A bread is one of the most vulnerable animals on earth of all time. It can die in a number of different ways, which include being smashed, being old, being rottened, being crumpled up, getting too hot, having water put on it, and having water not on it but being in the air a lot (the water (mist)). The bread’s favorite way to die is being eaten, but the world is a complicated place, and it does not care for what the bread wants, and so it dies in a variety of ways which are not the preference of the bread.

Humans are considered the bread’s natural predator, and also, are the bread’s mommy (make/give birth to the bread). Humans are a large species of ant or plant or ele phant with two grasping appendages which they use to give birth to the bread. They also have one hole which eats the bread, and some other holes, which the bread is not allowed near, generally.

Some bread can go in the fridge. Some bread has fruit in it. Scientists don’t know why, as putting fruit in the bread is considered yucky, and scientists have difficulty imagining an organism that likes yucky things.

There is the anteater, which is an organism that likes yucky things, but scientists do not need to imagine it, because it is real.

There's a certain word I'm often wanting to use which is just completely memory holed for me, I can never think of it. I always end up saying "deceiving" (not quite right) or "misconceiving" (not even a word (Editor's Note: yes it is)), and I always think it's maybe this other word when I know it isn't (and can't even think of what that other word is). A coworker recently used the word and I went on the most unhinged rant thanking her and ridiculing myself. Unfortunately I immediately forgot the word again. It's gotten to the point of being genuinely frustrating. My point being, what is wrong with me?

listen. you're going to be surrounded by doors. more doors than you know what to do with. three actually. and there will be a man there. probably in a suit, but the kind that makes him look like a piece of meat they put into a hotdog casing every morning. they slid him into that suit like a half-domesticated animal. don't pay attention to the suit yet. because he's going to ask you something.

he's going to point to the doors and say there's a brand new car for you behind one of them. focus. i know the doors are too close for there to be a car behind them. that isn't the point. you're going to need to choose the door. which door it is doesn't matter.

because that guy? the hot dog man with the bright smile and dull eyes? he's going to open one of the other doors. and there will be nothing behind it, because that's the name of the game. and he's going to ask you whether you want to stick with your original choice or not. there's a script to this, i assure you. no, don't turn around. they don't want you looking at the script. just pay attention to my voice.

now this next part is critical. it's a numbers game, and people are named after figuring this out. famous problems and all that.

This has me thinking about how inefficient other media formats are at conveying ideas. Imagine an audio file format like MIDI which is efficiently describing how to recreate a piece of music, but with a higher level of detail that could capture much more nuance in things like instrument tone and expression. It should be possible to create a very efficient format that can capture enough nuance to convey the idea of not only of the composition but also the performance.

it's insulting that a text document is like 170kb. text documents should be between 600mb-5gb, out of respect for the weighty ideas they contain
