CRESCENT CREEK CEMETERY

Legend has it that early settlers of Willow Creek had to bury their dead in above-ground tombs because of the area’s high water table. As notable families grew in affluence over generations, prestigious vaults were built to house the remains of their deceased. These unique above-the-ground tombs have earned the cemetery the macabre nickname, “the City of the Dead.”

Present day burials are few and far between, as descendants of only a small few of the founding families continue to reside in Willow Creek—the Goth family most notable among them. Today, most visitors to the cemetery are tourists, curious teens, or wayward ghost hunters, though it’s rumored that the living dead can be seen emerging from their vaults to stalk the living in the dead of night.

Twin Pines Shopping Center

Copperdale is underway! It's one of my favorite worlds and I've been looking forward to revamping it to match the high school. I think the world will have mostly community lots, but there will still be places for your sims to settle. I get big Twin Peaks, Riverdale American "every town" vibes from it so I'll be carrying that over into Newcrest for V2. Think Northern cities- Seattle, Portland, Detroit, Buffalo, etc.

From left to right, we have a sketchy insurance place, a charity shop, and a bubble tea store. Just like Bayou Sentinel and Antiques, this can function as a library or a thriftea.

The Sims 2 Inspired UI for The Sims 4

After making my own UI override, I've been itching to look back in time and try to recreate The Sims 2 UI in TS4, and here it is!

I tried to capture the look & feel as best as possible, so I hope you can enjoy this mod and reminisce a bit c:

General Info

PC: 1.105.345.1020 / Mac: 1.105.345.1220 Older game versions will not work with this mod.

UI overhaul in the style of The Sims 2's UI.

Over 500+ additional icons recolored for CAS & BuildBuy!

Sims 2 style cursor recolors.

Most text are kept in their original color, though they might get changed/updated down the line.

To install:

// Main mod

Download & extract the zip file within your Mods folder.

Install the latest UI Cheats Extension mod and make sure it loads after the Sims 2 UI mod. Current version needed: v1.40

// Extras

Loading screen: download only one loading screen file. Available in: 4:3 - 16:9 - 16:10 aspect ratio.

Opening screen: file to replace the intro TS4 screen. Choose the file that pertains to your game language.

TS2 Cursor: recolored TS4 cursor to match with TS2's cursor. Unfortunately, some cursors are missing their recolors (rotate cam & grab+arrows in CAS).

EA Notif: optional file if you prefer to keep the notification in its original color scheme.

[Build] Golden Lily Hotel & Restaurant [DL]

Hi! I made another build for my save and I decided to share this one here too. The hottest spot and the tallest building in game where you can enjoy the city view of Del Sol Valley from up. The build functions as restaurant but you can turn it into rental lot or residental rentals.

Inside the building included:

Restaurant with luxurious bar, lounge, and VIP seats.
