how "mutant-y" can our powers get? should they be kinetic / under the surface type things or could they be physical / have physical manifestations like someone who can shapeshift, someone with bird wings, someone with kinetic abilities that idk make their eyes glow or something. i'm just wondering if there was the possibility of physical traits that could give away a person's mutant status or not? hope this makes sense!!!
yes yes yes ! know that's not an answer to your question but i'd LOVE to see physical manifestations like you described , physiologies too such as having wings , yes !! it's up to the player re the ability and whether it's noticeable or not but i'd personally love to see physical traits , yes . go for it , anon !

Will this be more plot-led (like with a lot of drops and such) or character-led (closer to slice of life with maybe a drop every now and again)?
it will most likely be plot-drop based to keep it interesting and give muses something to react to , something that all muses can talk about together . that's not to say that the plot drops won't be character led and members will be encourage to help with event / plot drop ideas so we can have the maximum fun possible !
