Here is a track I was inspired to write early last year, after I had taken part in a gig to raise funds for the SIMON charity. On my way through the streets while carrying my acoustic guitar, I came across a little homeless girl in Dublin. It broke my heart to see her begging outside a well known fast food place, so i went to cross the street to try and help her. But before i did, a person came out from the darkness behind me and brushed pass me. It turned out to be her mother, who then took her by the hand and led her up the street. I couldnt get the girls face out of my mind, and later  on my way home on top of the bus, I took my guitar out and I wrote this song. I was trying to imagine how she had found herself in that situation, it was obvious it was'nt her fault..so that is how Dirty dress Mary came about, why not give it a spin. Thank you.
