Everything disappears in me, I feel everything yet nothing at all

I’m jealous of those who can function like a normal human being. They don’t have anxiety holding them back from everything, they don’t struggle to get out of bed or have to put on an act that everything is fine when its not. They don’t struggle to hold friendships and relationships… they don’t feel sad for no fucking reason everyday. Those that can hold jobs and work towards their dreams, the ones who have self esteem and see the beauty in themselves. Those that know what its like to feel safe and secure, not insecure and fearful of it all.

we don’t talk enough about how freeing a diagnosis can be. it gives you an explanation for the symptoms you experience, it helps you find a community full of people like you, it results in you getting the exact treatment you need. whenever i tell people about finally getting my diagnosis they act like it’s bad news but it couldn’t be more of the opposite. it fills me with so much relief that i’m not alone in this and there’s an explanation for why i struggle with what i struggle with. it genuinely helps me a lot and it makes me sad people treat it like it’s something bad
