Alright traphousespermicide has taken the second place spot.
OK, traphousespermicide has requested Nine Inch Nails CC, and I am happy to deliver. Sorry there are no images of the CC, but I haven't patched my game in a bit, and am kinda scared to open it up right now.
The first object is a record sales award for Nine Inch Nails. It has 7 swatches, one for each album she released that charted at Gold or higher. The award shows the album’s cover art, and has an inserted record showing which level of award it is for. The award is glassed in, so I am sorry for the glare on the above image, but in game it looks great. This object is Basegame.

OK, Sims 4 auto makers. I have been dying to see these 3 in game for some time. Anyone up to the task?
First four images are the original Brubaker Box kit. Majorly cool retro VW conversion from the 70's. Those of us who remember Saturday morning cartoons, might remember seeing a very custom dune buggy-esqe version of this on the show Ark 2 (image three).
The fifth image is a reimaging of the Brubaker Box as designer Sami Sadikhov is working it. Looks slick as hell to me.
Images six through nine are the concept vehicle Bevel by Nissan. Sadly, they made the concept, showed it at some trade shows, and sent it to the junkyard. But I love how quirky it is, and if there was one to really drive, I would buy it!
So how's about it guys? Anyone up to do these up? I know they won't be drivable, and that's cool, I just wanna put them in driveways.

Someone on Reddit was asking about some CC for the band Queen, well they were one band I had gotten stuff for, and just not gotten around to doing yet. So, thanks to u/souffle_pancake11 of Reddit I got off my tushy and did it up.

@okayheyoallfia was my first follower to suggest a band (well 2 actually), and so they are the first one to have their suggestion turned into CC. Now, I did say I would do CC off 1 band for each of these 5 suggestions, however, since I offered to do framed album art, as well as record sales awards, and the two bands @okayheyoallfia suggested never actually got any sales awards, I went ahead and did both. I literally just finished the CC, and haven't fired up my game, so no screenies of the CC, but if you have seen the previous framed albums I have done, you know what is coming.

Well when I got Snowy Escape I started collecting some nice traditional Japanese art. So today I finalized some of it into a nice piece of CC for you. So today I give to you, Views of Mount Fuji.

Today I give to you the Tendo Dojo! I have been working on this lot for a couple weeks (when not at work that is). It is mostly accurate to the show in layout, however there are some liberties taken with decoration.
Lot has 6 bedrooms, multiple bath facilities, and even has a shed for you to use for your own purposes. The shed was shown on the show, but I never could figure out what it’s purpose was.
The download file contains all the tray files, a screen grab of the lot (shown above), a text file listing all CC used in the build and where to download it, a second text file listing all packs needed for the build, and all the CC I did that this build uses.
Be sure you use bb.moveobjects BEFORE placing lot.

Well we here at High Riz-O-Lution construction company have finished building a new house. Available for sale now, the Roughshod Facade. There is a good amount of CC used, and there is a full list of CC provided below.
This modern home is a two bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. Other features include a raised kitchen with an attached island and pantry, laundry room, walk in closet in the master bedroom, covered parking for 2+ vehicles, and an attached patio. The home is move in ready, with all appliances in place, walls painted, floors either tiled, varnished, or carpeted. All you need is your own decorating savvy, and landscaping.
This build does require the following DLC from Origin: Eco Lifestyle, Get Together, Moschino, and Bowling Night.
