Like just imagine-

I love the idea of different borrower fashions. Like, if you can only use found items that the human you live with would be likely to lose, then you're pretty limited to A) the human's own aesthetic, and B) how forgetful they are with their items. Say you live with a very clumsy and forgetful human- you get to go HAM with your own style and aesthetic- lots of socks to cut up, tons of different accessories to mix and match. Or maybe you live with a very clean and particular person- Your clothing choices are few and far between, maybe you're better off ripping apart the underside of the couch for fabric. Alt human = alt borrower, clean girl human = clean girl borrower. And unless the borrowers are super social and meet with others a TON, they'd have no idea that the fashion they're wearing is anything but typical. Like, imagine you're from a goth human home and you run into a frat house borrower. Each would definitely think the other is a Kreature.

G/t Idea: sanctuary for critically endangered tols/smols.

Like take for example that line from the Ghibli Arietty film about how the Clocks may be the last of their kind. What if that was true?

What if humans realized that tinies existed, but there's only a few hundred of them left at all? In an effort to protect them from dying out entirely, scientists put up nature reserves for them, devoid of any predators and heavily observed 24/7, to monitor the species and garantee its survival.

What if the tinies didn't even know that? They know about the fence and that rarely, giants walk through their territory, but they know to hide from them. The elders tell of a time when they had been captured by the giants, but through their cleverness and wit, they managed to escape into this safe valley. Some however, are cynical. They claim that this place they call home is no safe haven but instead a prison!

The same can also be true for giants. Their safe space would probably be an entire valley, with huge, fortified walls all around it. Signs on the outside read "Giant sanctuary - entry prohibited" and a lot of other warnings. The scientists would have to be very careful not to be spotted - not that giants are ultraviolent brutes, but one must be careful with creatures several times ones own size.

And it is important for the humans to not let the giants/tinies know about the sanctuary, since they want to preserve the species' culture and behaviour with as little human meddling as possible.

But what would happen if a giant would ever spot a human? If a tiny revealed the secret behind their safe haven? What would their reaction be? Tell all their family members? Try to escape? Despair? Maybe even befriend their keepers?

But what about the humans? Do they maybe have different goals other than species preservation? What's the opinion of the public of funding such projects? Are there documentaries about them?

there's something so relatably tragic about kaiju. imagine you're big, so big that you become a danger to people just by existing. it's not your fault you're this big, and maybe even it's humans' fault you're this big. maybe you're even in pain.

you have special abilities that no one else has, but they only ever seem to destroy things and hurt people. and maybe you want to hurt people. maybe people hurt you, and you're lashing out against them. but then again, maybe you don't want to hurt them. maybe you just want to live. maybe you even want to be the hero. but even when you get your chance to be the hero, the people you save still try to hurt you.

no matter what you do, you're still big. too big for people. and you scare people. you scare people, so they hurt you. but it's not your fault you're so big. and you can't seem to escape them, the people. they're everywhere, and in more places every day. all the humans that are so very small but hurt you all the same. usually not enough to kill you or even seriously injure you, but enough that you feel it. and they won't stop at anything until you're dead.

and you're the only one quite like you. maybe the first of your kind, maybe the last. and it's amazing, but so very lonely. you might find others as big as you, but they never seem to be the same as you. and usually you just fight them, because you're both too big and this world is too small. you might make some friends, but even still, they'll never fully understand what it's like to be you. but then again, maybe it's enough that they understand what it's like to be too big.

I know this is more relevant to the art you post on Twitter than what you share here on tumblr, but can I just say that I love the way you draw giant women?? I feel like in the vast majority of art, big ladies come off as depersonalized seductresses or something. Which is not necessarily bad, but it just makes many art pieces feel just a bit same-y. But idk how you do it, but with the way you draw them, it genuinely feels like your big ladies are people who are genuinely into what they are doing, and not really above their partners despite their size difference? Idk if I'm making sense, but I just really wanted to compliment your art and I think your curioscat doesn't work anymore or something

Hey, thank you! I'm glad that you get that vibe from my work, I'm always trying to keep the character dynamics in my drawings feeling real-ish, with a bit of thought on how the characters would be feeling/reacting :] That, and personally I find tiny people just really hot and I'm drawing what I would be doing LMAO Also I'm kinda abandoned my curious cat orz I've never been great at keeping up with lots of sites and the curious cat has kinda been left behind :'3
