If we are going by canon, and for fic I write with him as a vampire (aside from Thrall) I do use his canon info. He would be, probably, about 250 give or take a few years, given that we don't know how old he was when he was turned or when he was actually born.

EITHER WAY, when it comes to birthdays he doesn't care, if he remembers it he likely wouldn't mention it.

It has been a long time since he celebrated and if he did he'd have only been with family doing something quiet. I can't see him being into large gatherings just to celebrate that he was born.

And before you ask, because I feel you might aha, he doesn't celebrate the day he was turned either.

Thrall!Garrett might but it wouldn't be a jolly party, not with Aro around lmao.

It isn't due to disliking his birthday, I think he just doesn't care about it enough to mention it. It isn't important to him to count the years, and maybe I considered that he doesn't think too often of the past and the older he gets the less he remembers of his human life.
