start with stretching, you can work more if your muscles are relaxed
butterfly stretch (45 sec)
pigeon pose (45 sec)
downward dog (45 sec)
the ‘v’ stretch (45 sec)
Abs
50 russian twists
100 toe touches
1 minute plank
50 hip dips
20 reverse crunches
Legs
50 sumo side squats
1 minute squat hold
50 glute bridges
20 burpies
1 min leg raises each leg
Arms
50 tricep dips
50 bicep curls each arm
1 min plank
50 side raised (weights if you have them)
50 overhead extensions (weights if you have)
