im honestly tired of life right now. I keep on relapsing on cvtting, and my stepmom said it's just because I'm looking for attention. Also ive self h@rmed so much that my parents don't even care anymore. And Im so scared of going back to a mental hospital that I lied on my questionnaire for my psychiatrist. I don't know what to do, and all I do is continue to relapse, and I'm always skeptical about my therapist, so I don't tell her much. I just don't know what I should do, and it feels like I've been stuck in a dark hole for over 2 years now, and it just keeps getting bigger.
