man I've just gotta say, based on some of the shit I'm seeing some other white minorities say...

I'm disabled, mentally ill, lesbian, and nonbinary. the liklihood of me being targeted and abused by cops is pretty high.

however.

my white skin is still a buffer. there is a black person out there with every single target i have, and they don't have that buffer.

a cop might look at my skin and give me a pass when they otherwise wouldn't offer it to black people.

your other issues and identities and issues do not "cancel out" your white privilege, y'all need to cut that shit out.

Musician Lizzo has taken a break from her gigs in Australia to lend a helping hand as the country’s worst bushfire crisis continues. The 31-year-old “Good As Hell” hitmaker spent time volunteering at Melbourne’s Foodbank on Wednesday, helping package food hampers for those who’ve been affected by the devastating fires.
