85 Calorie Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies 🌸
Ingredients:
1 cup flour (450)
1 1/2 cup rolled oats (450)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt (60)
1 egg (70)
1/2 cup brown sugar (384)
1/4 cup Splenda or other calorie free sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (640)
Yield: 24 cookies
Directions:
•Mix together flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk.
•In a smaller bowl, whip the greek yogurt, egg, brown sugar, Splenda, and vanilla extract together.
•Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and fold together. Dump the chocolate chips in and fold together.
•Preheat the oven to 350 F and line two baking pans with parchment paper. Form 24 rounds with the dough and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

These are how mine turned out! They’re SO good, and you can flatten yours more than I did mine. I just like the chunky look better, but that’s all preference! They’re not like the nasty, dry, gross tasting sugar free shit. I tampered with different amounts of sugar, and also found that one whole egg is a great flavor enhancer. These are also a great size. They’re not enormous, but they also aren’t the nasty little finger-cookies. They’re the average cookie size, and everyone in my house LOVES them. My dad ate four yesterday lmao. Amazing in the afternoon with a whipped coffee ;)

Sugar Free Whipped Coffee for 31 cals* ✨
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Great Value instant coffee (6 cals)
• 1 tbsp Splenda or cal free sweetener of choice
• 1 tbsp boiling water
• 1 cup cashew milk over ice (25 cals)
Directions:
• Spoon the instant coffee grounds and the Splenda into a bowl, and boil water over the stove. Once boiling, measure out a tablespoon and dump into the bowl.
• Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment (or just your own arm and a whisk, burn those calories🥵), whip the boiling water, instant coffee grounds, and Splenda until it resembles an airy peanut butter ish whipped cream.
• Pour the cashew milk in a cup with ice in it. Spoon the whipped coffee over the iced cashew milk and mix it together with a spoon.
*if you like a stronger flavor, you can do two tablespoons of the instant coffee, Splenda, and boiling water, making the total 37 calories*

been pretty inactive for a couple days, but surprisingly not because i’ve been off track. I actually had several days of mental clarity and mental happiness with food and I wanted to keep it that way for as long as I could without eating so much that I would stop losing weight so I’ve been keeping a max limit of 1200 cals per day. I’m still working out and going on walks, just upping my calories and basing it more on protein so I burn more. ALSO DID YOU GUYS KNOW THAT INSTANT COFFEE BOOSTS YOUR METABOLISM AND TARGETS “brown fat” JUST LIKE GREEN TEA ???? so i’ve been making the whipped coffee every day as a snack, it’s so good and i have a low calorie recipe for it too that i’ll post
