A Hughes Family Christmas- Quinn hughes
Quinn hughes x reader
The snow was falling gently outside the Hughes family home in Michigan, creating a picturesque winter wonderland. Inside, the warmth of the fireplace and the sound of laughter filled the air as Quinn Hughes, his wife Y/N, and their five-year-old son Sam prepared for the annual Christmas dinner with the Hughes family.
"Sam, are you ready to go see Grandpa and Grandma?" Y/N asked, helping him into his little coat and adjusting his hat.
Sam nodded enthusiastically, his eyes wide with excitement. "Yeah! And Uncle Jack and Uncle Luke too!"
Quinn smiled as he watched his son. Sam had inherited his curiosity and energy, and he couldn't help but feel a swell of pride every time he looked at him. Sam had Quinn's dark, expressive eyes, which Y/N always said were her favorite feature.
"Alright, buddy, let's get going," Quinn said, lifting Sam into his arms. "We've got a lot of presents to open."
The drive to the Hughes family home was filled with Sam's chatter about Santa Claus, his favorite Christmas movies, and all the toys he hoped to get. Y/N and Quinn exchanged amused glances, enjoying their son's infectious excitement.
When they arrived, they were greeted by the familiar warmth of the Hughes home. Ellen and Jim Hughes welcomed them with open arms, and Jack and Luke were already there, teasing each other as usual.
"There's my little man!" Jack exclaimed, scooping Sam up into a big hug. "How's my favorite nephew?"
Sam giggled, hugging Jack tightly. "I'm good, Uncle Jack! Did you see all the snow?"
Luke joined in, ruffling Sam's hair. "Hey, buddy! Ready for some Christmas fun?"
Sam nodded eagerly, his eyes sparkling with joy. The family gathered around the beautifully decorated Christmas tree, the scent of pine and the twinkle of lights adding to the festive atmosphere.
As everyone settled in, Ellen brought out a tray of hot cocoa, complete with marshmallows for Sam. "Here you go, sweetie," she said, handing him a warm mug.
"Thank you, Grandma," Sam replied, his manners making everyone smile.
The evening progressed with laughter and stories, as the family shared memories of Christmases past. Sam sat in the middle of it all, his eyes wide with wonder as he listened to the tales of his dad and uncles' childhood adventures.
When it was time to open presents, Sam could hardly contain his excitement. He tore into the wrapping paper with glee, revealing a new set of toy hockey sticks from Jack, a Lego set from Luke, and a cuddly stuffed bear from his grandparents.
Quinn and Y/N had saved their presents for last. They handed Sam a big box, and he looked up at them with wide eyes. "Is this from Santa?" he asked.
Quinn chuckled. "Not this one, buddy. This one's from Mom and Dad."
Sam carefully unwrapped the present, revealing a junior-sized Vancouver Canucks jersey with "Hughes" and the number 43 on the back. His eyes lit up with excitement. "Just like yours, Daddy!"
Quinn grinned, feeling a surge of pride and love for his son. "That's right, Sam. Now you can be just like me on the ice."
Sam jumped into Quinn's arms, hugging him tightly. "Thank you, Daddy! I love it!"
Y/N watched the scene unfold, her heart full of happiness. She loved seeing Quinn with Sam, the bond between father and son stronger than ever. She joined them, wrapping her arms around both of them in a family hug.
"I love you both so much," she said softly.
"We love you too, Mommy," Sam replied, his voice muffled against Quinn's shoulder.
The rest of the evening was filled with more presents, games, and laughter. Sam played with his new toys, showing off his hockey skills with his uncles and enjoying every moment of the festive celebration.
As the night drew to a close, the family gathered around the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa and enjoying the cozy atmosphere. Sam was nestled between Quinn and Y/N, his eyes drooping with sleepiness.
"Did you have a good Christmas, buddy?" Quinn asked, brushing a strand of hair from Sam's forehead.
Sam nodded, a content smile on his face. "The best Christmas ever, Daddy."
Y/N kissed Sam's cheek, feeling a deep sense of contentment. "I'm so glad, sweetie. Merry Christmas."
"Merry Christmas, Mommy," Sam replied, snuggling closer to her.
Quinn looked around at his family, his heart full of love and gratitude. Despite the challenges and the busy schedule of his hockey career, moments like these made everything worthwhile. He was surrounded by the people he loved most, and he couldn't ask for anything more.
As Sam drifted off to sleep, Quinn and Y/N exchanged a look of pure happiness. They knew that this was just the beginning of many more wonderful Christmases together, filled with love, laughter, and the joy of family.
"Merry Christmas, Quinn," Y/N whispered, leaning in for a kiss.
"Merry Christmas, Y/N," he replied, pulling her close. "I love you."
"I love you too," she said, resting her head on his shoulder. "Always."
And with that, they settled in for a peaceful, joyful night, their hearts full and their family complete.

Love on the waterfront- Luke hughes
Luke hughes x reader
Hughes arrived at Y/N's doorstep with a bouquet of her favorite flowers in hand. Y/N's eyes lit up with joy as she saw him standing there, looking handsome in his best suit. Together, they made their way to a charming restaurant nestled by the water, with a stunning view of the sunset painting the sky in hues of pink and orange.
As they sat down at their table, Hughes couldn't help but admire how beautiful Y/N looked, her eyes sparkling with happiness. They talked and laughed, sharing stories and jokes as they sipped on their drinks. The atmosphere was filled with love and affection, their connection growing stronger with each passing moment.
The waiter brought out their meals, and they savored each bite, savoring the delicious flavors while stealing glances at each other. Hughes complimented Y/N on how lovely she looked, causing her cheeks to flush with delight. Y/N playfully teased Hughes about his hockey skills, and he responded with a mock offended expression that made her burst into laughter.
As the night went on, they found themselves lost in each other's company, the rest of the world fading away around them. They gazed out at the water, the sound of waves creating a soothing background melody to their conversation. Hughes reached across the table to hold Y/N's hand, a gesture that made her heart flutter with affection.
Before they knew it, the evening had flown by, but the magic of their date lingered in the air. As they walked along the waterfront, bathed in the soft glow of streetlights, Hughes pulled Y/N close, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. They strolled in comfortable silence, the only sound being the gentle lapping of the water against the shore.
As they reached the end of their date, Hughes turned to Y/N with a tender smile. "Thank you for tonight," he said softly, his eyes filled with love. Y/N's heart swelled with emotion as she gazed back at him. "I had the most amazing time," she replied, her voice filled with warmth.
And in that moment, under the starlit sky, Hughes and Y/N shared a sweet and tender kiss, sealing their perfect evening with a promise of many more unforgettable moments to come. With hearts full of love, they made their way home, knowing that their connection was as strong as ever, and their bond would only continue to grow stronger with each passing day.

Canvas of Destiny-Connor bedard x reader
It was a crisp autumn morning when Connor, the star rookie of the Vancouver Canucks, decided to take a break from his rigorous training schedule and grab a cup of coffee at a cozy café near the waterfront. Dressed in his team jacket and with a puck always at his side, Connor navigated the crowded sidewalk with ease, his mind filled with thoughts of the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, Y/N, an aspiring painter known for her vibrant pieces inspired by the beauty of the Canadian landscape, was lost in her own world as she hurried to her morning art class. Carrying a portfolio filled with sketches and paints, she weaved through the crowd with focused determination, her heart set on creating something beautiful that day.
Fate, however, had other plans in store for both of them. As Connor turned the corner, his attention momentarily diverted by a playful golden retriever chasing a squirrel, he accidentally bumped into Y/N, causing her to stumble and sending her coffee flying through the air in a spectacular arc that landed not only on her, but on Connor as well.
"Oh no, I am so sorry!" Connor exclaimed, his eyes widening in shock at the mess he had caused. Y/N blinked in surprise, her cheeks flushing as she took in the sight of the famous hockey player standing before her, coffee dripping from his jacket.
"It's okay, it was an accident," Y/N replied, a small smile tugging at her lips despite the situation. Connor quickly offered to buy her a new cup of coffee to make up for the mishap, his apology genuine and heartfelt.
As they entered the café together, the tension between them dissolved into laughter and easy conversation. Connor learned about Y/N's passion for art, while she discovered his love for hockey and the piano. They found themselves sharing stories and dreams, their connection growing with each passing moment.
Before they knew it, the sun had set and the café was closing for the night. Connor hesitated for a moment, his heart pounding with a newfound courage. "Would you, um, like to go out with me sometime? To make up for the coffee incident, of course," he asked, a shy smile playing on his lips.
Y/N looked into his warm, earnest eyes and felt her own heart skip a beat. She nodded, a spark of excitement igniting within her. And so, amidst the clinking of coffee cups and the fading light of day, their journey together began.
From that day on, Connor and Y/N's lives intertwined in a beautiful tapestry of shared moments and unforgettable adventures. Whether cheering on Connor at his games or exploring the wilderness for new sources of inspiration, they found solace and joy in each other's presence, their love blossoming like the colors on Y/N's canvas.
And as they stood hand in hand, gazing out at the city that had brought them together, Connor and Y/N knew that their unexpected meeting had been nothing short of destiny, a stroke of luck that had forever changed the course of their lives for the better.

Quinn Hughes and the Love of His Life
Quinn hughes x reader
The Vancouver Canucks locker room was always a hub of activity. Players joked, teased, and bonded as they prepared for practice. Among them was Quinn Hughes, the team's star defenseman. But today, as usual, Quinn's attention wasn't entirely on the game. His thoughts often wandered to his girlfriend, Y/N, who had captured his heart in a way nothing else ever had.
Quinn's teammates noticed this shift in his demeanor. Brock Boeser, his best friend and constant tormentor, was the first to call him out. "Hey, Hughesy, you daydreaming about Y/N again?" Brock teased, a wide grin spreading across his face.
Quinn blushed, shaking his head but unable to hide his smile. "Shut up, Boes," he mumbled, his ears turning red.
Elias Pettersson joined in, leaning against his locker. "Yeah, Quinn, you're turning into a real softie. We used to think you were tough."
The locker room erupted in laughter, and Quinn couldn't help but chuckle too. His teammates' teasing was all in good fun, and he knew they were happy for him. Y/N had brought a new light into his life, and everyone could see it.
Quinn's thoughts drifted back to the first time he met Y/N. It was at a charity event for the Canucks, and she was there as a volunteer. Her smile caught his attention from across the room, and he spent the entire evening trying to muster the courage to talk to her. When he finally did, they hit it off immediately. Her warmth, intelligence, and kindness were magnetic, and he was hooked.
Since then, they'd been inseparable. Y/N often attended games, cheering him on from the stands. She quickly became a favorite among his teammates, not just because of how she supported Quinn, but because of her genuine nature and the way she fit seamlessly into their hockey family.
One day, after a grueling practice, Quinn decided to bring Y/N to the rink. He wanted her to see him in his element and meet the team officially. As they walked in hand in hand, the teasing began almost immediately.
"Look, it's Hughesy's better half!" Brock called out, prompting a round of applause and whistles from the team.
Y/N laughed, not minding the attention. She squeezed Quinn's hand reassuringly and whispered, "They seem like a great group."
"They are," Quinn replied, his heart swelling with pride. "And they love to give me a hard time."
Y/N grinned, loving how Quinn's teammates interacted with him. It was clear they were a close-knit group, more like family than just teammates. She watched as they ribbed Quinn about his newfound softness, and she found it endearing. To her, it showed just how much Quinn cared and how deeply he could love.
One evening, after a particularly tough loss, Quinn was feeling down. Y/N knew exactly how to lift his spirits. She prepared his favorite meal, set up a movie marathon of his favorite comedies, and just held him. She knew he needed the comfort and the distraction.
"Thank you, Y/N," Quinn said softly, his head resting on her lap. "I don't know what I'd do without you."
She stroked his hair, her touch soothing. "I'm always here for you, Quinn. Through the wins and the losses."
Their relationship wasn't without its challenges. Being a professional athlete meant Quinn was often away for games and road trips. It wasn't easy, but they made it work. They cherished every moment they had together, and their love grew stronger with each passing day.
One night, after a particularly long road trip, Quinn returned home exhausted. As soon as he walked through the door, Y/N was there, wrapping her arms around him. He melted into her embrace, feeling all the stress and fatigue of the trip slip away.
"Welcome home," she whispered, kissing his cheek.
"It's so good to be home," he replied, holding her close. "I missed you."
"I missed you too," she said, pulling back to look into his eyes. "You look tired. Let's get you to bed."
Quinn didn't argue. He let Y/N lead him to their bedroom, where she had already set out fresh pajamas and his favorite pillow. He couldn't help but smile at how thoughtful she was.
As they settled into bed, Quinn wrapped his arms around Y/N, pulling her close. "You know, the guys give me a hard time about how much I love you."
Y/N giggled. "I think it's cute. It shows how much you care."
"I do care," Quinn said, his voice serious. "I love you more than anything, Y/N. You make everything better."
She kissed him softly, her heart swelling with love. "And I love you, Quinn. Always."
Their relationship continued to flourish, despite the ups and downs of Quinn's demanding career. They faced each challenge together, their bond growing stronger with each passing day. The teasing from his teammates never let up, but Quinn didn't mind. He wore their jabs as a badge of honor, proud of the love he and Y/N shared.
One afternoon, after practice, Quinn was sitting in the locker room when Brock approached him, a smirk on his face. "Hey, Hughesy, we're all heading out for dinner. You in, or are you gonna be all lovesick and head home to Y/N?"
Quinn laughed, shaking his head. "I'm in. But I'm bringing Y/N with me."
Brock rolled his eyes playfully. "Of course you are. Just don't get all mushy on us, okay?"
"No promises," Quinn shot back, grinning.
At the restaurant, Y/N fit right in with the team, laughing at their jokes and sharing stories. The guys loved having her around, and Quinn couldn't have been happier. As the evening went on, he found himself watching her, amazed by how perfectly she had integrated into his life.
"Hey, Hughesy," Brock called out from across the table. "You know we're just giving you a hard time because we're happy for you, right?"
Quinn nodded, his heart full. "I know, Boes. And I appreciate it."
After dinner, as they walked back to their apartment, Quinn pulled Y/N close, kissing the top of her head. "Thanks for being amazing tonight. The guys really like you."
"They're great," Y/N replied, smiling up at him. "And I'm really happy to be a part of your life, Quinn."
"You are my life," he said softly, stopping to look into her eyes. "I love you, Y/N. More than words can say."
Tears filled her eyes, and she kissed him deeply, pouring all her love into that kiss. "I love you too, Quinn. So much."
As they continued their walk home, hand in hand, they knew that whatever challenges came their way, they would face them together. Their love was strong, and with each other's support, they could overcome anything. Quinn was a different man with Y/N in his life—softer, happier, and more complete. And he wouldn't have it any other way.

A Day with Charles, Y/N, and Jack
Charles leclerc x reader
The streets of Monaco were bathed in the warm glow of the Mediterranean sun, casting a golden hue over the pristine yachts and bustling markets. In a charming apartment overlooking the marina, life was just as picturesque for Charles Leclerc, his wife Y/N, and their adorable three-year-old son, Jack.
Jack was a spitting image of his father, with the same tousled brown hair and, most strikingly, Charles' captivating green eyes. Y/N often found herself lost in those eyes, mesmerized by their depth and beauty. It was one of the many things she adored about her little family.
This particular morning, the scent of fresh croissants and brewing coffee filled the air. Y/N stood by the kitchen counter, slicing fruit for breakfast, while Jack clung to her leg, his small hands gripping her jeans.
"Bonjour, mon amour," Charles greeted, wrapping his arms around Y/N from behind and planting a soft kiss on her neck.
"Bonjour, Charles," she replied with a smile, turning her head to kiss him on the lips. "Have you seen how much Jack looks like you today? Especially his eyes."
Charles crouched down to Jack's level and ruffled his hair. "Oui, c'est vrai. Il a mes yeux. But he has your smile, and that makes him even more special."
Jack giggled, reaching up to be picked up by his father. "Papa!"
Charles lifted Jack effortlessly, twirling him around before settling him on his hip. "Ready for breakfast, little man?"
Jack nodded enthusiastically, pointing to the table where his favorite blue plate awaited.
As they sat down to eat, Y/N couldn't help but watch the two of them interact. Jack was undeniably a mama's boy, always seeking her out for comfort and affection, but his bond with Charles was equally heartwarming. She loved seeing how Charles' eyes would light up whenever he looked at their son.
After breakfast, they decided to spend the day exploring Monaco. The Leclerc family was well-loved by the locals, and their strolls often involved many friendly greetings and photo requests. Today was no different, and as they walked through the streets, they were frequently stopped by fans and friends alike.
At one point, they stopped by a quaint little park. Jack immediately ran to the playground, his excitement evident in his beaming smile.
"Careful, Jack," Y/N called out, watching him climb up the slide. "Ne te fais pas mal."
Charles laughed, squeezing her hand reassuringly. "He'll be fine. He's a tough little guy."
They sat on a nearby bench, watching Jack play. Charles turned to Y/N, a tender expression on his face. "You know, sometimes I still can't believe how lucky I am. I have the most beautiful wife and an amazing son."
Y/N blushed, leaning her head on his shoulder. "I feel the same way, Charles. Every day with you and Jack is a blessing."
"Do you think he knows how much we love him?" Charles asked, watching Jack interact with another child on the playground.
"I think he feels it," Y/N replied softly. "And I think he sees it in our eyes, especially yours. Those beautiful green eyes of yours that he inherited."
Charles smiled, pulling her closer. "I love you, Y/N."
"Je t'aime, Charles," she whispered back.
As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the park, they decided to head home. Jack, tired from all the playing, clung to Y/N as they walked back. His little head rested on her shoulder, his eyes fluttering closed.
"He's definitely a mama's boy," Charles said, chuckling as he watched them.
"And I wouldn't have it any other way," Y/N replied, kissing Jack's forehead.
Back at their apartment, they settled into their evening routine. After a bath and a bedtime story, Jack was finally asleep in his crib. Y/N stood by the crib, watching her son sleep peacefully.
Charles came up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. "He's perfect, isn't he?"
"Yes," Y/N said, tears of happiness in her eyes. "He has your eyes, and every time I look at him, I'm reminded of how much I love you."
Charles turned her around to face him, cupping her face in his hands. "And I love you, Y/N. Thank you for giving me this beautiful life, for being the best mother to our son."
They shared a tender kiss, a moment of pure love and connection. As they pulled away, Charles glanced down at Jack, a smile playing on his lips. "He's going to grow up knowing how much he's loved. And every time he looks in the mirror, he'll see those green eyes and remember where he came from."
Y/N nodded, her heart full. "Our little Jack, with his papa's eyes and his mama's heart. He's our everything."
They left the nursery, hand in hand, ready to face whatever the future held. Together, they knew they could handle anything. Their love was strong, and with Jack as the center of their world, their family was complete.

Sunshine and Laughter on the Beach
Lando Norris x reader
The sun was high in the sky, casting a golden glow over a secluded, private beach somewhere along the Mediterranean coast. The gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore created a serene backdrop for a day of relaxation and fun. Among the group of friends enjoying the idyllic setting were Lando Norris, his girlfriend Y/N, and their adorable little girl, Lilly.
Lando had organized the beach day as a break from the intense world of Formula 1. He wanted to spend some quality time with his family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of the racing circuit. Alongside them were Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz, Daniel Ricciardo, and several other F1 drivers, all eager to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather.
Y/N spread out a large beach blanket under the shade of a palm tree while Lando played with Lilly near the water's edge. The little girl, just two years old, was a bundle of energy and curiosity, her laughter ringing out as she toddled after the waves.
"Lando, be careful with her near the water!" Y/N called out, her voice filled with both love and a hint of worry.
Lando turned and flashed her a reassuring smile. "I've got her, love. Don't worry!"
He scooped Lilly up in his arms and spun her around, her giggles blending with the sound of the sea. Charles, Carlos, and the others watched from their spot on the sand, amusement and affection evident in their expressions.
"Look at those two," Charles said with a chuckle. "Lando's a natural with kids."
Carlos nodded, grinning. "Who would've thought our fierce competitor would be such a softie?"
As Lando and Lilly made their way back to the group, he gently set her down on the blanket next to Y/N. "How about a snack, little one?" he asked, reaching into the cooler for some fruit.
Lilly clapped her hands excitedly. "Yes, Daddy! Apples, please!"
Y/N handed Lilly a slice of apple, and she munched on it happily. Lando lay down beside them, his head propped up on one arm as he watched his daughter with adoration.
"She's growing up so fast," Y/N said softly, brushing a strand of hair from Lilly's face.
Lando nodded, his gaze never leaving Lilly. "I know. I want to cherish every moment."
The other drivers joined them on the blanket, forming a relaxed circle. Daniel, ever the joker, started building a sandcastle with Lilly, making exaggerated gestures and funny faces to keep her entertained.
"Uncle Daniel is so silly!" Lilly exclaimed, her eyes wide with delight.
"That's right," Daniel said, grinning. "And this sandcastle is going to be the best one on the beach!"
Lando watched the scene with a smile, feeling a profound sense of happiness. These moments, away from the pressures of racing, were what he treasured most. He leaned over and kissed Y/N on the cheek. "Thank you for always being here, for making these moments possible."
Y/N smiled, squeezing his hand. "There's nowhere else I'd rather be."
As the day wore on, the group enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear water, playing beach volleyball, and simply basking in the sun. At one point, Lilly, tired from all the excitement, curled up in Lando's lap and fell asleep.
"Looks like someone's had enough fun for one day," Charles remarked, his eyes softening at the sight.
Lando gently stroked Lilly's hair, his expression tender. "She'll wake up soon, ready for round two."
Carlos snapped a picture on his phone, capturing the sweet moment. "This is going in the album. It's not every day we see Lando being such a doting dad."
The group laughed, the camaraderie and warmth of their friendship palpable. As the sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the beach, Lando carefully stood up, still holding the sleeping Lilly, and walked to the water's edge with Y/N.
They stood there in silence, watching the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. Lando looked at Y/N, his eyes reflecting the colors of the sunset. "I love you," he whispered, his voice filled with emotion.
Y/N leaned in and kissed him softly. "I love you too, Lando. More than anything."
They turned back to the group, where the laughter and chatter continued, the bond of friendship stronger than ever. With Lilly still nestled in Lando's arms, they joined their friends, ready to savor the remaining moments of a perfect day.
In that fleeting time, surrounded by love, laughter, and the beauty of the beach, they knew they were creating memories that would last a lifetime. And for Lando, the happiness he felt being with Y/N and Lilly was worth more than any trophy or victory on the track. It was the true victory of his heart.

Love on the Ice
Luke hughes x reader
Winter had come to Ann Arbor, Michigan, blanketing the town in a soft layer of snow. The University of Michigan's ice rink was bustling with activity as families, friends, and students took advantage of the crisp, cold air and the perfectly maintained ice. Among the skaters were NHL prospect Luke Hughes and his girlfriend of two years, Y/N.
Luke, the youngest of the Hughes brothers and a standout defenseman for the Wolverines, had planned a special afternoon of ice skating with Y/N. Though she had seen him play countless times and even joined him for practice sessions, this was their first time skating together just for fun.
As they laced up their skates, Luke's older brothers, Jack and Quinn, along with their parents, Ellen and Jim, watched with amusement. Jack, a star forward for the New Jersey Devils, and Quinn, a talented defenseman for the Vancouver Canucks, had always teased Luke about his relationship with Y/N, but they adored her like a sister.
Nearby, several of Luke's college teammates were also gearing up for some fun on the ice. The camaraderie and playful banter added to the festive atmosphere.
"Ready to show me your moves?" Luke asked, his eyes twinkling with mischief as he extended a hand to Y/N.
She took his hand, her cheeks already flushed from the cold and excitement. "Only if you promise not to laugh when I fall," she replied with a grin.
"I would never," Luke said, his tone mock-serious. "But if you do fall, I promise to catch you."
With that, they stepped onto the ice, Y/N gripping Luke's hand tightly as they glided forward. The rink was alive with laughter and chatter, the sounds of blades carving through ice creating a symphony of winter joy.
Y/N wobbled a bit at first, her legs unsteady as she tried to find her balance. Luke skated effortlessly beside her, his strong hands steadying her whenever she faltered.
"You're doing great," he encouraged, his voice warm and reassuring.
"Easy for you to say," Y/N laughed, "You've been skating since you could walk."
"True," Luke admitted, "But you're a natural."
As they skated around the rink, Jack and Quinn couldn't resist joining in the fun. They zoomed past Luke and Y/N, their playful competitiveness on full display.
"Watch out, little brother," Jack called out, "Quinn and I might just steal your girl."
"Not a chance," Luke shot back, tightening his grip on Y/N's hand. "She's mine."
Y/N giggled at their banter, feeling grateful to be part of such a loving and supportive family.
At one point, Luke decided to show off a bit, skating backwards and pulling Y/N along with him. She squealed with delight, her eyes wide with both fear and excitement.
"Don't let me fall!" she warned.
"I won't," Luke promised, his eyes locked on hers.
But despite his best efforts, there came a moment when Y/N's skate caught an edge, sending her off balance. She gasped as she felt herself tipping forward, but true to his word, Luke was there. He caught her easily, his arms wrapping around her waist and pulling her close.
"Gotcha," he whispered, his breath warm against her ear.
Y/N looked up at him, her heart pounding. "I knew you'd catch me."
Their faces were inches apart, and for a moment, the world around them seemed to fade away. Luke leaned in, capturing her lips in a sweet, lingering kiss. The cheers and whistles from his brothers and teammates brought them back to reality, and they broke apart, laughing.
"Get a room, you two!" Quinn shouted, his voice teasing.
Luke grinned, keeping his arm around Y/N as they continued to skate. "Jealous, Quinn?"
As the afternoon wore on, the Hughes family and their friends shared in the joy of the season, their laughter and love filling the rink. They played games, raced each other, and even formed a makeshift hockey game, with Luke's teammates joining in.
Ellen and Jim watched with pride, their hearts full as they saw their sons and Y/N creating such happy memories together. It was moments like these that made all the sacrifices and hard work worth it.
As the sun began to set and the rink emptied out, Luke and Y/N found themselves alone on the ice. He pulled her close, their breaths visible in the cold air.
"Thank you for today," Y/N said softly, resting her head on his chest. "It was perfect."
"Anytime," Luke replied, kissing the top of her head. "I love you, Y/N."
"I love you too, Luke."
Hand in hand, they skated slowly around the rink, savoring the last moments of their perfect day. Under the twinkling lights and the watchful eyes of the Hughes family, they knew that no matter where life took them, they would always have each other and the love that grew stronger with every passing day.

Beneath the Spotlight
Nathan Mackinnon x reader
In the heart of Denver, amidst the roar of the crowd and the flash of cameras, Nathan MacKinnon, the star center of the Colorado Avalanche, found solace in the arms of his wife, Y/N. Their love story was one that defied the odds, a tale of two souls finding each other amidst the chaos of fame and fortune.
As Nathan's career reached new heights, Y/N stood by his side, her unwavering support a beacon of strength in the whirlwind of the NHL spotlight. Yet, beneath the glitz and glamour, their relationship faced its own challenges.
One chilly evening, after a tough loss on the ice, Nathan returned home to find Y/N sitting in their cozy living room, a troubled expression on her face.
"What's wrong, love?" Nathan asked, concern etched in his features as he knelt beside her.
Y/N sighed, her gaze fixed on the flickering flames in the fireplace. "I just feel like we're drifting apart, Nathan. Between your busy schedule and all the media attention, I feel like we never have time for each other anymore."
Nathan's heart sank at her words. He had been so focused on his career that he hadn't realized how distant they had become. "I'm sorry, Y/N. I never meant to neglect our relationship. You mean everything to me."
Y/N looked up at him, her eyes searching his for sincerity. "I know you love me, Nathan. But love alone isn't enough to sustain a marriage. We need to make time for each other, to reconnect and remember why we fell in love in the first place."
Nathan nodded, a determined gleam in his eyes. "You're right, Y/N. From now on, I'll make more time for us. No more late nights at the rink or endless press conferences. You and our relationship come first."
With renewed determination, Nathan and Y/N embarked on a journey to rediscover the magic of their love. They took long walks in the crisp Colorado air, hand in hand, sharing their hopes, dreams, and fears. They laughed, they cried, and with each passing day, their bond grew stronger.
As the seasons changed and Nathan's career continued to flourish, he never lost sight of what truly mattered – his love for Y/N. Together, they weathered life's ups and downs, finding strength in each other's arms.
And as they stood beneath the spotlight, basking in the adoration of fans and the glory of victory, Nathan knew that his greatest achievement wasn't his success on the ice, but the love he shared with Y/N – a love that would endure long after the final buzzer sounded.

Hayden's First Hockey Lesson
Matthew Tkachuk x reader
Please request story’s
In the cozy confines of their living room, NHL player Matthew Tkachuk and his wife, Y/N, found themselves embarking on a new adventure: teaching their adorable six-month-old son, Hayden Tkachuk, the ins and outs of hockey. Little did they know that Hayden's attention span and curiosity would make this lesson more entertaining than they anticipated.
With a miniature hockey stick in hand and a makeshift net set up at one end of the room, Matthew eagerly attempted to impart his hockey wisdom onto his young son. "Okay, Hayden, watch closely," Matthew began, his voice filled with enthusiasm as he demonstrated how to hold the stick and handle the puck.
But Hayden, oblivious to his father's instructions, was more interested in the colorful ball rolling across the floor. With a delighted squeal, he abandoned the hockey stick and crawled after the ball, his chubby hands reaching out to grasp it.
Y/N watched from the comfort of the couch, her laughter bubbling up as she observed the scene unfolding before her. "Looks like Hayden has his own ideas about how to play hockey," she remarked, amusement dancing in her eyes.
Matthew's determination was unwavering as he attempted to redirect Hayden's attention back to the hockey lesson at hand. "Come on, buddy, let's try again," he encouraged, gently coaxing Hayden back towards the net.
But Hayden, unfazed by his father's efforts, continued to chase after the ball with gleeful abandon, his infectious laughter filling the room.
As Matthew's frustration mounted, Y/N couldn't help but find the whole situation utterly endearing. "I think he's more interested in playing with the ball than learning hockey," she teased, her smile widening as Hayden giggled in response.
Matthew sighed good-naturedly, a fond smile tugging at the corners of his lips despite his initial frustration. "Yeah, I think you might be right," he admitted, scooping Hayden up into his arms and showering him with kisses.
And as the trio continued to play together in their living room, laughter ringing out amidst the joyous chaos, they knew that regardless of whether Hayden became the next hockey prodigy or not, their bond as a family was the greatest victory of all.

The Clingy Captain
Jack hughes x reader
The dimly lit bar pulsated with the energy of victory as NHL player Jack Hughes, the star forward of the New Jersey Devils, celebrated yet another hard-fought win with his teammates. The air was thick with the scent of sweat and spilled beer, and the sounds of laughter and clinking glasses filled the room.
Jack, clad in his team jersey and a wide grin plastered across his face, stood at the center of the festivities, surrounded by his fellow players. He raised his glass in a toast, the thrill of victory coursing through his veins as he basked in the camaraderie of his team.
But amidst the revelry, Jack's attention kept drifting to a figure seated at the far end of the bar, a beacon of warmth and familiarity amidst the sea of strangers. His girlfriend, Y/N, sat with a small smile playing on her lips, her eyes sparkling with pride as she watched him from across the room.
As the night wore on and the celebrations reached a crescendo, Jack found himself growing increasingly restless. Despite the excitement around him, all he could think about was being wrapped in Y/N's arms, the softness of her touch and the warmth of her embrace.
"Hey, Jack, you comin' or what?" called one of his teammates, snapping him out of his reverie.
Jack shook his head, tearing his gaze away from Y/N reluctantly. "Yeah, yeah, I'm coming."
But as the night wore on, Jack's restlessness only grew, his desire to be with Y/N becoming almost unbearable. He found himself constantly checking his phone, willing the minutes to pass faster so he could escape the noise and chaos of the bar and seek solace in her arms.
"Yo, Hughes, you alright there, buddy?" teased one of his teammates, slapping him on the back with a grin.
Jack forced a laugh, trying to shake off the feeling of unease that gnawed at him. "Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. Just... tired, I guess."
His teammates exchanged knowing glances, their laughter echoing in the air as they teased him mercilessly for being so "whipped" and "clingy." But Jack paid them no mind, his focus squarely on the one person who mattered most to him.
Finally, unable to bear it any longer, Jack made his excuses and slipped away from the bar, his heart pounding with anticipation as he made his way to where Y/N was waiting for him.
As he approached her, he couldn't help but feel a surge of relief wash over him, the tension melting away as he caught sight of her familiar face. Without a word, he wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close and burying his face in the crook of her neck.
"Hey, there you are," Y/N murmured, running a soothing hand through his hair. "You okay?"
Jack nodded, his voice barely above a whisper. "Yeah, just... needed to get out of there. I missed you."
Y/N smiled, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead. "I missed you too, Jack. Let's get out of here, okay? I'll take care of you."
And as they made their way home, Jack felt a sense of peace settle over him, knowing that no matter what the world threw their way, they would always have each other.
The journey back was filled with the comforting silence of shared understanding. Jack leaned against Y/N in the car, his eyes fluttering shut as he savored the familiar rhythm of her heartbeat.
Arriving home felt like a relief, a sanctuary away from the noise and chaos of the outside world. Jack practically dragged Y/N inside, eager to escape to the quiet comfort of their own space.
Once inside, Jack wasted no time shedding his jersey and collapsing onto the couch with a contented sigh. He stretched his limbs out, relishing in the feeling of relaxation that washed over him.
Y/N chuckled softly at his antics, shaking her head in amusement as she settled down beside him. "You're such a goof, Jack."
Jack grinned lazily, reaching out to pull her into his arms. "But I'm your goof, right?"
Y/N's heart swelled at his words, her love for him overflowing in that moment. "Always, Jack. Always."
They spent the rest of the evening wrapped in each other's arms, the outside world fading away as they lost themselves in the simple pleasure of being together. And as Jack drifted off to sleep, his head resting on Y/N's chest and her fingers tracing gentle circles on his back, he knew that he was exactly where he was meant to be.
