Why was Shinjiro calling Junpei by his first name in Reload? What was up with up that? He didn't even call Mitsuru by her first name, why Junpei? What did they mean by this?

the p3 stage plays can be found in full on youtube, but unfortunately only the first installment of each (male and female mc) has been subtitled. iirc when they need to show personas they have the characters in front of a screen
