Funny story. Back in May I clicked buy on 3 Fethry comics from a seller in Spain on the site Todocoleccion. But the seller wouldn’t send me a PayPal link saying they couldn’t ship to the US yet. Other sellers did.

These Brazilian comics are difficult to find because Brazil is difficult. These 3 comics were the only ones on eBay/Todo at that moment.

I ask “how about now?” every 3-6 weeks or so and finally at the end of September they send the link.

The package arrives end of Oct./beginning of Nov. and it has 3 entirely different Peninha comics than I ordered. And oddly one of those three is one I already owned. There was also 3(?) other Brazilian Disney comics in the package.

I wasn’t overly happy but I did get 2 comics worth wanting and the whole exhausting ordeal was over.

Except it wasn’t. 6-7 months after I placed my order, the comics I actually ordered finally arrived yesterday. (YAY!)

The customs document said Puerto Rico, which was confusing because I didn’t remember ordering anything from Puerto Rico. 2 incoming packages from Mexico and one from Argentina. Also Puerto Rico is part of the US so no customs paperwork. But apparently Puerto Rico is also the name of a place in Spain. Who knew?
