This was one of the most challenging panels that I have made. It was also my first time using a power hammer to stretch the flange. Take a look at the process 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼 to make that part. Started with a good templet. A little low crown wheeling then to the power hammer to stretch out the flange then used the planishing hammer to stretch the bead part. Then I used my thumbnail dies on the pullmax and shrunk it back down to the top of the bead. Wheeled out my first panel on the Edwards English wheel sense we got it all back together and turned in with the new @hoosierprofiles lower die set that they custom made for it. That panel was a simple low crown panel for @armadaengineering bronco, which someone sadly cut to install a moon roof for those romantic nights out.
