Here’s a new story. It’s a bit on the sadder side as you might be able to tell by the title.

It’s another of my Karlach/Tav (Ophelia) stories, but this one takes place in a sadder ending.

Minor spoiler for an explanation:

I find it a bit surprising that BG3 doesn’t have a scene if you romance Karlach, don’t have her turn into a Mind Flayer or return to Avernus so she unfortunately dies. Like nothing seeming to mention it at all. So I took it upon myself to do it.

I guess I use 3rd person but I use the name of my character from that playthrough with the two stories I’ve written

I HAVE A QUESTION bc i do think the dynamic of "tav" in fics is interesting but do you prefer fanfic written in second person (you, your, etc) but Tav as the placeholder name OR do you prefer third person (Tav, they, he/she, etc)

Writing Problems

*types a word and then sees that it has the notorious red squiggly line* you wanna fight Google Docs I know I spelled that shit right"

*makes inhumane screeching noise when someone interrupts my typing midsentence*

*cat sits on laptop*

‘I’m in the middle of writing a good chapter and my laptop is about to die and the charger is on the other side of the room, why is my suffering so real’

*stares off into space for upwards of five minutes*

‘Am I characterizing a character so well because I know the character or am I writing them as I would write myself’

A WILD WRITER’S BLOCK APPEARED

Since i got a review asking,

Yes i am alive.  I know i haven’t updated anything in a while, but i’ve been having trouble finding the motivation to write anything.  i open a document and i just don’t really know where to go next. 

I’m dealing with a lot of emotional issues right now.  So i guess I’m on Hiatus. 

I’ll try to update again sometime soon, but i can’t say which story will end up getting updated.

Okay, question that has been bugging me.

Does anyone else find it odd that Bail Organa only adopted Leia? I mean I get splitting up the Skywalker kids but given everything we have seen of this space dad it seems more likely that Leia would have grown up with ten siblings and a crippled rancor that followed him home some time. I mean seriously that guy radiates paternal instinct in every incarnation. I can just see Leia’s mother rolling her eyes as Leia came bouncing in *again* chatting about her ‘new baby sister’.
