SHANGYIN/ADDICTED/HEROIN - THE LEGENDARY CHINESE BL

I recall that it was a typical day in 2016 if I am not mistaken and I was in the front of my PC downloading anime and series that I can later watch. Our internet connection sucks so I can't stream and in case the movie/series is great, I can rewatch it again without the hassle of opening the browser. I downloaded the series from Kissasian but didn't watch it readily. One day when I was looking for something to watch, I finally decided to watch it... and I was blown away. Never have I ever thought that something like this exists in the real world where men to men relationships are not really generally accepted.

The chemistry between Huang Jingyu and Xu Weizhou is really good and I didn't really care about the second pair. I love the plot but it is questionable at many points. I do not agree with many of things Gu Hai did but I still believe that this is one of the best if not the best out there. Too bad there isn't a second season due to its ban. What an unfortunate thing.

I think that there is a possibility that they fell in love with each other in real life and I am hoping that they are still together if not friends. I remember the delulu days in the soompi website. That was the first time I was so into the personal lives of actors. I just think that they are really meant for each other. I even wrote some songs for them.

My most favorite scene is on the rooftop after Bai Luoyin's dad got married. I like how Gu Hai comforted him by saying that they're gonna buy a bunch of underwears and throw away some each time. It was really an emotional and a very sweet scene.

MY FIRST BL - TAKUMI KUN THE SERIES

Takumi-kun The Series is the first BL I watched... I think. Actually, it is only the first movie of the series that I watched since they changed the casting in the next movies, which disappointed me. Saki Giichi (Keisuke Kato) is really cool and I don't know why they changed the actors. I also tried watching his other show (Happy Boys) which is unfortunately not BL.

I watched this movie many years ago so I already forgot the story. I think it was the cool guy of the school falling in love with the unpopular one. I only remembered that the seme is really good looking.

I think that this is my transition from animated bl to live action movies/series.

WHY R U THE SERIES EP 1 REVIEW

This looks like a promising series. I am really picky nowadays when it comes to bl since we were blessed with HiStory 3 Trapped and MODC. In my opinion, they set the standards of what BL should be - great story with handsome actors with excellent chemistry. Fight and Tutor look so good together. Sorry Perth but height is really a big factor for me. Maybe it's just me but I think Zon looks a like lot Fight? And I am not actually a big fan of Sai Fah's looks. Sorry.

For the nth time, we have the engineering setup again. I think that the stories laid out in the first episode for the two couples are clichés but I hope that the director, writer and actors will be able to bring something unique in their storylines.

Don't judge me but I really like BL plots wherein the girl in the love triangle will end up hurt and broken hearted at the end. I am not mad at girls. But I just really like the idea of men to men relationships triumph after everything (with a girl crying at the end unless she is really a good and a nice girl).

What I got in the first episode is that the pairs already like each other but unconsciously. Can't wait for the next episode. One more week to go.
