Sorry for not posting in a while.
Was being forced to eat a little, but managed to break away.
Lost 14.2 lbs (6.45 kg) as of June 8, 2022.
Let’s get back on the diet.

My reflections
I think the candies such as the Sugar Babies and the Twizzlers should be eaten less and should only be used when I’m especially hungry and have a handful of calories left for the day. They’re high in sugar and el make it harder to lose weight.
I need to start taking daily walks (even if they’re short ones) in order to bring my net calories down to 0 or less. If I have any extra calories on me like that, it slows down the weight loss process.
Maybe eat half of the sandwich next time. It’ll give me another meal for the next day and will make it easier to burn off the calories next time.

My reflections
The Monster drinks are definitely a good way to go. They taste good, are low calorie and zero sugar, and if I drink them fast enough, I’ll feel full and won’t have to eat anything for a while.
Jell-O is also good. It’s a light and low calorie snack for when I absolutely have to eat something but I’m running out of consumable calories for the day.
Dinner may not have been a good idea. Too many carbs.
I like bananas, but I’m probably going to have to give them up, or at least eat smaller portions. They’re relatively high in calories for what they are.
Need to learn to enjoy coffee black. Would definitely help on my calorie consumption.
I need to start waking up earlier and getting more dancing done in the mornings. Today was a medium level day on calorie consumption—I need to exercise more, especially on higher calorie days.
