" CAN YOU SEE KEVIN CARVING A PUMPKIN ? " Personally, he thought it would be a hilarious shock to Kevin's perceived cool guy status if Gwen were to capture a picture of Kev carving a pumpkin. "You know him as well as I do if not better. Right now he's probably perched underneath that car making some kind of repairs or juicing it up somehow. That or trying to get his hands on some alien tech we won't know about until he randomly brings it up several months from now."

The standard affair for Kevin Levin.

Ben's tongue poked out just a little as he finished his masterpiece. Leaning back he tilted his head as he surveyed his handy work. A far cry from Gwen's master work, a simple cute alien verses whichever scene she decided to recreate from Nightmare Before Christmas. Yet something he could be proud of.

"Yeah I'm sure he'd rather be wearing pumpkin guts with us than working on his precious ride because of a picture," Ben said with a laugh. "I'm imagining he'd try to carve his car in his pumpkin."

❝ YOU KNOW ME, GO BIG OR GO HOME ! ❞ a snort followed by her vibrant grin as she diligently worked, putting the stencil over the front. A simple pumpkin design wouldn't do for her standards, not when she usually went all out for Halloween and like things in great detail to reflect her vision. ❝ I like that, super cute, can't wait to see it finished. ❞

It would be miles easier if she just used her powers to carve out the design, in minutes she could have the entire process completed, but Gwen never liked taking the easy route.

Knife in hand, she began the actual carving process.

❝ So Kev didn't want to join the fun, huh ? ❞ he was probably doing maintenance on his car, as usual, avoiding any lame Tennyson bonding time. She paused her movements for a second, picking up her phone to take a quick snap of her and Ben at the table to send to their big bad broody teammate. ❝ He's going to regret missing out. ❞

BEING FAMOUS HAD A few drawbacks including being unable to hang out with Gwen in public without them eventually being hassled by someone. Both had their claims to fame and plenty of people were more than willing to interrupt whatever they were doing because of it. A quiet hangout was one of the things he missed the most so this was just what the doctor had ordered.

Ben made a face as he got the remaining pumpkin guts and seeds out. He'd spent too long dealing with various types of unidentified alien goop if he was drawing parallels between them and the gunk out of a pumpkin.

"Whoa, slow down GWENDOLYN PICASSO," he said laughing. "Thought we were carving pumpkins here not trying to outdo Tik Tok artists here." Head tilted as he focused on his pumpkin, finding a marker so he could start drawing out his cutting lines. "I think a Lilo and Stitch design would be great, a non-Omnitirx-related alien that's also super adorable."

Ben was invited to at least dozens of parties around the year and normally just around the time he decided to enjoy one for a change something came up that ate up his time. Fortunately, during this holiday season, he was capable of making a few appearances. Loved hitting spots where people really knew how to just unwind. Stuffed enough that he could go without too much attention. What he hadn't expected was someone tugging him towards the dance floor - bad choice.

"Are you sure you want to do this," he questioned with an uneasy laugh. "I'm known for a lot of things but good moves on the dance floor has never quite made the list. Maybe I can interest you in an eating competition. I can take down just about anyone when it comes to eating chili fries."
