Fit 14
Deciding on my new fitness goal. I've been avoiding exercise over the past few months because all I had was running and I hate the cold more than anything. Going to get back into it by making sure I get to the gym a minimum of 5 days a week for the next 14 weeks. No excuses. Just commitment. Going to get back into running, and learn to use the other machines. Going to put together a fitness plan after I do some research.
