if you have problems with perfectionism check if youre deficient in zinc its one of the only deficiency tests u can do at home look it up. i was severely deficient and started supplementing a month ago and so many weird symptoms are clearing up and my skin is getting better. i also learned that they have known since the 70s that low zinc is associated with anorexia but no one tells u. b complex is noticeably helping too but i really think zinc has been the magic pill and its not even expensive. it also used to make me extremely nauseous every time i took it and now it doesnt at all i dont know why. i just think many psychiatric issues inevitably cause deficiency diseases and this is how they self perpetuate this has been my epiphany this year so far 2018 the year of vitamin pills
