Warriors AU- Inktober #7

Squirrelpaw is designated as Tawnypelt’s apprentice, and follows her everywhere out of admiration that Firestar built up. Feelling responsible and in debt, Tawny brings Squirrel on the journey to . Bramble takes a liking to Squirrel and her hyper personality, which makes Tawny worried.

Not only because Tawny has taken the leader role over the group, and the two get increasingly distracted, but just before they left Firestar told Tawny about the Fire and Tiger prophecy. And judging by the natural connection between Bramble and Squirrel, Tawny is worried that they might be the ones.

Try not to think about Carol

Try not to think about how she feels right now.

She probably feels that everything that happened lately is her fault.

That allowing KO to go with Venomous ended in him turning evil.

That her ex boyfriend not only abandoned her but also took her son away from her and made him a monster.

That all those years of raising KO to be a good person were thrown down the drain by his father, a person she believed to be good and admirable.

That she broke Rad's, Enid's, Dendy's, Gar's and everyone else's heart by letting KO become influenced by Venomous.

That she thinks her ex boyfriend is genuinely pure evil and never loved nor cared about her beyond selfish purposes.

That now she thinks she will have to watch as her son is beaten and humiliated daily, while having to deal with the world seeing him as a villain, all because of a bad choice she made.

Don't think about how she feels that she failed, not only as a hero, but as a mother.

Just don't think about it.
