That is true. It's not all about the social aspect of things. We came here on grades alone at first and that's the only way we'll leave.. Again, it's about finding a balance. I need to be better in the social aspect honestly.

I might have to take you up on that some time, some of my other friends don’t seem to get that we’re all at college to. you know, learn.

That is true. Being on top of things is the way to go. This way there can't be any surprises. If you ever want someone to study with, my door is always open.

I guess you’re right, but that’s why I always just do a little more in depth studying than required.I just like being on top of everything, but to each their own I guess

I don't like getting too ahead of the class though because then I get bored waiting for them to catch up. But there's a way to still get good grades and maintain your scholarship without full blown nerding out. Even though there's nothing wrong with nerding out. There's a balance.

Girl, if anyone understands nerd it’s me. I always get about a unit ahead of everyone else so even if I miss a lecture I still know what’s going on. Since I have to get straight As for my scholarships being a nerd is kind of a given for me.

I have but I don't want to go too far ahead of the semester so I'm moving a little slow with it. But I find myself missing lectures and tests and writing papers and stuff. I sound like such a nerd right now but I'm ready to get back into the grind.

Ah, well why don’t you start studying early like I do? That way you have something to do and you’ve got  head start on school.

They do say that idle hands are the devil's play things.... It's because you were trying to fill a void so technically it's not completely your fault. 

Very true. I can probably think of a dozen times I started out bored and ended up into trouble… I think that’s mostly because I may or may not have gone looking for it, though.

Yes! I don't care if it's cold outside. Ice cream is always necessary and comforting.

Emilia: It works that way for me... If I sleep too much or not enough, I get headaches that don't go away with medicine... But how are you? Did you enjoy your New Years?
