Could Monoma utilize Dabi’s quirk?

So we’re told quirk factors are things that enable one’s ability to use their quirk.

Like Bakugou’s quirk is explosion but the quirk factor is an immunity to his own explosions.

Similarly Dabi has the quirk to create fire but does not have the quirk factor to protect him against it since he inherited his mother’s “constitution”.

We see Monoma can use Bakugou’s quirk without blowing himself up which leads me to believe he copies the factors as well.

So if Monoma was to copy Dabi’s quirk, would he also roast himself alive when trying to use it?

So my hero academia season 5 is all about 1-A vs 1-B and yknow what we need? Picture Monoma touching Deku so he can steal his quirk and ‘prove he’s better than 1-A’ or some shit. He goes to use it and instantly shatters at least 3 bones. Many of his classmates crowd around him to see if he’s okay while he just curls up on the ground, staring at Midoriya, utterly and completely horrified.
