Jerome and Jeremiah reacting to tough little girls defending their loved ones from them

This was one of those few times where the Valeska Twins behaved rather similar.

After both being initially surprised by the girls’ sudden, interfering appearance, they both react very intruiged and interested in Selina and Barbara Lee’s presence and try to see how far both girls can be pushed.

Jerome proceeds to taunt Selina, trying to get her to shoot him when she pulls her gun on him, whereas Jeremiah shoots her mother when Barbara Lee starts hitting him after throwing the candle at Ecco, as if to see what that would get her to do next.

When Selina does start taking shots at him, Jerome appreciatively laughs hysterically at succeeding, and Jeremiah seems to find little Barbara Lee’s continuous efforts to stop him by hitting him repeatedly endearing, calling her cute.

The key difference between the boys only happens at the end: Jerome is done with Selina after Bruce stops her and just takes his leave, Jeremiah however is far from being done with little Barbara Lee, as she’s part of his grande plan.
