I came up with it when I saw a small video on YT. They made some lyrics for Eleggtroswing, and it inspired me to make my own!
So I just kinda spent 12 to 3 am writing down lyrics and testing them in my head! (But I can never sing along the insane piano solo part at normal speed- It's doable at 0.75x speed if you slow it down on YT, it's actually quite fun to sing along!)
And I always thought that Flumpty wrote Eleggtroswing before, during and after the massacre-
So when he was still alive, Blam was forced to sing the first half LOL-
And Flumpty would definitely do that- I wanted to make a dance with death ref somewhere but it never worked out :p

I kept thinking about the Player. As we all know, the player is canonically whoever's playing them, so their appearance varies.
BUT-
In the Game Over Easy screens, we see that our eyes are red AND I HAVE COME UP WITH A HC ON WHY THIS IS.
Consistency and scary imagery aside, I thought that FLUMPTY TURNS OUR EYES RED, SO WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE FREAKY ATTRIBUTE TO OUR OTHERWISE ORDINARY HUMAN SELVES. Flumpty's gang IS composed of freaks, so you need to fit in. No normies allowed was the rule, apparently!
(Based on this HC, this also explains why he turns the past human characters into monstrous entities like the Redman and the Eyesaur, instead of leaving them as is.)
(This thought was inspired by that one scene in Gravity Falls where Bill Cipher suggests that Stanford can fit in his group of freaks due to Stanford's 6 fingered hand)
