Guys, the tickets sales of the eras tour has been nothing but chaotic so far. The ticket companies responsible for the sale in Brazil its "Tickets 4 Fun" and there not doing anything to support the people trying to buy the tickets.

Scalpers are the main issue, they're threatening the people on queues on the face-to-face sales on the box office of the stadiums. The event organization didn't try to do anything to give any sense of security or even acknowledge the problem. People on the beginning of the queue are being pushed to end so the scalpers can be at beginning.

Some people are reporting that the box office's employees are helping the scalpers.

SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES ON GENERAL SALES

"Hey, that's Taylor, she can sold out stadiums concerts in ten minutes" People on the online queue on number 2000 or something didn't get a chance to buy any tickets, but how? She had 3 concerts announced, 2 of 55.000 people and 1 with 60.000 people capacity, how does someone who's 22 people away from buying can't because all the more than 100.000 tickets are sold out??? It doesn't make any sense

We've been trying to get Taylor Nation to give us any attention but they didn't acknowledge any of the swifties claims for help. So there's 2 new dates, but honestly we are not very hopeful of getting a xhance to go. It's been more than 10 since Taylor's been to Brazil, and she never even had any concert here, this our first chance of seeing her live and experience it with each other but that chance it's been taken from us and no one seems to care but ourselves.

Please help us get attention from Taylor Nation to do something for us.

Taylor Swift fans in Brasil reportedly faced threats of violence from scalpers while waiting in line to purchase tickets for the singer’s upcoming “Eras Tour” shows in the country.

According to multiple Brasilian news outlets, scalpers repeatedly attempted to cut in line for tickets sold in both São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Some fans reported being threatened with weapons, including metal clubs. A 19-year-old fan named Rylie Nef told Joven Pan that he received verbal threats from a group of scalpers who informed him they intended to “beat these fags to death.”

Other fans claimed seeing scalpers disguise themselves as senior citizens or people with disabilities in order to get preferential access in the ticket line.

Police were repeatedly called to both locations, but offered little assistance, according to O Globo. Swift fans also sought to raise awareness of the issue by launching the hashtag “T4F QUEREMOS RESPEITO,” which was directed at Brasilian concert promoter T4F.

Along with shows in Mexico and Argentina, Taylor Swift’s upcoming visit to Brasil marks the first international dates of “The Eras Tour.” It also marks the singer’s first time playing shows in Brasil since 2012.

I'm so heartbroken actually, because I've been a fan of Taylor Swift since I was around 13 years old (I'm 27 now) and she had never performed in my country before... The Eras Tour was supposed to be my - and many other fan's - chance to attend her concert, but the entire experience turned into a nightmare.

Both the virtual and in-person lines were invaded by scalpers. Fans got threatened with violence and sexual assault, a minor was pushed and hurt by one of them, the virtual line was basically overtaken with bots and AI... even people who were supposed to get tickets because they were at the front of the line, or because they got a high number on the virtual line, didn't.

Nearly all the tickets were purchased by Scalpers. It sold out in less than ten minutes, and yet barely any brazilian fan was able to purchase them... And the Scalpers are already re-selling them. I just saw >three< tickets on re-sale for around R$ 57 k (roughly $ 11.7k in american dollars), when they should cost R$ 2.250,00 ($ 462,54 again, in american dollars).

They announced an extra date but this will only happen again... The company responsible for the event is doing nothing, local autorities are doing nothing... this is so frustrating.

I have zero hope to attend her concert. I've been waiting to see her since I was a teenager and now I won't. I'm on the verge of tears. It's one thing to not get a ticket because other fans got them first... I could be okay with that. But no fan is getting a ticket. And the ones who did, were only able to do so due to the Lover Fest Cancelled Tickets pre-sale (I couldn't afford the tickets back then in 2019, so I wasn't able to buy one either).

I'm sorry for the long vent.

I'm just so sad and angry and frustrated right now. This isn't fair. No one is doing anything to prevent something that is very preventable, actually.

Today I tried to buy tickets for The Eras Tour in Brazil and I couldn't make it. And many other people couldn't either even though their places in line were less than 30. Scalpers have bought all tickets and neither the police on the spot nor the website distributing the tickets will do anything about it

There are currently 10 thousand tickets being sold by scalpers online for 10 times the original price

Tickets 4 Fun is the website and they probably have a deal with these scalpers, they refuse to say anything about this situation even though something is clearly wrong
