesitant, and there's no room for that when you're out there in front of the crowds. Trust the docs, and more importantly, trust yourself, 'cause in the end no one knows you better than yourself. Said it before, but you've gotta good head on your shoulders, so you'll know whether you need to step back or not. And hey, there's no need to apologize, darlin'. I don't mind at all. 'Fact, I can say I felt honored that you trusted me enough to talk 'bout it. Wish it hadn't have happened, 'course, but I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to talk to me.
