THEORY OF THE DAY:

Okay. I really think this guy is Satan (Deadly Sin of Wrath). The orange in his arms reminds me of the scenery we see in Wrath. It looks like flowing lava. Also it looks like he is wearing a cowboy hat.

Whoever he’s talking to he says “You are a disgrace.” I think he is talking about Asmodeus and his relationship with Fizzarolii.
