Life lesson from Anthony and Christin

Saya mendapat pelajaran lagi hari ini...

Seperti biasanya, ada pasien kolonik yang datang dan kami menyambutnya dengan baik dan senyum ramah... Perempuan itu datang bersama suaminya.

Saya dan Iluh pernah tau pasien ini sebelumnya. Dan dengan ramahnya Iluh memeluk dan berkata "Hi, How are you?". Saya hanya memandang sambil tersenyum. Perempuan itu dengan ekspresi penasaran berkata "Do I know you?". Dari jauh, saya pun mengeryitkan dahi.

Suaminya yang bisa dibilang tampan dan manly-pun menjelaskan pada kami bahwa istrinya baru saja keluar dari rumah sakit setelah dirawat selama sebulan karena liver, dan mengalami sedikit masalah dengan ingatannya.

Setelah berdialog dan tindakan diselesaikan dengan Iluh - tamu sudah pulang, kami (saya & Iluh) sama-sama berfikir...

"Beruntung sekali perempuan itu mempunyai suami yang sangat mencintainya. Merawatnya bahkan hingga dia sudah tak berdaya seperti itu."

Saya pribadi sebenarnya sudah malas berbicara tentang drama , asmara, cinta atau apalah...

Tapi melihat itu didepan mata saya sendiri, flashback teringat ketika bapak dengan sabarnya merawat ibu setelah ibu operasi pengangkatan rahim, saya semakin berfikir dalam-dalam, bahwa kita tidak akan menemukan pasangan yang sempurna. Lebih baik mencari yang bisa menerima kita apa adanya, berkomitmen bersama untuk lebih baik, dan menjadi pasangan yang bermanfaat - menginspirasi untuk orang lain

Cinta itu sederhana... asal tidak ada kepalsuan didalamnya dan saling menerima kekurangan kelebihan masing-masing :)

Tentang sedih

People : anggit kamu keliatannya happy terus, nggak pernah keliatan susah atau sedih? Selalu senyum.

Me : susah, sedih, marah itu menular. Aku cuman bagi sama orang-orang yang paling dekat denganku, yang tau aku dan yang bisa kupercaya.

Ketika kita susah atau sedih, lalu kita tunjukkan ke umum/sosial. Tidak semua orang empati sama kita. Ada orang2 yang justru senang ketika kita jatuh. Semakin kita nunjukkan kita sedih/susah/perasaan galau. Orang melihat mental dan kestabilan emosi kita kurang oke.

So, Keep calm, Smile and go ahead!

I don't want to say today is bad day for me. But yet I was so busy at office and I had a lot of people complaining during my busy day even they have not really important issues.

I make my lip sealed and keep smile

On my way back home...

I met an old lady (around 70 years old) walk with a lot of plastic bottles in her back. I passed her. Then I turned back my motorbike. I asked her,

"Ibu mau kemana? berat ya?" (Where will you go,madam? is that heavy?)

"Mau pulang, nak habis cari botol (I am going back home after looking for plastic bottles)"

"Mari saya antar bu (Let me take you home,madam)"

Then she sat behind me. She couldn't speak Bahasa Indonesia well. After I reached her house, I opened my bag and my wallet and give some money

"Ini untuk makan malam ya bu.. maaf hanya sedikit mudah-mudahan bermanfaat" (this is for dinner, madam. I am so sorry not that much but I hope it helps)

She just smiled and hug me..She said "thank you"

She wanted me to come to her place to have tea... and I said "later madam. I am sorry, I must back home..." I saw her eyes...

She hug me again. So deep.

I left her -on my way, my tears fell down

Yes, Everything in life is temporary. We never know what will be happened. So, If things are going good, Enjoy it because it won't last forever. And If things are going bad, don't worry. It can't last forever either.

And I found this quote almost similiar with my life lesson today
