This case is making me so fucking angry. theyre using common transphobic language, and also theyre not even HIDING their BLATANT FUCKING TRANSPHOBIA-

The second paragraph. 'Roxy Tickle is a man that wants to be a woman.' Okay, well a simple google search says shes transgender. Going a bit more in depth? She has done Three years of hormone therapy and gender reaffirmation surgery. Like this isnt a transgender woman who has done nothing to change her identity, she's got surgery and 3 years of hormone therapy! And looking more into it? She has said;

"I am now legally a woman.

“I am already allowed to have a female gendered passport thanks to the letter from my GP confirming that they are treating me.

“I only have one step left - to update my birth certificate to say that I’m female.

“I needed two medical specialists saying they have seen my genitals and they both needed to sign a form in the presence of a JP.

"These are the most extreme levels of identity proof I’ve ever come across – to have to show your genitals to an MD is embarrassing to prove who you are. The documentation has all now been completed and I will mail it this weekend."

That was all 4 years ago. 7 years of this shit now. (as of today, april 11th, 2024)

And the poster still refers to her as a he?

And thats the picture they use. Now heres a better one.

That was deliberate. They used an unflattering photo of her, and a very flattering one of Sall, just to try and tip people to Salls side. Common marketing ploy.

More research shows that she now has her birth certificate identifying her as female.

And this isnt enough?

By her logic, shouldnt a trans man be allowed on giggle, no matter how far through transitioning they are, purely because they were born female? I get the feeling that she would say no. This is simply blatant transphobia. Personally, I cant do anything, being a minor. I'm not sure how far this case is along, seeing as it started 2 days ago.

But I simply cant let this slide. When I saw it this afternoon it made me so fucking angry.

This case could change a lot of things. Make a lot of changes that make everything far worse for non cis gendered people, potentially influencing things world wide

I would like to emphasize the serious need for funds in Mahmoud Qassas' case. His brother in law has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and he needs medical attention RIGHT AWAY. For months they've been in tents unable to care for him properly and without regular access to the medical care he needs to survive but right now the Rafah invasion and the destruction of local hospitals has made it completely impossible to access. He is immunocompromised and even a minor illness can nearly kill him or even cause asphyxiation. They've had so many health scares with him and taking care of him in a tent with no medical equipment is a battle everyday.

Please help them get to Egypt so his brother in law can have the care he needs.

Human life is strange here in the Gaza Strip, literally escaping death every day, every hour, and every minute You also die a thousand times a day from fatigue, oppression, hunger and fear For the millionth time, they are asking us to move again from Rafah to another area. I look at my family and they are afraid and the sound of bombing is all around us. I literally do not know what to do If you are going to tell me to get out like that, you do not know anything about what we are living here I was displaced more than once, leaving my city, my home, and my job I came to Rafah because there was a place here. Now, after the destruction of most of the cities, where do we go?! My house was bombed, my brother's house was bombed, and my family's house was bombed We do not have a tent (we are sitting here in my uncle’s house) Literally, feeling responsible for your family and their safety, and you cannot do anything except lie to them and that things are fine and that nothing will happen and hide what is all that I feel. But I literally feel more afraid of them, I am more afraid for them than I am for myself I tell you my feeling here because none of my family has this application, so they do not know anything about what I feel inside. I couldn't find anyone else to talk to except you, my friends The battle that goes on inside me every day before sleep, I swear to God, it's tiring. I literally don't know what to do other than make it easier for them. The sight of people fleeing from Rafah is disturbing and confusing. The sight and sound of the bombing is frightening. Displaced for the seventh time I left Rafah after taking refuge there for 6 months with feelings full of sadness To where ? To the unknown! I don't want anything but to save myself and my family Rafah is under bombardment and starvation due to the storming of the crossing and the closure of the rest of the crossings

She had a stroke and she is bleeding from her eye, the same eye she had a stroke in and had surgery on a while back. She needs another emergency surgery in Egypt but right now she's still stuck in Ghazzah where they can't possibly operate on her due to the overcapacity of the hospitals nearby.
