Running had led me to believe I’ve lost weight, appearance wise I feel like 0.5% better but the scale has gone up some?
Is this exercise swelling?
I binged yesterday and have been eating the best... so I suppose it could be that too :,(
But I noticed before that when I work out sometimes it does actually go up the next day for whatever reason. Maybe it’s muscle? But I don’t want fat & muscle, I just want the fat gone.

Why does school have to control so much of my time ;-; Don’t get me wrong, I am incredibly privileged and grateful to have access to education, I just wish it wasn’t so mentally taxing.
