I’m just imagining Ryan, Shane and Steven in a three way call (like in Mean Girls) trying to do serious damage control after seeing the uproar.
(I’m glad they decided to keep the free content but damn that was an experience.)

dinner with nanami 👌 whether it’s a home cooked meal or not, eating with him is a delightful experience hehe hope you can write about this!!!!
Midnight ventures
summary: nanami is always overwork and he feels the need to treat you for putting up with it.
parings: kento nanami x reader
warnings and whatnots: established relationship, fluff!! Thank you for the request <3
y/n : what time are u coming home?
y/n : i miss you :(
Nanami ❤️ : I’ll be home soon love, don’t worry. I know it’s late, but I have a little surprise for you. Just get yourself ready with a nice outfit tonight love.
Your eyes glance over the message, reading them hungrily. Your eyebrows furrow, as you read the message over and over. A small smile lights up your face, as you slide off your bed, going towards your closet to pick a nice outfit.
Surely, Nanami is planning something, and when he plans, he always is the sweetest. You turn your gaze to a beautiful formal attire, you wondered if it was appropriate enough. Nanami hadn’t graced you with the prospect of whether to dress fancy or not, though knowing him, it was a high chance he reserved a fancy restaurant. A smile lights up your face, thinking of him.
He really was the sweetest.
You sit up on your bed, kicking your feet back as you watch the clock tick.
8:34 p.m
He should be home soon.
Nanami’s eyes jumped to clock as he entered the quiet and desolate house. The lights were still on, meaning you were expecting him. Guilt starts to envelope him as his eyes catch the numbers that the needles of the living room clock read out.
11:30 p.m
He mumbles a curse, putting his bag quietly down before heading down to your shared bedroom.
He really wanted to leave early today, yet his idiotic boss had asked him to work overtime as a colleague of him had left earlier and someone needed to pick up the slack. He was going to kill that darn colleague.
The door of the bedroom was slightly ajar, light spewing out to the darkened hallway. He glimpses in, seeing your sleeping figure laid peacefully on the giant king sized bed. His eyes crinkle, a small smile on his face as he observes the way you breathe and sleep.
You were wearing such a nice outfit, no doubt you had fallen asleep waiting on his arrival.
He sighed, slicking his hair back before moving towards the kitchen. It was too late to go to a restaurant, but that did not mean you couldn’t have a nice meal together.
You woke up to an aroma that smelled absolutely mouthwatering. You sat up from your position on the bed, groggy and blurred out. You rub your eyes, standing up to explore what that smell was.
What time was it? Had he come home already?
You stumble your way to the kitchen, half awake. As you enter the lit kitchen, you see Nanami standing over the sink, arms deep in dishes as he tries as hardest as possible to make the least amount of noise.
“Kento?” You say, quietly.
“Honey? I’m sorry my love, did I wake you?” He asks quietly, setting the last of the dishes on the drying rack.
“No, you didn’t.” You glance over to the small kitchen table, two plates of your favourite dish in the middle, steam still blooming up from the hot food. You look back at Nanami, eyes softening. “Did you make this?”
Nanami says nothing, moving towards you as he pulls back a chair, gesturing for you to sit. You oblige, eyes still glued on him. He hadn’t changed from his work clothes, how long had he been home?
His eyes meets you, a small smile forms on his tired face as he kisses your forehead.
“Let’s eat honey,” He says, moving to sit in front of you.
“I love you Kento, you really didn’t need to do all this.” You say, taking your spoon and digging into the food he had lovingly prepared for you.
“I love you too, dear; and truly, you deserve it all. I know I haven’t treated you in a while nor have I been here… So, what’s wrong with pampering my lover every once in a while? If I had it my way, I’d do it every day, love.”
You give him a small smile, heat rushing to your face. You spoon the hot food into your mouth, wondering how it would taste as it had been so long since Nanami had cooked for you.
Your eyes widen, as the flavour hits your tongue.
“Kento! This is really good!” You say through bites, as you spoon more of the dish into your mouth.
He chuckles at your reaction, smiling at you.
“I’m glad you think so, my love.”

Overtime - A New Customer [prologue]
Tumblr media
You’re new to town, only having moved here a week ago. After exploring for a while, you found a quaint little cafe near your work with amazing coffee and a hot barista! Thus, that place has become your regular visit after work.
Meanwhile, Nanami Kento has been a worker at the cafe for a long time; working there after his regular job for a few extra bucks. The people who visit are always the same boring people, that is until a new visitor comes in and shows him a new world.
pairings: nanami kento x gn!reader
warnings and whatnots: cafe au! turning into a series! Nothing much happening in this chapter. Haibara mentions 💕💕 I hope you enjoy’
MASTERLIST | -> NEXT |
Tokyo was beautiful.
When people told you that the place was busy and stunning, you never thought it would be like this. Yet, as you rounded your way through the innards of the city, you couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe get instilled into you.
The sun was setting. The golden rays of light hitting the scenery and causing the landscape to grow in beauty. You smile to yourself.
You recently moved in from a smaller town outside of Tokyo, having gained a good office job in the big city. It had been a week and you were still baffled by the complexities and intricacies of the city. You always found a new area to explore every time you went out.
Today, you decided to check out your new office. It was a Monday, and you wouldn’t start working until tomorrow, so you thought it would be a good idea to get a gist of your surroundings. As you rounded into an alleyway near your office building, you spot a small sign lit up with LED. You tilt your head, heading towards it. Excitement growing in you as you realise it was a cafe.
How fortunate! Lord knows you would need a coffee after a hard day’s work. You hope that the coffee in that place was good.
Entering the cafe, a small bell rung, announcing your presence. The cafe was quiet, only a few people sat there on their laptops, working. There was a small queue.
That must mean it’s good. You think to yourself.
Heading towards the counter, you look at the coffee and teas on the menu. All of them looked so creative and good! Your mouth salivated as you read the descriptions. What should you get?
Nanami was done with his job. But, he needed the money.
The cafe was slow but brought forth a sizeable income, mixed in with his 9-5 job, he had a good flow of cash flowing into his account. He sighed as he made another iced matcha latte, listening to his coworker, Haibara, chatting away to the elderly lady in front of him. How was he so energetic at the time of day?
The soft sound of the bell ring through the cafe, announcing the arrival of another customer. Nanami quickly glanced up, noticing your figure walk in, looking at the menu. He had never seen you before. Normally, the people who go to this cafe were regulars. Seldom came new customers.
He shrugs it off, continuing to make the coffee and putting it on the counter, calling out the person’s name. He leaves it there as he goes to make another order.
Raspberry frappe.
He moves quickly. He had gotten used to the mechanics of each machine he had to use, making him quite quick in preparing all the orders. That’s why he had always been the one making the coffee whilst Haibara handled the customers. Haibara was more amicable. He was pleasant to talk to and could break down people’s walls easily. That’s how he and Nanami became friends quickly. Haibara was patient with people. Not to say he wasn’t, but he would rather handle the backstage work then talk to the crowd.
A tap on the glass followed by a small ‘excuse me’ pulls him from his thoughts. He looks to his side, noticing you looking at him through the pastry case. You give him a soft smile.
“Yes?” He asks, furrowing his eyebrows. “You need to line up if you are to order a pastry.”
You lean back, standing straighter. “Hm, no, I wanted to order a drink, but I don’t know what’s good. Do you have any recommendations?”
Nanami thinks for a second. No one had really asked him that. He wasn’t prepared to answer such questions. He left those to Haibara. He glanced at the brown-haired boy who was now quickly talking away with another customer. Truth be told, he had never really drank any of the drinks. He found them to be a bit too expensive on his budget.
“I…” He trails off, not knowing what to say. He glanced at his hand. “The strawberry frappe is good.” He manages out.
You give him an encouraging smile, pleased with his answer. Somehow, that made him more motivated to speak.
“Truthfully, I’ve never drank anything here. But, our most popular items are Iced Matcha Latte, the Butterfly Tea, and our Strawberry frappe.”
You nod along, giving him a smile. “Thank you sir!” You say, moving to the back of the line.
His eyes follow you as you move. He nods at you before continuing on with his work.
You walk up to the counter finally, smiling at the brown haired boy in front of you.
“Hi! I’m Haibara. What would you like?” He asks positively, his voice full of care and love. You smile back at him, recalling what his coworker had said.
“I’d like the Butterfly Tea please.”
He smiles jotting down the order, making quick conversation with you about your name, the level of sugar you want and ice.
“Are you new around here? I’ve never seen you before!” Haibara finally lets out, masking his excitement. You nod, explaining that you had gotten a new job recently which caused you to move here.
The conversation between the two of you didn’t fall on deaf ears to Nanami. As he made your drink, he listened offhandedly to your conversations He listened up until you went to the side to let the customer behind you order. You smile at Haibara before moving to the end where your drink would end up, watching Nanami focus on mixing your drink up.
“Your drink.” He says to you, handing the drink to you. You give him a warm smile, taking it from him. Your fingers grazed his cold hands.
“I like your hair.” You state nonchalantly, pointing over to his blonde hair.
If you were being perfectly honest, the barista whom you didn’t know the name of was quite good looking. Hell, he was handsome. If the coffee wasn’t good, maybe you would just come over to gawk and admire the blonde haired man who made drinks. He couldn’t have been any older than you. Maybe… you shake the thought away. First week in the city and you’re already having thoughts on marrying the first hot guy you see.
The unnamed barista smiles at your compliment, nodding politely. Your eyebrows lower down slightly, saddened a bit by his lack of conversation. It was no wonder why Haibara was the one treating the customer and not him.
Either way, you move towards the entrance again, waving goodbye as you leave, fully intending to come visit again even if the drinks were bad.

Burn
Tumblr media
You were a relatively newer student. You normally kept to yourself but you always dreamt of being friends with the main trio, especially with the infamous Suguru Geto. Yet, he always seemed to hate you, even when you openly showed you felt the opposite.
pairings: suguru geto x f!reader
warnings and whatnots: ITS GOJOVERR ‼️‼️ Reconciliation, fluff after angst because I feel bad. End of series!!
chapters!
Chapter 1 : are we still friends? Chapter 2 : can we be friends? Chapter 3 : Sorry, not sorry. Chapter 4 : Green looks good on you. Chapter 5 : Runaway. Chapter 6 : [CURRENTLY READING]
shoko 🚬 : y/n where are you?
shoko 🚬: y/n???
shoko 🚬: what happened r u okay?
shoko 🚬: why is suguru crying
bing!
suguru 💔: I’m sorry.
You glance at the notification, sniffling. You sat croucee on the toilet seat of a random cafe, eyes red from the hours crying. A knock on the door pulls you from your thoughts.
“Taken..” You croak out, voice hoarse from the crying.
“y/n, it’s me, Shoko…”
The soft and caring voice wills your legs to move and opens the door. Shoko stands in front of you, concern evident in your eyes. She scans your body, a small sigh leaving her as she hugs you. You melt in her embrace.
“She ran away?!” Satoru asks incredulously, watching his friend pace around the hotel room. Suguru moved about, wiping his eyes that stung from the harsh rejection he just earned.
How stupid! He was an idiot to think that the girl he was mean to for months would suddenly accept his love confession. What was this; An enemies to lovers book?
“Why? Oh god why did I say that?” Suguru mumbles to himself, finally sitting down on the bed beside Satoru, head in his hands.
bing!
the OGS
shoko 🚬: we’re in the hotel room
shoko 🚬: y/n’s a mess.
shoko 🚬: Good news, y/n likes you! bad news, she’s scared to admit it because she accidentally rejected you.
Suguru reread the message, over and over again, the phone in his hand almost breaking from the strength of his grip. Satoru takes his phone, reading the message so it properly processes in Suguru’s head.
“Congrats, she likes you!” Satoru says, tilting his head, waving the message in Suguru’s face.
Suguru didn’t know what to say. He grabs the phone from Satoru, earning a scowl from him.
“What do I do? She didn’t ruin anything!” Suguru says almost loudly, shocked eyes trained on Satoru.
Satoru’s eyes glimmered, a plan formulating in his mind. A smirk gathered upon the white haired boy’s face. He stands up, grabbing the car keys from the bedside table, he walks to the door, peering over his shoulder to see Suguru still sat on the bed. He sighs, giving a smile to the long haired boy.
“Come on, let’s go shopping.”
“Where are we going?” You ask Shoko as she brings you down the cold street. You shiver.
Shoko doesn’t answer you, her steps getting faster as she rounds the corner. You frown. Was she leading you to a bar? Was she suggesting for you to drink your problems away? Wouldn’t be that much of a surprise since she drowns out her own issues with smokes. Maybe you did need a drink, just to get away from everything and everyone.
After the whole fiasco pertaining to Suguru Geto, you quite literally wanted to run away and never face him again. If it meant going to learn with Nanami and Haibara in the class below you, that would be what you would do. At least they wouldn’t shame you for something like falling in love. A part of you longed to be with him yet you were weary fo his intentions. Did he truly love you?
Suguru watched from inside the cafe as you came closer. Flowers in hand. Roses, plain but he thought maybe you would like something plain and basic in the world of chaos and unknowns. Yet, just to be sure he also put a few of your favourite flowers in the bouquet. He heard you mention it to Shoko once as you all walked past a flower garden when you first came to Jujutsu High. He wiped his hands on his pants, glancing at Satoru who sat at the side, giving him a small thumbs up.
He hoped this work. He didn’t understand why he was trying so hard to win your affection but what he knew was that he wanted you and wanted to be yours. If it wasn’t him, he didn’t want it to be anyone else.
You rounded the corner, trailing behind Shoko like a lost puppy. He tilts his hand. Even after crying for seemingly hours, you were still gorgeous.
He gulps. What if you were too good for him?
”Suguru?” You say as you enter the empty cafe, Shoko quickly bee-lining to Satoru who sat at the side. The cafe was void of noise, you could hear the crickets from outside. It was cozy and small, only one worker behind the counter. You recognised them. Nanami?
Your eyes finally properly land on him, taking in his full appearance. His outfit was different from the one this morning, it looked cleaner and more formal. A black button up shirt tucked into straight cut black pants. His hair neatly combed back. He looked so handsome. A tint of red starts forming on your face as you stare at him, failing to notice the flowers in his hands.
Embarrassment runs through you. Crap. Was he here to talk about the whole rejection thing? Truth be told, you didn’t know why you ran. You wanted to say that you liked him too but you couldn’t help but feel that maybe he was just joking around or prancing you. Yet, he looked so… genuine.
”y/n.” The sound of your name in his golden voice snaps you back to reality. You look to see he has gotten closer to you, close enough that you could notice his breathing pattern. Close enough that you could see the flowers in his hand tremble and shake slightly.
Flowers?
Your eyes glance over them. Roses, mixed in with a few of your favourites. How had he known your favourite. Did Shoko tell him? No, she had been with you for the whole time. You bet Satoru didn’t even try to remember what your favourite were so how did he know?
“y/n, I am here to lay down my heart to you and hope you accept it.” Suguru randomly says, bringing your attention to his face. He cringes at his own words.
His eyes slightly widen upon eye contact. Suguru’s neck starts heating up as his eyes meets you. Why was this so hard? He practiced this with Satoru.
“For the past few months, we have never been on the best of terms. It is true that I found you to be annoying and too clingy at times. Yet as I began to become closer to you, I realise that there was no one else I’d like to annoy me and cling to me,” He trails off, averting his eyes. He inhales, taking in a breath.
“You are as the Sun, something one truly cannot appreciate until they are gone and unfortunately, I have seen you gone before.” His eyes finally come back to yours, softening as he sees your eyes that were laced with confusion.
“Thus, again, I ask you, to please consider going on a date with me.” Suguru hands you to bouquet of flower, a rush of blood hitting his face.
You stare at him then at the flowers. Slowly, you will your hands to take it. Your face felt hot as you grabbed onto the stems of the flowers, covering your face slightly with the buds. You look back at Suguru.
He had just confessed to you, for the second time.
“Suguru, I-…” You started, unsure of what to say. Suguru smiles softly at you, the most soft and caring expression strung upon his face. It hit you like a truck.
He liked you.
You liked him.
“I’d love to go on a date with you.” You whisper quietly, looking to the side. You cringe, realising he might have not heard you as he remained silent. You slowly bring your eyes back to him, only to see him try and suppress a giant grin from forming on his face. He moves closer to you, hands on your shoulder.
“Thank you, love.” He says slowly, whispering in your ear. Your blood rushed. He moves back, smirking at you. You stare at him expectantly.
“So… are we done yet?” Satoru finally asks, breaking the silence, earning him a shove from Shoko. He stands up, glaring at her and stretching. Suguru rolls his eyes at Satoru. He would scold him but after the immense help from him, he couldn’t bring himself to do it.
“Yes Satoru, we are done,” You say sweetly to him, a small smile coaxed on your face.
You look back at Suguru, who smiles at you as he watches Shoko and Satoru walk out the cafe. He moves towards you, grabbing your free hand. His fingers intertwining with yours.
“Thank you for giving me a chance.”

Runaway
Tumblr media
You were a relatively newer student. You normally kept to yourself but you always dreamt of being friends with the main trio, especially with the infamous Suguru Geto. Yet, he always seemed to hate you, even when you openly showed you felt the opposite.
pairings: suguru geto x reader
warnings and whatnots : I was gonna end it here but i wanted some conflict hehe. So probably part 6 will be the end. Pride and prejudice mentions. Angst. I apologise in advance. Sorry for short chapter and late release have been busy 😔😔🙏🙏. Not proofread.
chapter 1 : are we still friends? chapter 2 : can we be friends? chapter 3 : sorry, not sorry chapter 4 : green looks good on you. chapter 5: [currently reading] chapter 6: burn.
You scanned the books on the shelf, you index finger nudging the edges.
The notifications on your phone going crazy, irritating you. You click your tongue as you look at the messages in the groupchat.
Gojo Hate Group ⁉️⁉️
Satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: Me and shoko going out coz books r for nerds and ITS BORING
Shoko 🚬: Have fun lovebirds
Suguru 💔: wtf? Where are you both going?
Satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS SHOKO HURRY UP BEFORE HE CATCHES US
Satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: OMG I CAN SEE SUGURU HE LOOKS PISSED
Satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: SHOKO
Suguru 💔: Where the hell are you.
Shoko🚬: LMAO
You click your tongue, peering out the store window to see Satoru and Shoko leave the store in a hurry. Shoko gives you a sly smile, a small thumbs up while mouthing a small ‘you can do it.’
Note to self: kill Satoru and Shoko when you go back.
“They abandoned us.” A sudden voice says from behind you. You turn quickly, almost losing your balance on the smooth wooden floor.
A hand grabs your waist, stabilising you ensuring that you didn’t fall and make a mess on the floor.
Your eyes widen as you look at Suguru who was standing in front of you. He stared back, his eyebrows slightly lifted up in shock. Why was he shock? Your face heats up as his hand retracts.
A pang of sadness hits you as you felt his hand leave you, yet the way his fingers grazed your skin drove you mad. What was he doing?
“Yeah… they did.” You turn away from him, swallowing your saliva as you feel him come closer to you. This was insane. What was he doing? Didn’t he hate you? Was Shoko right?
“What are you buying?” He asks, looking at the book in your hand. He scoffs as he looks at it.
You eye him down hearing his scoff. “I’ll let you know Pride and Prejudice is an amazing book.”
“I know, I’ve read it.”
You look at him curiously as his eyes move from the book to you.
“You remind me of Elizabeth. Hot-headed and always thinks you’re right. Oh and your quips, you think your so smart huh?” Suguru says, hands in his pockets as he stares you down. What was he saying? Satoru told him to be nice and confess his ever so obvious ‘feelings’ for you but he didn’t understand. What feelings were Satoru talking about? The feeling of his stomach turning every time he saw you? How he craved to be near you, to see what you were doing. To see you walk around in your own world?
“Oh? You remind me of Darcy, prideful, tact and socially inept.” You say, finger pressing on his chest.
He laughs.
“You wish I was the Darcy to your Elizabeth.” I wish it too.
You huff, crossing your arms. It drove him crazy how you looked. Your clothes matching his. He stares at you, observing the way your hair parted and how your lips were sewed tightly into a frown. It was cute.
To the untrained eye, you would’ve looked like a couple in a small argument. In your eyes, you wished he was your boyfriend and having a small argument. Yet, you knew it was probably never happening.
“Whatever…” You blow him off, trudging off to the counter to pay for your book, Suguru following closely behind you.
“Just this please.” You say to the lady at the counter, old in age. She smiles at you, her wrinkles becoming more prominent. She takes the book, smiling as she looks at you and Suguru who stands behind you, glued to his phone.
“You and your boyfriend are cute, I saw you both squabbling over there and I couldn’t help but remember my late husband. We were just like you, always arguing.”
The woman didn’t take her eyes off the book as she talks, your face turns red as you bit your lip, unsure of what to say. You turn back to see Suguru, a small smile etched on his face as he looks at the old woman. His eyes glance at you. His smile drops before he clears his throat.
“Oh, we’re… we’re not a thing, we’re just…friends.”
Suguru feigns a smile as he talks to the woman. She smiles back.
Friends. Friends. Friends. The word replays in his mind. He wanted to be more than that. He wanted to be more than friends. Why? What was so intriguing about you? You were just some random person! Was he mad? Was he delirious? Had he not felt anyone’s touch for so long he was willing to try it with you? No, if that was true he would’ve gone for Satoru or Shoko. You appealed to him. What was it with you? Did you release a pheromone that attracted him to you? What was he thinking?
“Thank you ma’am.” You smile politely at the woman. She smiles back, sympathy and hope in her eyes. Did she notice your feelings? Seems like everyone noticed except Suguru himself. No, he did notice. He just didn’t want it. That was worse. “Suguru let’s go hunt those idiots down.” You say, punching his shoulder as you walk to the entrance.
You found them in a nearby cafe, by nearby, it was around a 2.5 kilometre walk. Suguru and you talked, smiling. It was the first time you did so in a while. The walk that lasted for roughly 20-30 minutes evolved from tension filled to dumb jokes and quips. Suguru watches as you laugh. He missed this you.
As you saw them through the cafe window, you wave out to them. Shoko smiles at you as she urges you and him to come inside. You nod, going to join them. Yet, a hand stops you before you could make a move.
What was he doing?
“y/n. Can we talk?” Suguru says, his voice low as he pulls you to the side, away from your friends’ sight.
“What’s up?” You scratch your skin, eyes bouncing off the walls before finally landing on his’. His’ that were already staring into yours. You gulp.
“I like you.”
huh?
“I like you and it’s stupid and annoying but you’re stuck in my head and i thought it was hate because of how annoying you are and that maybe you’re just an annoying monkey but when Satoru touched you I get tingly and I hate that and…” He rambles on, stopping to look at your face. “Oh my god you’re such an idiot but I goddamn like you?”
You stare at his wide eye, his hand still wrapped around your wrist. He stares back, awaiting an answer. Without a thought, you pull back your hand from his wrist.
“I’m sorry Suguru…”
You ran, ran off to wherever it was as long as he couldn’t find you. Why were you running? You liked him back? Yet, your feet carried you away. Your feelings were about to burst and you didn’t know what to do about it.
‘Run’. Your mind told you.
‘I’ll run.’ Your legs whispered back.
It was like you were just a mere bystander to your body’s conversation. You didn’t know what to do.
So you ran, leaving a broken man behind.

Green looks good on you
Tumblr media
You were a relatively newer student. You normally kept to yourself but you always dreamt of being friends with the main trio, especially with the infamous Suguru Geto. Yet, he always seemed to hate you, even when you openly showed you felt the opposite.
pairings: suguru geto x f!reader
warnings and whatnots: Shoko being a girls girl. Scheming. Geto actually realizes he likes you??? crazy??? Gojo flirting. Geto still being mean and jealous 😔😔 Utahime x Gojo mention because i love them. Sorry for late posting, i’ve been busy with exams and stuff :( Not proofread!
chapter 1 : are we still friends? chapter 2 : can we be friends? chapter 3 : sorry, not sorry chapter 4 : [currently reading] chapter 5: runaway. chapter 6: burn.
The hotel lobby was quiet.
The boys were at the reception checking in as you sat next to Shoko. you look down at your feet, not knowing what you were really doing with Suguru and the others.
“Our rooms are ready.” A voice says, pulling you out of your trance. Suguru stares down at you. Heat rushes to you face but you stay silent, standing up and taking the keys out of Suguru’s hand indignantly and pulling Shoko near you as you all head into the lift.
“Alright! Let’s go Shoko!” you say, smiling at her. She stares at you, sympathy laced in her eyes.
Why was there sympathy in her eyes?
Could she tell? Could she tell the events of the morning and evening were eating you up inside? That no matter how much you try to deny it or try to leave him, he maintains king in your mind? He maintains the man who you stupidly fell in love with.
“10 am tomorrow okay!” Satoru says as you all move to our separate rooms.
“Okayy, don’t be late Satoru,” Shoko drawls out. He rolls his eyes as he enters the room besides ours; Suguru trailing behind him. You stand behind Shoko as she enters the room first, glancing at Suguru. His eyes met yours first before he closes the door of his room.
The room was cozy. Two twin beds with a television in front and a bathroom at the side. It was comfortable, much thanks to Satoru’s money. You seriously had to thank him for all the expenses.
You move inside the room, choosing the bed nearer to the window. The view must be beautiful in the morning. You lay down your trunk, opening to pull out some clothes and toiletries.
“So… what’s up with you and Suguru?”
You look up from my bag, staring at Shoko who stands in front of the bathroom, cigarette in hand as she looks at you. She didn’t have a readable expression on her face.
“I don’t think you’re allowed to smoke here, Shoko.” You answer, avoiding the question.
She moves nearer to you, as she sighs. “I’m not going to smoke in here. I’m smoking out in the balcony.” She answers, opening the sliding door beside your bed.
“You still haven’t answered my question.”
“There’s nothing between us.”
Animosity. Hatred. Annoyance.
That was what was between you and him. You follow Shoko as she smokes beside you out in the balcony. You admire the view around you as the cold air from the night sky hits your skin, sending goosebumps through you.
You glance at the balcony besides yours, the one connected to Suguru and Satoru’s room. The curtain was open. From your view, you couldn’t see Satoru, but you catch a glimpse of Suguru lounging on his bed, reading a book. Your eyes soften as they fall on him.
“Nothing is between you, yet you look at him like that.” Shoko interrupts, snorting at the statement. She still stared off to the distance, taking a puff from her cigarette. You stare at her, not saying anything as you know what she says is true. Unfortunately, you did like that idiot.
“You still like him, don’t you?”
“It doesn’t matter as he doesn’t like me back. He’s made it very clear that he hates me.”
Shoko keeps quiet, pulling out her phone. “He doesn’t hate you. He’s just a dumbass.”
Silence fills the air as you both have nothing else to say. You don’t know how to even respond to Shoko’s words. He didn’t like you. Hell, he was such a prick about it too. Even if he likes you, you doubted he had even realised it with how much of a jerk he was to you. You look at Shoko as she types on her phone. You sigh as you turn to take in the scenery. The cityscape was quiet but restless, you catch glimpses of people’s ongoing lives that hadn’t come to a rest even in the darkest and coldest of night.
Why were you so hung up on him? He doesn’t even pay you any attention. More so, even if he did like you, how in the world would you get him to realise it? Unbeknownst to you, Shoko was already starting another scheme with Satoru to get you and Suguru together and fix all your concerns.
Shoko 🚬 : It’s so obvious she’s in love with him and he’s in love with her. Can you like… make him realise he likes her or smth?
Satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: I can try? Idk Suguru is like stupid in those kinds of things.
shoko 🚬: just try ur best. He can’t be that bad.
“You know I think he definitely has a thing for you.” Shoko randomly says as she blows her last puff of smoke, putting out the fire on the banister and smushing it under her foot.
You turn to her, eyebrows furrow. “Why’d you say that?”
“The way he looks at you. Sure, he’s incredibly rude and everything but I think he does like you. Just doesn’t want to admit it.” She moves inside the room, not looking at you as she walks.
You roll your eyes. “Don’t give me that pity talk.”
She sits down on her bed as you close the door to the balcony. “I’m not. Even Satoru thinks so.”
“Then why won’t he admit it?” You cross your arms, looking at her sceptically. Even Satoru thinks so? Surely not. Satoru, for all his foolishness and playfulness was incredibly smart, even if not academically (which he still somehow excels in), he’s good at spotting people and reading them. If he, someone who is best friends with Suguru and can read people so accurately thinks that Suguru likes you… maybe there was some truth to those words. Yet, Suguru had been nothing but rude and disingenuous to you.
“Beats me,” Shoko says, laying down on her bed. “Don’t worry though, Satoru and I have it all planned out!”
Your eyes widen as you move closer to her. “What do you mean by that?”
She grins at you. A giant grin that fit the smug look on her face. “You’ll see!”
You sit on her bed, pulling her up by her shoulder. She laughs loudly at you as you start shaking her. “Shoko, tell me!”
“Nope!”
Satoru sighs as he reads Shoko’s text message. He looks at Suguru who was beside him reading a book. How boring!
“Suguru!” He whines out, earning a glance from the long-haired boy. “I’m bored.”
“Do something about it then.” Suguru answers, turning back to his book.
“You’re no fun.” Satoru pouts.
How would he bring the topic of you and Suguru out? He really wanted to talk about it without having Suguru blow up on him or say something so vehemently wrong and stupid.
“Suguru.”
Suguru sighs as he closes the book and turns to Satoru who was staring at him with his bright blue eyes.
“Yeah?”
“What do you think about y/n, liken nowadays?” Satoru asks, looking in front where the television was mounted, even though it wasn’t turned on.
Suguru stares at Satoru, eyes widening a bit, unsure of what to say. He didn’t exactly know what he thought of you.
You were annoying and dumb at times but kind and genuinely fun to hang out with. Yet, he had a dislike for you. On what basis though?
“She’s alright.” Suguru settles on. “Why are you asking?” He asks suspiciously, unsure on the white-haired man’s intentions. Satoru isn’t the type to randomly ask about people without wanting something. Did he like her?
“She’s quite pretty you know? And the way she smiles is so… sweet!” Satoru decides on, looking at Suguru for a reaction.
Suguru’s eyes twitch as he hears Satoru compliment you. He didn’t know how to react to that. His mind falters back to all the times you had smiled at him. You rarely did it now but when you had first met… Gosh you had a stunning smile. Suguru felt his stomach turn as his mind lingered on your smile.
“I guess you can say that.” Suguru says quietly, turning to his book to hide from Satoru’s gaze. It was futile as the man was born with Six-Eyes and could immediately tell the shift in Suguru’s vibe.
“I mean like, I wish she would just smile at me more! She’s so pretty. And the way she’d say my name! Have you heard it Suguru? It’s so cute!” Satoru continues , trying to get a rise out of him. He grins at Suguru, finding it funny how his best friend still didn’t realise his impending feeling on the girl he claimed to hate.
Satoru had been there for every single heated rant about you. Every single anger filled words that slipped out of Suguru’s mouth, Satoru was there to take them and listen to them. Yet, he was never fully convinced that the curse-eater actually despised you. His words, sure there was nothing but hatred and malice in them but the way his eyes soften every time you entered the room only for him to quickly change them into a glare. The way he would sneak glances at you throughout every discussion. The way his jaw would clench every time another man would get too close to you. He liked you, yet he was just hiding it behind all that anger as a way to safeguard himself.
Suguru’s grip on the book tightens as Satoru speaks. He had heard the way you said Satoru’s name. The way you sometimes just shortened it to ‘Toru.’ It was disgusting. Vile. Why would you even call him that? And Satoru enjoyed it? It was so weird. Suguru didn’t feel right. Why was Satoru enjoying it so much? You gave way more attention to him anyway so he should be the one enjoying it, not Satoru. The way you said his name was softer, sweeter. It was sweeter than all the world’s sugar and honey combined. It didn’t make sense. Why was Satoru so over the moon?
You were his, not Satoru’s.
Suguru cleared his throat as his mind wanders, realising what he had just said to himself. He looks at Satoru who stares at him expectantly.
“Yeah. I’ve heard it.” Suguru says plainly. “It’s nothing special, she does that to everyone. She does it to me a lot.”
“My, Suguru, you jealous?” Satoru says, moving closer to Suguru, head tilting as a shit-grinning smile lay complacent on his face.
Suguru’s eyes widen as a tint of red develops on his face. He looks at Satoru, first in shock that he quickly changed to disturbance.
“Shut it.”
“You are! Oh my god, you like her don’t you?!” Satoru says, smiling widely as he leans back. Suguru keeps quiet.
“So… when are you gonna ask her out, hm Suguru?”
Suguru slams his books close as he turns to Satoru. “I don’t like her. I hate her.”
Satoru sighs, resting his head on the bed’s headboard.
“I know you Suguru. The way your eyes glance at her every time she enters a room, no, even the mere mention of her name is enough to make you glance up. You search for her. You falter every time she smiles at you. Every time she calls your name.”
Suguru stares at Satoru not knowing what to say. Satoru catches his gaze, giving a keen and smug smile. “You like her, you just don’t want to admit it because you’re scared you’ll break her.”
He hated to admit but Satoru was right. Shit, he was right. Did he actually like you? All this time? He had just ruined every minuscule percent of a chance he had with you. He didn’t want to watch you break like everyone else who has loved him.
“It’s alright, your best friend Gojo Satoru is here to help you!” Satoru says proudly as he goes to wrap an arm around Suguru, who pulls away, disgust evident in his face.
“No thank you, you’ll scare away every single women trying to date me.”
“Hey! I’ll let you know, plenty of women have come crawling to me for affection,” Satoru says rolling his eyes.
“Yet the one girl you want doesn’t want you.” Suguru says, a small smile on his face.
“Shut up! Utahime is an exception!” Satoru grunts, frustration on his face. “Whatever! I’ll help you anyway!”
“Please don’t.”
“Too bad!”
10 in the morning, the next day.
“They’re late.” Suguru says, looking at his watch. He wore a normal grey sweatshirt, his hair neatly combed back. Satoru was lounging on a lobby chair, glued to his phone.
“Texting Utahime?” Suguru asks sneeringly, moving closer to the white-haired man. He glances at his phone, it was opened to messages but he couldn’t read who.
“Shut up Suguru!” Satoru says jokingly, eyes still on his phone as Shoko continues to message him.
shoko🚬: why is our plan just to leave them alone together and run away to somewhere else?
shoko 🚬: it’s kinda dumb
satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: do u hv a better plan?
satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: it’s gonna work. Trust 🤞🤞🤞
shoko 🚬: if she comes back crying, you’re dead meat.
satoru 🧑🏻‍🦳: 😔😔
“Hey, Suguru.” Satoru says, leaning back to look at his friend who was peering down on him.
“Yeah?”
“You want to go to that like… bookstore right?”
“Yeah? Why?”
He looks at Satoru, tilting his head, confused at what his friend was getting at.
“Nothing, just confirming.” Satoru mumbles, turning back to his phone. Suguru’s eyes trained on Satoru before turning back to the lift which finally opens, revealing you and Shoko.
Crap.
You wore a black sweatshirt with long black pants. It looked almost as if you and him were matching clothes. He clears his throat as his eyes scanned your figure. Did you do it on purpose? Just to rile him up?
Satoru restrains a laugh as he sees you, standing up from his seat to greet you and Shoko.
“Nice outfit. You look identical to Suguru. What? Are you a couple now?” Satoru asks, teasingly, his eyes gleaming even through his dark rimmed sunglasses.
Suguru glares at Satoru but couldn’t help but feel hurt as he saw the offended look on your face. Why was he hurt? He shouldn’t care about your feelings. You were just some girl. Some girl he was friends with.
“As if!” You scoff out, feigning offence before your face drops to a wide grin to Satoru.
“Anyways! Where are we going? Breakfast?” You ask, changing the topic. Your eyes move around the scenery, catching sight of Suguru who looks slightly saddened. You furrow your brows slightly, confused.
“Oh, we’re going to some bookstore that Suguru here wants to look at!” Satoru says, arm around his best friend’s shoulder as he makes a face of disgust and gives a thumbs down. You laugh at his actions.
Your laugh sent shivers down Suguru’s spine. He wanted to rewind the moment and listen to it over and over again.
“Hey, be nice! What bookstore do you want to go to? I want to look at some books too.” You say, turning to Suguru and giving him a smile.
Internally, you were screaming. You didn’t know how to feel about him, especially after all the new information that Shoko has spilled on you. You wanted to gauge if he actually liked you. Stupid sure, as he had never really shown signs of affection to you yet you thought it was worth a try. It was his best friends that told you this knowledge.
“Just some random one. I wanna see if it has this novel i want.” Suguru says plainly as his eyes focus on you. Satoru was right, your smile was beautiful. It was blinding. He looks away, moving to walk out of the hotel to ensure that his feelings for you don’t spill out then and there.
What the hell was wrong with him?
Just a week ago, he was convinced head to toe that all his feelings for you were negative and that he had not one ounce of love for you. Yet, now all the sudden he couldn’t even stand to look at you and see your smile on the basis it was too pretty?
Was he going crazy?
Did he actually like you? Gosh, he did like you. How pathetic. He likes you and can’t even say it.
You watch as Suguru walks off, Satoru quickly chasing after him. You turn to Shoko who shrugs at you.
“My point still stands.” She says, before following the two boys in front of her.
You stand there for a second processing everything for a second.
Why was he so goddamn hard to understand?
part 5?

My Sun
Tumblr media
Satoru and you had been high school sweethearts, yet after his dispute with Suguru, you had joined the opposing side, leaving Satoru alone to himself and hoping you’d come back and love him again.
pairings: gojo satoru x reader
warnings and whatnots: very short. Angst with a happy ending. Gojo being desperate for you. Not proofread!
Satoru and you stood far apart, your bodies separated yet your hearts intertwined.
Your soul yearned for his. It stung to stand opposing him. It hurt to watch as his eyes fight back tears. It was torture to stand with his best friend as he begged for you to come back for him.
You wanted to run back to him, wipe his tears away and comfort him. Yet, you couldn’t.
You weren’t supposed to be together.
With a heavy heart, and a burden on your shoulder, you turn away from him, walking off to never see him again.
It’s better like this.
This pain will be temporary.
~
You stared at the ceiling, reliving the memories all over again.
It had been years since the dispute. You wondered if he still thought about you; if he still loves you. You did.
He enveloped your entire being, making his way into your heart and mind, ensuring that you know that he will always be there.
You wished he was still here.
Regret washes over you as you stood up and got ready for another day. You had fought with Suguru a while back and subsequently left his organisation that bordered a cult. Now, you were living your own life, as a private curse exorcist.
You check your phone, there was a commission at a school. You sigh, putting your gear on and leaving your apartment.
Days passed quickly nowadays. Without him, you didn’t find the joy in living anymore. He was your Sun. You sometimes wonder if you were just a Sunflower. You had to face him, to see him, or else your life would be meaningless. It would have no point. You would be left empty.
Within a few minutes, you had arrived at the school, quickly exorcising the curse before leaving to get lunch. You look at your phone, tuning out the world as you ask for your payment.
As you walk, a man watches you. He hadn’t seen you for so long and he almost couldn’t believe it to be you. You looked so different yet he knew it was you.
His eyes, his heart, his soul told him it was you.
Without a second thought, he dropped everything and trailed after you, hoping to see what you were up to. He knew it was wrong. He shouldn’t be following you. It was dangerous, yet his legs betrayed his mind as he continued to follow your movements.
He stalked behind you as you entered the busy street, your bodies furthering from each other.
No.
He couldn’t lose you again.
He calls out to you, knowing his voice would be swallowed up by the hustle and bustle of the crowd forming around you both. Somehow, you had heard it, turning back to him, eyes catching his.
The sight of your eyes made his knees weak. If it weren’t for the crowd that was surrounding the pair of you, he would’ve already fallen on to his knees.
You stop walking, seeing him again. He pushes the crowd away, approaching you with caution but desperation. His moves frantic.
He stands in front of you, towering over your figure. Yet, he felt weak in your presence. Your eyes stare at him, taking in all his features. Was this a trick?
“y/n.” He breathes out. His eyes scanned your body, trying to see if it was really you.
“Satoru…”
Without another word, he wraps his arms around you, his chin naturally finding its place in the crook of your neck, his scent hitting you and causing all the memories to flood back to you.
“Love, please… come back to me.”
You stayed quiet, living in the moment. All your past feelings rushed through your head and heart.
You loved him. You missed him. You needed him.
He sniffles loudly, causing you to pull him in tighter. His body shakes, tears staining your clothes. You fight back your own tears.
“Please, tell me what I need to do, tell me what I need to do for you to stay.” He pulls alway from you, his eyes begging as he holds your hands. “Maybe I was too young to see how much I loved you then, but I am not anymore.”
“Oh Satoru,” You say quietly, pulling him back in. “You don’t need to do anything, love.”
“Will you stay with me? Come home with me?”
You smile softly at him. You watch his pleading eyes as he begs you.
“I will follow you wherever you go, sun.”

Sorry, not sorry
Tumblr media
You were a relatively newer student. You normally kept to yourself but you always dreamt of being friends with the main trio, especially with the infamous Suguru Geto. Yet, he always seemed to hate you, even when you openly showed you felt the opposite.
pairings: suguru geto x f!reader
warnings and whatnots: Mean!Geto, Jealous!Geto. He’s so rude to you. He’s realising his feelings for you!! Slow burn fic and will probably take a while to finish… Not proofread
Chapter 1: Are we still friends? Chapter 2: Can we be friends? Chapter 3: [currently reading] Chapter 4: Green looks good on you. Chapter 5: Runaway. Chapter 6: Burn
Silence.
That was all you were met with from Suguru throughout the morning. As you got ready. As you ate breakfast. As you got in the car and subsequently stayed in the car.
Silence, silence and silence.
Not a word from him was spoken to you.
You were confused but accepted it with grace. Yet, your thoughts still linger on the fact he wasn’t talking to you. What had you done to garner such treatment from him? Sure, he hated you but you thought his disdain for you had slowly mellowed down.
“What’s up with you and Suguru?” Shoko whispers to you as you both sat in the backseats of the car. Satoru in the passenger seat whilst Suguru drives.
You shrugs you shoulder. Shoko looks at you with a confused expression, looking at Suguru.
“Oi, Suguru!” She calls out, causing Suguru to hum in response, his eyes glancing over to Shoko and you then back to road. “Why are you so quiet lately? What happened with you? I miss your annoying voice.”
“I’m fine, just tired.” He says.
You knew it was a lie, his inflections and the way his eyes darted around showed so. Yet, you kept quiet, deciding not to point it out.
Hours passed in silence as you made your way on the highway, before making a pit stop at a fast food restaurant to take a quick lunch break. As you made your way out of the car, you noticed how Satoru and Shoko exchanged glances amongst themselves. You look at them inquisitively, eyebrow raised at them. They smile at you. They’ve been doing that for the last few hours, as if they’ve been having their own secret conversations that they were shielding from you and Suguru. You look up at Suguru, he looks at you before quickly trailing behind Satoru who headed straight to the restaurant.
Suguru had also noticed it. The knowing glances, the small grins and smiles. They were scheming.
He hates when they schemed. Especially, when he wasn’t apart of it.
He chooses to ignore it as he sits down next to Satoru, directly sitting in front of you much to his regret. He glances at you as you look at the menu from your seat, eyes squinting.
He hated how your eyes looked so beautiful in the sun.
He looks away, feeling heat rush up to his cheeks. How disgusting.
“What do you want, Suguru?” Satoru says, pulling him away from his thoughts. Suguru shrugs, admitting that he could go for anything. Satoru looks at Shoko, before giving her a nod, earning a confused look from Suguru.
“Alright! Shoko and I will go order! You both wait here and keep the table and our belongings safe!” Satoru announces, smiling at the both of you before quickly standing up.
You didn’t even have time to protest before Shoko stands up and smiles at you. “Don’t start a fight!” She says, giving you a small smile.
You sit in your seat, pouting as you watch them walk away, eventually your eyes wander to Suguru who was already staring at you.
Crap.
Feelings rush you, and a sense of unease fills you. You had a feeling he was going to start berating you. Yet, that never happened. Instead he just… looked at you, without saying anything.
He was an odd man you had to admit.
“Are you mad at me?” You ask, tentatively, breaking the silence. Your eyes trained on him searching for any negative emotions.
Yes. I am furious at you for not giving me the attention I need. The love I need.
“No. I’m not mad. The hell would I be?” Suguru answers, looking at you confused.
You give him an easy smile. “Oh… Then, are you in love with me?”
His eyes widen as blood rushes to his face. His face contorting into a mixture of shock and humiliation. You couldn’t help but laugh as you watch his reaction.
“You’re such an ass! Who in their right mind would like a person the likes of you?” Suguru answers rudely, hoping to illicit a hurt response from you. Yet, a feeling in his stomach and mind immediately caused him to feel regret for airing out such words. What for? You deserved it.
You continue laughing. “I don’t know, you?” You give him a smile that causes him to stumble and stutter upon his words.
No.
He hated you.
“I would never like a girl like you. Get that through your stupid head. You wish I did like you.” He says seriously, his eyes narrowing.
Hurt flashes across your face, but you quickly mask it.
“I know, I just like teasing you!” You say, smiling at him.
He saw the hurt on your face and it caused his heart to burn. He wanted nothing more but to wipe that stupid hurt look off your face.
Admit it.
Admit that you love me so that I can love you. Admit that you want me to take care of you so I can try my best. Admit that I had broken you so I could put you back together.
All those words he wanted to say, all those thoughts. He couldn’t speak, his mouth wouldn’t let him. His body wouldn’t. His body rejected you but his heart was revolting.
Thus, he sat in uncomfortable silence with you, biding his time until Shoko and Satoru return and save the both of you from this pit of despair.
The pair of them eventually came to see the both of you in a state worse than before. You smiled at them trying to convince them you were fine but they could easily see through your deceit.
Lunch was eaten in silence.
Satoru and Shoko went to pay, asking you and Suguru to start up the car. You walk up to the car, Suguru trailing behind you. Your hands were in your pockets, gripping tightly to the inside of your pants.
“y/n.”
You look back, seeing Suguru approaching you until he was directly in front of you. You didn’t know what he wanted. To insult you? To hurt you once more like he always does?
“M’sorry.” Suguru mumbles out before walking towards the driver’s side of the car.
You stand there for a second. An apology was not what you had expected. You didn’t know what to do with it. He can apologise all he wants but if he doesn’t change what’s the point? Such empty words won’t help her in the long run.
“y/n! Why are you standing outside the car? You’re gonna get hit!” Satoru says, smiling as he pulls you away from the road, nearer to the car. You smile softly at him, thanking him. He pats your shoulder and ruffles your hair, before quickly telling you something.
Suguru watches it all in the rear view mirror. The way Satoru held you, smiled at you, the way you smiled at him. Did you move on to him?
His hand. The way Satoru’s hand lingered on you. Lingered upon your waist as he pulls you out the road. It should’ve been him. Why Satoru? His teeth grit as he watches Satoru smile and laugh with you. Is that how it would be if he was close with you?
Satoru smiles at you once more before entering the backseat, leaving you with an exasperated look. Suguru wondered what had transpired between the both of you.
The door to the passenger seat opens, you entering the car, and giving a small shy smile to him, almost as if he didn’t just wound you.
“Satoru says that he wants to hang out with Shoko at the back. He says that you’re too boring,” You state, laughing slightly.
Suguru rolls his eyes, looking at the back where Satoru gives him an unapologetic look. He turns to you, the sound of your laugh sending shivers into him. He ignores it, turning to the road and starting to drive.
~
Everyone had fallen asleep, everyone except Suguru. He was cruising on the road at the an average speed, the road almost empty. He glances over at your sleeping figure.
You looked so peaceful.
You hair covering parts of your face, your small movements and small mumbles that fell out of your mouth as you slept.
He swore he heard you mumble his name out.
“It’s rude to stare.” You say, eyes fluttering open and looking at Suguru.
Suguru felts knots in his stomach as your eyes concentrated on him. He clears his throat and looks in front. Ashamed that he had been called out, especially with a line he had said to you a few days back.
“Where are we?” You ask, yawning as you stretch your arms out.
Suguru’s grip tightens on the steering wheel. “We’re nearing the hotel. We can make a quick stop at the next town to eat early dinner.” Suguru says, plainly.
You keep quiet, earning a glance from Suguru. You frown as you think. You were still half asleep, your eyes blurry and your brain foggy.
“Why do you hate me Sugu?” You ask, the use of the nickname causing him to shiver.
“I…” He didn’t know how to answer such a forward question.
If you had asked him that question months ago, nay two days ago, he could’ve given you a plethora of answers with detailed explanations. Yet, when you asked it right now, he was speechless.
He couldn’t answer.
Why did he hate you?
You weren’t a bad person nor mean. Annoying sure but you’ve quickly grown out of it. Your only sin was that you had fallen for him. You had fallen for a man who couldn’t deal with love.
Did he hate you?
Yes he did, he had to hate you. That’s what made sense.
Yet, why couldn’t he explain why he hated you.
“I… I don’t hate you.” He says softly, turning to you to gauge your response. Yet, what he was met with was the soft snores of you who had already fallen back to sleep.
He clicked his tongue. How annoying.
Maybe that’s why he didn’t like you.
He looks back to the road, his grip tight on the steering wheel as he focuses on driving.
He was tired.
Yes, that was it. He was tired. That’s why he wasn’t thinking straight. He was tired.
He looked upon your sleeping face. The way the setting sun shines upon your face was unexplainably beautiful, the way it lit up your face and put it on a spotlight. The ways your eye flutter slightly as the rays of gold hit your face.
He just needed some rest.

Can we be friends?
Tumblr media
You were a relatively newer student. You normally kept to yourself but you always dreamt of being friends with the main trio, especially with the infamous Suguru Geto. Yet, he always seemed to hate you, even when you openly showed you felt the opposite.
Pairings: suguru geto x f!reader
Warnings and whatnots: fake friendship, Geto still being mean. Geto low-key being jealous but denying it because it’s geto. Use of the term monkey (by geto ofc) Not proofread! Maybe will make a part 3? Geto being oblivious to his feelings.
Chapter 1: Are we still friends? <;- read first! Chapter 2: [currently reading] Chapter 3: sorry, not sorry Chapter 4: green looks good on you. Chapter 5: Runaway Chapter 6: Burn.
Your eyes widen at the text you had received last night. After the whole ordeal yesterday, you had quickly collapsed on your bed and fell asleep, not bothering to change your clothes or check your phone.
What a big mistake.
Your fingers hover over the screen as you read the text message over and over again. It was real. You weren’t dreaming.
You needed to respond.
y/n : hii, sorry I didn’t see your message last night.
y/n : yeah I’m free today at like 2-3 pm. why?
You breath out a sigh, as you put your phone down, thoughts racing through your head faster than an F1 car.
The sound of your notification rings through the room, causing you to quickly seize your phone.
Suguru 💔 : meet me at the cafe at 2:30.
Suguru 💔 : I need to talk to you about something.
You weren’t sure what to do. You quickly answer, agreeing. You flop onto your bed, eyes staring onto the ceiling on top of you. Confusion filling you.
What the hell did he want from you?
Insufferable. Annoying. Wasn’t that what he called you? He didn’t want to be near you anymore right? Then, why was he randomly messaging you to meet him.
It all confused you. You punch your bed, frustrated. You didn’t know what to do. Did you really want to meet him again, alone? He said meet him, not him and his friends, meaning he would be alone.
You grimace and grumble, why does he have to be so damn confusing! You sit up, rereading the message again.
2:30 in the afternoon.
You sigh, standing up, stretching your body.
Annoyance replaces the frustration as you realise what you had just agreed to.
What in the world did you get yourself into?
~
You enter the cafe, hands fidgeting on your bag. You scout out the long black-haired man.
You eventually spot him near the corner, reading a book. Blood rushes to your face as you observe him. You curse your body for having a reaction to seeing him like that. Yet, it made sense.
He looked well-groomed today. His hair tied back into a man bun neatly, one strand freed and covering part of his face. He was entranced by the book, not bothering to look up at you, who was staring at him from the door.
“It’s rude to stare.” He suddenly voices out, pulling you out of your catatonic state. You look away, embarrassed for getting caught staring.
Right. He was still an asshole.
He looks up, closing his book and putting it on the coffee table in front of him. He gestures for you to sit in front of him, which you hesitantly agree to. Like normal, his eyes carried no emotion. It was impossible to read him and understand what was going in that head of his.
“What’d you call me here for?” You say, taking a seat in front of him. Your tone civil as you try your hardest to hide your still prominent feelings for him.
He gives you a smirk. Ugh! Was he trying to lead you on?
“I think we both know that we aren’t exactly on the best of terms.” He says, leaning in front. “So, I want to fix that and befriend you again.”
Huh.
He wanted to befriend you… again. Did you hear that right?
You stare dumbfounded at him. Was he being serious.?You purse your lips, looking at him uncertainly.
“Why do you randomly want to be friends with me again?” You say quietly, unsure of what he was getting at. Surely, there was something that he needed.
“Look, I uh… I think it would be better for us to be friends again. You’re a good girl, and I think that you’re a nice friend. Thus, I don’t want to have to lose you because I made a mistake with my words months ago.” He says. “Besides, Shoko needs another female friend.”
You continue to stare at him. What he said made sense, and this was definitely an optimal chance to get back into the friend group, but something felt off.
“But… You don’t like me in general.” You state plainly, tilting your head at the man in front of you.
His eyes widen as he hears you say that, his mouth opens slightly, before he quickly closes it. To be completely honest, he never thought you would be so blunt on pointing out his faults and disdains. It was true he didn’t really fancy your presence but he thought he kept it secretive enough. Not to mention, he thought you would accept his friendship in a heartbeat with no issue. Isn’t that what you wanted? To be close to him?
You stare at him expectantly. You know you had hit the nail as he stayed silent after your statement. Yet, to know that he actually didn’t like you, it hurt.
“I can’t say that you’re entirely wrong but…” He leads, the first few words already stinging your heart. You didn’t know why you thought wanted he would reject your words and say that you were wrong. You should’ve known better than that.. “I think it’s better for the whole class that we at least pretend to be friends. Shoko and Satoru desperately miss you for some reason.”
You stay silent, the words ringing through your head before you finally process it after a few seconds. You bite the inside of your cheek.
“So… can we be friends?” He asks, looking you in the face, the look that always caused you to blush.
“Fine by me.” You say, standing up, trying to quickly leave the cafe before it became obvious on the fact that you still somehow had a crush on that curse eater.
He, thankfully, let you leave.
~
You stood outside of class, staring at the door. It was the first day of school after agreeing to be friends although fake with Suguru Geto.
You know you had to enter soon, but the prospect of seeing him again and having to talk to him was nerve-wrecking.
“Why are you staring at the door?”
You jump at the sudden voice, turning back to see the man you were trying to avoid behind you. He looked at you weirdly, tilting his head.
“I- I was just thinking…” You say, looking in front indignantly.
He raises an eyebrow at you before opening the door, ushering you inside.
Satoru and Shoko were already in the classroom. They smile at the both of you and wave you over to sit with them. You, gratefully, take a seat beside Shoko. As per usual, you stay quiet, listening to them talk and squabble. You started zoning out as their discussion continued on.
“Well, what do you think y/n?” The mention of your name snaps you back to reality. You look at Shoko who had called you.
“I’m sorry- I was blurred out, what did you say?”
“Since the school break is happening soon, we wanted to go on a roadtrip around Japan. Though, it’s either that or we do something else. So… what do you want to do?” Shoko explains.
“Come on y/n, say yes to the roadtrip! I’ll even pay for all your expenses!” Satoru adds on, giving you a pleading look. You smile at him.
“Sure… I wouldn’t mind.”
Satoru gives you the widest grin before hugging you. You laugh at him, accepting the hug. You glance at Shoko who rolls her eyes, a small smile tugging at her lips.
You live in that moment for a while. Not realising how Suguru was staring at your enveloped figure. Something inside him burned as he watched Satoru hold you in a tight hug. He shakes away the thought. It must be because Satoru is holding you. Satoru is his best friend, why would he want his best friend holding a filthy monkey?
The road trip was planned and scheduled. For the first time in a long time, you felt a sense of belonging. The plan was to sleepover at Suguru’s old house and leave early the next day. That was the reason you stood in front of Suguru’s house, your trunk in hand. You tapped nervously on the hard leather cover of the trunk as you waited for someone to open the door. Satoru and Shoko were already there as they were used to going to his house. You, were not.
The door opens, Suguru standing in front of you. Your breath hitches as you see him.
He looked beautiful. His hair down and in a comfortable black sweatshirt. His eyes looked tired but it was obvious he had been smiling as his laugh lines looked more obvious than usual.
“Oh. You’re here.” He says.
You give him a small smile. He stands to the side, letting you in. Before you could even take a look around, he grabs your shoulder, pulling you near. Your eyes widen as you feel his hand grabbing you back.
“Listen. I know we’re ‘friends’ and all, but that doesn’t change the fact that I don’t exactly like you. So, don’t get any wrong ideas okay? We’re just friends.” He says sternly, looking down at your face. His eyes softening for a second as he took a proper look at your face. He had never seen it that close before. He had to admit you were pretty but no. He couldn’t. He wouldn’t. Not you, not after everything he had said.
You pull away from him, failing to notice how his eyes saddened as you remove yourself from him. Why did he feel that way? He didn’t like you.
“I get it man. We’re friends. I’m fine with that.” You say, glaring at him.
“Good.” He says, ignoring you as he brings you up the stairs to his room where Shoko and Satoru played UNO on the floor.
“y/n! You’re lateeee” Satoru drawls out, patting the spot next to him for you to sit down. You agree, sitting beside him as you watch him and Shoko play a game of UNO. Satoru, getting increasingly frustrated with losing, not knowing Shoko had been secretly passing you cards to hide.
“This game is rigged!” Satoru shouts out after his 11th time losing. “Let’s do something else!”
You laugh, nodding at him. Suguru’s hand twitching as he hears your laugh. He keeps quiet.
You all decided to watch a movie before falling asleep soon on the floor. It had been ages since you had this much fun. As you stare into the ceiling, the world around starts getting darker before eventually you fall into a deep slumber.
~
You awoke to the sound of something moving, you open your eyes, catching a shadow of man walking towards the door before closing it. You sit up, feeling curious on who had left the room. Your throat felt dry.
You needed a drink.
That was your reasoning. Surely there was no other reason for you to follow a shadow that was most definitely Suguru downstairs to the kitchen. You were just thirsty.
You quietly head down the stairs, catching a glimpse of Suguru at the counter of his kitchen, drink in hand. He looked so… broken.
Maybe you didn’t need a drink.
“I know you’re there.” He says.
Nevermind, you did need a drink.
“My throat… I wanted a drink…” You say softly, showing yourself. He looks at you, his eyes showing the distinct look of sadness.
He nods, pushing the jug of water near you and grabbing a cup for you. You poured the water in and took a sip. The air of awkwardness surrounding the both of you as you both stood drinking water.
“Are… Are you alright?” You ask, breaking the silence. He keeps quiet, taking a sip.
“I’m fine.” He says solemnly after a while. You knew better to fight him about it.
After a while, you left to go back to sleep, leaving Suguru all alone downstairs.
It enraged him. Why did you leave him? Why did you stop showing him affection? You were supposed to like him, not ignore him! You… You and your stupid laugh. The laugh that only happened near him but never because of him. The sincere smile that you gave others but not him.
It’s not fair.
It’s not fair, why did they get it but not him?
He hated it.
He hated you.
He didn’t like you. No, you were supposed to like him. That’s how it was supposed to work.
You had to like him. He wanted your attention, your affection, your love. He wanted your all.
So, why weren’t you giving it to him?
Why were you making him give his to you?

Eyes that follow.
Tumblr media
The King of Curses had never fallen in love before. It was weak. Yet, when he saw you, something clicked inside of him. He was curious about you, but the way you ignored him was simply unacceptable
pairings: ryomen sukuna x reader
warnings and whatnots: High School AU. Sukuna and Itadori are brothers. dumbass Sukuna. Sukuna being oblivious to his own feelings. Sukuna low-key being a stalker a bit but you know so it’s okay?
Reader: 🌊 Sukuna:💥
It was safe to say Ryomen Sukuna had never fallen in love before. It was weak. Then, suddenly you came along and ruined everything for him.
He first spotted you walking with his brother Yuji. Something about you allured him but he chalked it up to nothing.
“Hi, you must be Yuji’s brother!” - 🌊
He ignored you.
Days past and he couldn’t get the thought of you out of his head. He watched as you walked in the school campus. Eyes following closely, sometimes he’d even follow you quietly.
You ignored him and it drove him crazy.
He needed to talk to you.
💥: Hey. I got your number from my brother.
🌊: wtf? Hi? what do you want?
💥: you. 💥: I mean I want to talk to you. 💥: don’t get the wrong idea, brat.
🌊: k?
you responded. You responded!
He didn’t understand why you piqued his interest so quickly. Maybe you had some unknown power that he didn’t know of.
Whatever it was, it had caused him to wait outside your class the next day.
“So, what do you want?” - 🌊
“Why are you so enticing? For a person who seems really weak, why are you so enticing. Is there a hidden power behind you weak figure?” - 💥
You stare at him, confused and offended. You didn’t respond and left quickly.
His eyes follow your figure as you left.
After that day, he never left you alone.
He followed you around, talking while simultaneously accidentally insulting you.
The way you ignored him drove him crazy
It only caused him to follow you around even more, desperate for a piece of your attention.
“Bro, what’s up with you and y/n? Why do you keep following them around.” His brother confronts.
Sukuna keeps quiet, not knowing how to answer. How did he not know? He was Ryomen Sukuna, he was supposed to know.
Yet, you had changed him, and he didn’t know if he liked that.
Yuji listens as Sukuna rants and talk about you. Trying to explain why he did what he did.
He laughs. Yuji laughs at him.
Sukuna had never been this enraged at his brother before.
“You like her! Oh my, you like y/n!”
The audacity. As if he would like you! He couldn’t, he wouldn’t! You were just some lowly peasant to him.
Yet, the thought rang through his head throughout the night, following him through the day and eating up at him by its end.
Did he like you?
💥: Oi, brat.
🌊: what do you want, stalker boy
💥: meet me tomorrow at the convenience store outside school.
🌊: can i not?
💥: you have no choice.
🌊: nuh uh.
💥: you come or else I’m hunting you down.
🌊: Why do you want me to meet you? 🌊: Hello? 🌊: hello??? 🌊: kys
Frankly, you were getting a bit annoyed with him.
You did have to admit you might have a teensy tiny little crush on him and liked him being attentive to you, but it was quickly ruined by how utterly rude he way.
You didn’t understand what he wanted so much from you that caused him to follow you around.
He was odd. Yet, maybe you were also a bit odd because here you wait in front of the convenience store for his appearance.
He watched you from the corner, heat filling his face. He didn’t understand what was happening to him.
Did he like you? No! This must be your cursed technique!
He needed to confront you about it.
“Oi, brat, over here!” He called out to you. You raise your head from your phone, looking at the man who had finally graced you with his appearance.
You hide a smile as you look him up and down. You keep your face calm.
“What do you want?” You ask plainly, a bored look on your face.
It drove him nuts. Were you bored? Bored in his presence? No. He needed to change that. He can’t have you being bored near the King of Curses’ presence, can he now?
“What the hell are you doing to me?!” He exclaims loudly, being blunt. His face a mixture of annoyance as his eyes twitched. He looked down at you, gauging your response.
Your face changes from a nonchalant and bored expression to confused. What in the world was he talking about?
“Ever since I saw you, you’ve been infiltrating my brain. I don’t understand, what type of Curse Technique you have but whatever it is, stop! Stop before I make you stop.”
You were even more confused?
Curse technique?
Your curse technique was the same as Megumi! What was he talking about?
“What?”
“Don’t act clueless! You’ve taken hold of my head. You’ve entered and made home in it, and I can’t seem to evict you out! You made my brain your home and my heart your toy. Stop it!” He says truthfully, as he looked at you with a look of hatred.
You stay frozen for a moment, processing all the information he had just forced onto you. You didn’t understand.
Realisation dawns on your face. Your gaze meets his and you swore you saw his eyes flicker from anger to a softness you had never seen. You gaze upon his face, taking note of the small hint of red that tinted his face. You smile sweetly at him.
“Sukuna. Do you like me?” You ask plainly.
His eyes widen at the question as his face gets redder.
“As if! Why would I like a lowly peasant like you. I am way above you. I could kill you if I wanted to!” He says, his voice loud.
You laugh. “Aw, what a shame. I liked you too.”
He looks at you with a confused expression, his eyebrows furrow as he looked down at you.
You smile at him as you walk away, yet you didn’t get far before he grabbed your arm, pulling you near to him.
“Oi.” He grinned at you. His eyes making its way down to take a proper look at you. His grin becomes wider as his eyes follow your eyes. “You didn’t think that I would let you go that easily, did you?”
