So many people want meaningful interactions but the second I reach out or give people the opportunity to tell me what they want, they just don't. I'm doing all of this because I want to have deeper interactions with you people. Continuously being left hanging just makes me feel like shit.

I'm starting to get a bit frustrated. My interactions feel a bit one-sided and one-dimensional, but I get shrugged off / ignored a lot when I try to plot. It's always the same 'oh I'm bad at plotting :(' and things never really progress from there. They stop talking to me, we interact on occasion, but everything's empty and feels like it's just to placate me honestly… It's really disappointing. I already have a difficult time reaching out, but I still try, and when that effort isn't matched, I start to flounder. Returning to the RPC has really just…made me realize that I've wasted a lot of time the whole 11 years I've been around.

That growing trend of egoism and avoidance that is sold as 'self-care' just rubs me the wrong way.

"Do [x] you cowards!" is possibly the most annoying fucking phrase in the RPC and every time someone uses it it makes me want to interact with them less. Write with me cowards! Plot with me cowards! Ship with me cowards! Send me memes you cowards! Holy shit shut the hell up! Maybe more people would do [x] with you if you actually followed through on anything. Send you memes? Send ME memes, "coward"! I've sent you loads of memes (most which you never answer btw!) and you've yet to send any back!

"I'm getting stressed out by all of my blogs, that's why I don't do any writing outside of my group RPs and I just drop my blogs. I should just do yet another complete overhaul of one of my blogs because that'll definitely make everything more organized!" Or, OR… Maybe stop making so many blogs. This is the third time in a year I've seen you remake the same handful of blogs that you keep leaving in the dust because you can't focus on any one thing. It's even weirder to me how the only time anyone can squeeze semi-consistent writing out of you is when a group activity check obligates you, so it's not like you can't write consistently when you need to. What are you even here for? Because you constantly beg for activity, ships, and smut while touting how amazing your characters are, but you hardly ever write unless something clearly obligates you to write. Sometimes I really do wish you'd just delete the 10s of other blogs you have and only focus on your groups. You'd probably be happier that way.

Ohhh, okay, so THIS NEEDS to be said. I'm sorry but the "Chronically overloaded roleplayer who always has to delete/drop everything because they have 50+ threads and it's toooo much uwu" is fucking tiresome. I'm sorry, but can we admit they do it to themselves yet? And we gotta stop feeding into the ones who can't manage themselves? No, you DON'T need to like that starter call, send that meme, post ANOTHER starter call, exc, until you get your current drafts down a bit. BEFORE you get overloaded! Do anything about them. "but it's a hobby not a jo-" Shut up…! you guys at this point are using that as an excuse at this point to NOT COLABERATE!

I really don't understand how people will be absent from their blogs for a few weeks, maybe a month or just a liiiiiiittle longer, and every time that happens (literally every 👏 single 👏 time 👏, without fail) they'll do (soft) reboots/resets to "start fresh" or "have a clean slate". It's people like that who are so unreliable to write with, people who you never know if they'll be there the next day because they had a manic break down or something and deleted all their blogs in a fit, but then a few days or weeks later are back with the same blogs, and the process will just continue to repeat over and over again. I've literally witnessed so many people say things like having multi muse blogs isn't for them so they'll delete or abandon said blogs, but then days later say that they couldn't resist and made a new one because they "missed it". They'll say they miss writing but then rarely do that in the first place, all while constantly rebooting or remaking again and again and again. Like girl seriously, make it make sense! It doesn't! And this isn't me taking this hobby too seriously, but it does make trying to partake in this hobby so frustrating because people like this are literally everywhere. They really need to just take a deep look inside themselves and figure out of they actually want to do this hobby, because being so flip floppy all the time is exhausting to witness, let alone actually be in the receiving end of.

People can obviously do whatever they want on here, but this just.. irks me. Why start all these new threads with a bunch of people, but ghost them and only reply constantly to one specific person. We all can see you ignoring us while posting quick back to back replies with one person. This is always with the “popular” blogs. Just be private or something.

i dont understand people who write with their favs, make ooc posts about how much muse they have and how they want to write, say they dont have time but have a ton of muse (yet reply to their favs) and then when they finally agree to plot and write with you, they never send you the starter yet keep saying how they have muse and want to write people things. why? i dont understand. if you dont send starters that you say you'll write, dont complain about not having anything to write.

when the only memes people ever reblog is smut, sexy-stuff, romance and weird kinky things. and they want you to send memes, but that's pretty much most of what they got and you just…. you don't want to send that stuff?? why don't people reblog more normal things? I'm not sending smut memes as our muses' first ever interaction…
