Haruka:

Haruka is not the type of person who cares that much about fashion, but he does like seeing how happy you are to indulge in it

He's mesmerized watching you do your makeup and nails, always curious how you manage to do them with so much skill

He doesn't have the best relationship with jewelry, but he likes to fidget with yours. He barely notices it most of the time

He doesn't really enjoy shopping much either, but he'll be very willing to go along with you if he gets to see how happy you are with your new outfits

Overall, he's very supportive of you and whatever makes you happy, even if he doesn't entirely understand it <3

Shidou:

Shidou kind of pays attention to his fashion, but it's definitely not to your level. Plus, he's in his scrubs more often than not

He delights in watching you do your makeup and nails, often sitting beside you as you do them. If you need a precise touch, he's your man!

I can see him liking jewelry on you, and he'll go out of his way to buy you new ones. His heart swells whenever you wear them!

Mikoto:

Mikoto is probably the most interested in fashion out of everyone, especially with him working in a field similar to it

He'll sometimes ask if he can help you with your makeup or nails. He's definitely sloppy at the start, but he gets good really fast!

He really likes earrings, and usually buys matching ones for you both! He also loves how other jewelry looks on you!

It depends on the day, but he'll usually tag along when you go shopping, if only to see you be happy

With all the varying traditions that came with people of different ages, cities, and families in MILGRAM, one of the few things that everyone seemed able to agree on doing together was baking cookies. Mahiru had everyone together in the kitchen, different areas organized into little task forces, everyone with a different mission, like some sort of assembly line. Everyone had been set in pairs, decided by Mahiru herself, and you found yourself next to the one and only prisoner 009, ingredients for icing scattered about in front of you.

You’d taken yourself up with reading over the instructions Mahiru had given you, struggling for a moment to decipher her cursive handwriting when you felt a sudden weight on your shoulder.

“Mikoto..?”

“Mmm.” He simply let out something of a tired grumble before sort of… nuzzling his face into your shoulder, arms wrapping around your waist. It made sense for him to be sleepy considering the overall lack of sleep each of the guilty prisoners had been experiencing, but the non-verbal response left you immediately confused.

“Miko-”

“Shut up and let me have this for a moment, okay?” 

His voice was a low grumble, barely audible so that just you could hear it. You couldn’t see his face all that well from the way he held you from behind, but you could almost feel his expression against your shoulder- tired, slightly disgruntled, and very much not in the mood for idle chit-chat. Certainly not the Mikoto you were used to, and you could feel the difference in him.

You let out a sigh and the little voice in your mind telling you to keep up with whatever Mahiru had wanted you to do caved completely. 

“...Is everything okay..?” Your voice was timid as you spoke, quiet and cautious since you could tell it wasn’t Mikoto you were talking to, and again you felt his arms tighten around you.

“....Tired.” You could feel him nuzzle into your shoulder again, and tried desperately to ignore the way your stomach fluttered. You shifted in his hold, and immediately you could feel him gripping at your shirt. “Don’t go.” His voice was uncharacteristically soft as it brushed against your neck from where he was, and you couldn’t help but notice a tinge of an almost lonely sound in the way he spoke. One of his hands, which had been resting on your waist up until now, reached out lazily until it brushed against your own, and he intertwined his fingers with you. His hands were unreasonably warm, and your attention was immediately caught off guard with the way a flush fell over your features.

“You good?” His voice was gruff, almost questioning your behavior as if it was perfectly normal for him to be clinging to you like this.

You took a moment to respond, your breath catching itself in your throat and your free hand fidgeting with the hem of your shirt. “Y- Yeah. Yeah, I’m fine.” There was a sort of contented sigh from him, nuzzling himself into your shoulder once again, and you could hear a tired smile in his voice.

“It’s cool if i fall asleep on you, right?”

You were in for quite a ride.

You walked into Mikoto's cell while carrying a tray of food. There, Mikoto was laying in his bed as his eyes were puffy from leftover tears. His cell was a mess, it was disheartening to see Mikoto sleeping in such a state.

You placed the tray of food on the table that was sitting at the corner of the room and sat on Mikoto's bed. Mikoto's expression was uncomfortable, stressed, and upset.

Even in his sleep he couldn't rest peacefully. Having these horrible thoughts running around his mind, especially after kotoko's attack. It doesn't matter if he doesn't remember anything, the bruises and wounds were still laying all over his body.

You moved his bangs behind his ear to take a better look at him, you were worried. Worried about how things will turn out for him, for everyone.

As you were too busy playing with his hair, Mikoto's eyes slowly open, groaning as he does. You took your hand off of his head and waits for him to realize his surroundings.

When he saw you sitting on his bed, he asked why you were in his cell, sitting up as he does. When he made groaned at the pain of his wounds you rush to try and hell him, before being stopped by Mikoto himself.

"I'm fine.. I'll be fine." He looks at his wound, before giving you a weak smile. Painful. It was painful to see him smile like that. It was still all a shock to you.

Everything went by too quickly. And now the four prisoners, including Mikoto, was terribly injured, whether it was mentally or physically. As Mikoto was still staring at his wound, you asked him to stay in his cell for a minute.

After a while you came back with a medical kit that you borrowed from shidō. Startled, Mikoto quickly asks you to let it be, and how he was okay and didn't need any help. You didn't believe him for a second, and went to sit beside him.

As you opened the med kit, Mikoto was fiddling around with his fingers. A look of guilt can be seen on his face. You felt angry that he had the audacity to feel bad at all, but bitter that he feels bad for receiving help.

You placed the bandages on his shoulder and neck, then a cloth strip on his arm. Grabbing a cotton and pouring some alcohol on it you dabbed the cotton ball onto the covered wounds.

Mikoto groaned for a bit before accepting the pain. As you two sat in semi-comfortable silence, Mikoto opened his mouth

"Thank you.. For helping me. And I'm sorry for wasting your time this like." He looked down. You stared at him feeling irritated, then exclaimed how he doesn't need to apologize for anything.

Mikoto was about to protest before shutting his mouth, not wanting to say something bad on accident. A few seconds passed by and you were done.

Mikoto looked at his wounds before softly smiling. "Thank you.. I don't know what I'd do with you." He said while feeling a little flustered. He looked at the table and saw the tray of food.

"Did you.. Bring that to?.." You nodded.

"Ah.. I'm so sorry. I-" before he could finish his sentence he saw you glare at him, waiting for him to finish his sentence. He quickly stopped before awkwardly smiling.

"Thank you, you.. Really are amazing.." He rests his head onto your shoulder. He doesn't want to leave your side, even if it was a sin. Then he would gladly be viten guilty at all times.

Worries if there's some sort of epidemic breaking out with you and Yuno; Shidou reassures him its not really for a medical reason. He's not too scared after that.

Tries to talk to you still. If you push him away, he'll still try. He's gotten a little more confident since the first trial.

If you want him to leave you alone for realsies, just tell him. He won't bother you. Not directly <3

S. MAHIRU

Feels partly responsible for it. Like her injuries freaked you out, or that she said something wrong.

Doesn't really know why she's so bothered by it. She has Yuno to keep her company, right? she's worried that she's being greedy by wanting you to talk to her too.

Mappi tries to get you some kind of gift in hopes that it's going to make you feel better. She ends up only being able to get her hands on a tomato, but its the thought that counts! right?!

If you're still unphased she might genuinely lose her mind. Its not love, is it..? no, no! she's just worried! she's being a good friend!

doesn't notice until she overhears another prisoner (probably mahiru) talking about it.

she hasn't been quite herself either, but among the many conflicting voices in her head she decides that she should at least try to talk to you. why wouldn't she? you're her favorite out of everyone in this prison.

she's still polite as ever. even when you're both clearly in some distress.

"reader, are you okay?"

if you assure her you're fine, she won't push any further. if you just shrug her away — she'll start including your name in her prayers. every single one.

Its not a giant deal to him. He's awake for most of the night and he's a remarkably light sleeper, he's there for you if you wake up after a nightmare.

Lets you sleep on his lap or on his shoulder, on the off chance that it might help.

Pats you in your sleep, as gently as he possibly can whenever he notices you squirming. He only hopes that its comforting you, he doesn't want to wake you up.

At least one of you is getting some sleep.

🔥 At first, Fuuta seems like a guy straight from a romance book. The type of guy that make you laugh, has values you agree with, protective, and secretly caring underneath his tsundere act

🔥 Sure he was a bit....possessive seeing other men ogle over you, but it was natural to get jealous if your partner was being flirted with...right?

🔥 Not to this extent...not that you would know his true colors, at least not so earlier. He's better at hiding his yandere side better than the others, but that still doesn't mean you're safe

🔥 He knows your address before you even invited him over, all your favorite medias, where you've been that day, what plans you have next week, what school you study at, what you're studying, your ex partners, etc.

🩺 Much like Fuuta, he initially seems like a guy out of a romance movie. The perfect, ideal man if you will

🩺 His true nature shows when he kidnaps you. And unlike Haruka and Fuuta, it was 100% premeditated. He already had plans for you two to start a family with each other, it was bound to happen anyways!

🩺 Though he does act like you two have been married since the beginning. He doesn't get mad over hateful words you might say out of anger, cause he knows it'll 'take some time for you to adjust'

🩺 If you're more of a crier though, he'll console you and offer you comfort. You're suppose to love him at the end of the day, not act like he's a monster!

🩺 He does get tired of resistance after a while, especially when he just wants to love you. Shidou is naturally a patient person, but even he has his limits

🩺 Punishments will often be sneaky though. A subtle 'win' for him that makes you spend more time with him whether you like it or not. He's not one to be cruel for the sake of pure sadism. Such as drugging you to make you sick so you have no choice but to let him take care of you or just locking you in your shared bedroom

🩺 And yes. The man will 100% try to baby trap you

🖌️ Obsessive/Clingy type

🖌️ Probably one of the most harmless ones, but take that with a grain of salt...

🖌️ He doesn't have to stalk nor try to woo your heart in an overly dramatic way. Mikoto is already a naturally charismatic guy that wants to be friends with everyone. Though....it's subtle he's giving you 'special treatment'

🖌️ He smiles wider when he's with you or his hugs are a few seconds longer than with his other friends. He's even willing to put down work for you and make sacrifices, just because you need something

🖌️ He already loses a lot of hours of sleep, but with you preoccupying his mind? Dude is, quite literally, not getting even a wink of sleep

🖌️ Before you two become friends, he likes to print out pictures from your social media and stare at them as he pins them to his wall. Not really stalking, I mean...they were already public, right?

🖌️ Though when you two do become close, he likes to secretly take photos of you, but feign innocence if you happen to ask him about that candid photograph of you. You just happened to be in the frame!

🖌️ Monopolizes all of your time so that you're stuck to him like glue. Would even introduce you as his romantic partner, and if you gave him a confused look, he'd laugh it off as a light-hearted joke or playfully get hurt that you don't love him

🖌️ And honestly, the fact that he wants to control your time is probably the only scary thing about Mikoto, at least Mikoto alone.....
