If you got forgiveness, don't keep forgiving the wrong people who continue walking over you. If you got honesty, don't tell so much to someone who is only using your vulnerabilities against you...or...to make you seem weaker to yourself. Don't allow the world to use your love against you, or use your love as a weapon to hurt you. No weapon formed against you shall prosper when you team up with God!

Start today! Repeat positive affirmations to yourself every morning when you wake up. While you’re getting dressed or combing your hair or brushing your teeth. You can begin training your brain while you’re living your normal life. It’s like brain exercises. If you want different results, work your brain. Work it until it does and thinks and feels exactly what you want it to. Because, after all, it’s a very important part of you.

The stress of life makes it seem like you have no control over what your brain is doing, but you do. You do indeed.
