#653.5 - Fennekin live within dens, dug deep within isolated forests and fields, and are protected from harm by their parents. As they age the air that vents through their fluffy ears gets increasingly hotter, powering up their offensive attacks and allowing them to become more independent. Fennekin seek out and eat sticks and twigs - a snack that fills them with energy, but have also been observed to collect a stick and act territorial around those who try to take it away. They are capable of standing on two legs, but they cannot walk around bipedally very well yet.
#654.5 - Braixen have a fixation on sticks and branches, which they use to focus their fire attacks with growing potency. Maturing Braixen - Vulhex - will go through several sticks, storing them in their bushy tail until they find the right one. As these Pokemon age, they begin to stare into the tip of their wand-like stick, focusing intently for long periods of time. This meditative-like practice is said to begin to harness their budding psychic abilities. The fire attacks Vulhex produce using their wand are much hotter than those they produce internally. With much practice, a fully mature Vulhex can gaze into the flame at the tip of their branch to achieve a focused that allows them to see into the future.
Named: Fennekin - Viccan - Braixen - Vulhex - Delphox ⓘ

#144 Baby - Articuno are Legendary Pokémon that nest in isolation along sheer, icy cliffs. These magnificent Pokémon breed rarely and live as family units for all of their long lives. Like most Legendary Pokémon, Articuno eggs have a long incubation period where both parents take shifts guarding the egg at all costs while the other hunts for food. Once hatched, the Articuno chick is defenseless and relies on their parents for protection and guidance. Maturation is a slow and gradual process, where the chicks learn to fly and harness their icy power. Though Articuno typically steer clear of locations where humans are present, juveniles are curious and enthusiastic, and account for many of the known Articuno sightings.
Named: Icicuno - Articuno
This baby Articuno was commissioned. (Baby Zapdos) (Baby Moltres)

#215.51 - Sneasel are devious, talented hunters, and work well in pairs or small groups to execute impressive heists. As this nocturnal predator ages, they study other Sneasel and Weavile to learn how to better use their sharp, hooked claws for maneuvering through trees unseen. Skilled Sneasel seem to evolve faster, as shown by the impressive crimson crown they grow, and these individuals often become higher ranking members within their community. Trainers can try to emulate this knowledge by providing captured Sneasel with a Razor Claw - a preserved remain from a deceased Weavile.
Named: Sneasel - Fearret - Weavile    [Old Version]
#215.52 - Sneasel in the Hisui region are solitary Pokemon that have adapted to living on the cliffsides of the frozen highlands of Hisui. Unlike Johtonian Sneasel that live and work in groups, Hisuian Sneasel have venomous claws that they hone without help, learning on their own to use the sturdy and curved appendages to climb and travel through mountainous terrain with ease. As Hisiuan Sneasel mature, becoming expert climbers and lithe hunters, their venom becomes increasingly stronger in turn. Due to their severe poison and daunting physical prowess, they become the apex predators of their habitat, evolving into the Hisui-native Sneasler.
Named: Sneasel - Sneaslish - Sneasler

#060.5 - Poliwag are aquatic Pokemon that have recently grown legs; as such, they prefer swimming to trying to stand, and are inept at walking until their legs are stronger. As Poliwag age, they grow more adapt with walking on land, though they can’t do much fighting with their developing arms. As they spend more time on land and less in the water, their tail begins to recede and they produce a slimy coating from their pores to keep their skin moist. The thin skin on their abdomen shows their spiral innards; it is said that the direction of their spirals differs by area.
#061.51 - Poliwhirl are capable of living in or out of water; though they prefer to live underwater, where their is less danger. When out of water, they sweat to keep their body wet and slick, which allows them to easily slip and slide out of the clutches of any enemy in battle. Poliwhirl are Pokemon who have a branching evolutionary path, and may undergo two different evolutions depending on their daily habits, environment, and preferences. Poliwhirl who spend all their time in the water swimming long distances and their time on land training and practicing their punches, will evolve into the Water/Fighting-type Poliwrath.
Named: Poliwag - Poliwobble - Poliwhirl - Poliwham - Poliwrath
#061.52 - Poliwhirl who lack a fighting spirit, but possess a dignified determination may evolve into Politoed. These special Poliwhirl are more rare, though their evolution can also be triggered through exposure to a King’s Rock. Maturing Polipad and Politoed have an echoing cry that sounds like bellowing; Poliwag and Poliwhirl who hear their echoing cry respond by gathering far and wide, looking for protection and a ruler to guide them. The curled hair on Politoed’s head is proof of their status as king. It is said that the longer and more curled the hair, the more respect an individual earns from its peers.
Named: Poliwag - Poliwobble - Poliwhirl - Polipad - Politoed

#436.5 - Found in ancient tombs, Bronzor are a bit of a mystery to modern researchers, who believe this Pokemon played a role in societies of ages past. Old drawings depict Bronzor reflecting like a mirror, the pattern on their back glowing with a mysterious power. As Bronzor age their outer ridge extends down, giving them a bell-like appearance. Ancient people believed that petitioning fully grown Bronzor—Bronzong—for rain was the only way to make crops grow; some stories even report that Bronzong brought rains by opening portals to another world, earning them reverence as a bringer of plentiful harvests.

Thank you all for the great name suggestions. I am going with Pawme, pronounced Paw-meh, and Pawmel (like pummel), suggested by @thevioletshaveeyes and seconded by @satanbird. Thanks!

#921.5 - Pawmi are cautious Pokemon that live in forests and meadows. In addition to underdeveloped electric sacs on their cheeks, Pawmi have electricity-discharging organs on their forepaws that they can use to defend themselves. They will first generate electricity by rubbing their cheeks, then shock opponents by touching them with the pads on their forepaws. Though they are unsteady while standing on their hind legs, as these Pokemon age they become competent and agile on their feet.
#922.5 - Pawmo live in groups, where they roam large distances and find safety in numbers and the ability to look after each other. Pawmo are quick to leap into battle, facing and defeating enemies with a unique fighting technique that utilizes both physical strikes and electric zaps from their forepaws. Their thick fur not only keeps them warm, it is also a good insulator and acts as a battery, storing excess electricity to be released at another time. Though they have a slow reaction speed as full-grown Pawmot, these Pokemon are able to attack opponents with fast movements when battling. Pawmo must be exercised regularly outside of their Pokeball in order to evolve into Pawmot.
Named: Pawmi - Pawme - Pawmo - Pawmel - Pawmot

Here's a different kind of question. Have you ever thought about or started to redo an in-progress and decided "Actually, the original wasn't that bad" and cancelled it?
No, I err on the more self-critical side of things, so I always think my art can be improved (espeically the older stuff).
Even if I like the existing design, a lot of older artwork can be improved on a technical level with better linework and coloring, so I've never changed my mind about wanting to redo something! If anything, sometimes I think an older piece is fine and then I get a closer look and decide it needs an immediate redo, haha.

Do you have any plans to redo Ursicle? Not that I mind it's current look!
Yes, I do! I've actually started working on that one but stopped a bit ago (I tend to work on several at the same time, in various stages of completion).
I thought you might be interested in my internal list of planned redos/art updates. This is not an exhaustive list, I add to it as I notice ones I think would benefit from another go:

#355.5 - Duskull wander lost among the deep darkness of midnight. The sight of their glowing eyes in the dark has sparked an admonishment given to misbehaving children, warning them to listen to their parents, or else Duskull will come and spirit them away. These ghastly Pokemon love the crying of children, and will doggedly pursue their prey wherever it goes, stopping only once the sun has risen. As they mature, Duskull’s intentions become more sinister. It is said that a spectral ball of fire burns inside their hollow bodies, but those who attempt to verify this claim are sucked inside, never to return.
#356.5 - Dusclops’ hollow body contains a void that can absorb anything, no matter how large an object may be; however, they only consume the soul of their prey, and disgorge the body before departing. By waving their hands in a macabre manner and maintaining eye contact, Dusclops can hypnotize their foes into doing their bidding. As these Pokemon age, some begin to wander away from the mortal world into worlds unknown. Using their strengthened ability to absorb matter into their bodies, these older Dusclops learn to open up their midsection like a mouth to suck in and carry the spirits of others, guiding them home into the afterlife.
Named: Duskull - Duskreep - Dusclops - Duskmorne - Dusknoir

#069.5 - Bellsprout are carnivorous Pokemon that prefer hot and humid environments. Despite their frail appearance, Bellsprout can react blindingly fast when catch prey, ensnaring insects with their vines and devouring them whole. As Bellsprout age, their leg-like roots begin to recede as they spend less time rooted in the ground, choosing to hang from tree branches to rest at night. While their appetite grows, the leaves at their sides become razor-sharp. Until the leafage is fully developed, Bellsprout will rely on their corrosive poison-type attacks in a pinch.
#070.5 - Weepinbell are deceptive hunters that will swallow anything that moves, digesting their hapless prey with strong acids. As wild Weepinbell mature, they instinctually seek out others of their kind, settling in huge colonies in the jungle and luring prey to the group with a sweet, honey-like smell. Trainers who have a Weepinbell in their party can try to simulate this environment by frequently exposing their Pokemon to the energy of a Leaf Stone. Larger and larger meals shifts Weepinbell’s internal weight, resulting in them changing their orientation to stand upright. Until they are fully steady, they will use their leaves and the developing vine on their lip to maintain balance.
Named: Bellsprout - Dweebell - Weepinbell - Bellvoure - Victreebel

“I’m still fine-tuning my approach to future paradox Pokemon”
Are you saying you don’t know what to do with them yet?
To be clear, I'm mostly avoiding them because I'm not very interested in working on them (mecha/robotic stuff is not appealing to me in general) but lore-wise, their lore as Future Paradox Pokemon is really inconsistent and flimsier than the Past Paradox Pokemon.
So art-wise I know my approach, but lore-wise, I'm not 100% on the direction I'll be going.
I will be getting to them, I'm just not super eager to work on them over other things I need to do.

#1007.? - Appearing to be the “Winged King” referred to in an old expedition journal, Koraidon are believed to be the ancient ancestors of the modern Cyclizar. Not much is know about these powerful and ferocious Pokemon, but it can be theorized how they may have evolved over time into the contemporary relative that lives alongside humans today. Koraidon possess immense strength and impressive plumage, features that would have aided them in the more dangerous and wild world of their ancient era. As seen in Protosaur, it is likely that over time, Koraidon lost their bold coloration and excessive feathering, becoming smaller and more docile as they entered into a partnership with humans. Cyclizar as we know them have a mild temperament and enjoy the mutualistic relationship they share with people. Perhaps this is an example of self-domestication? More research is necessary to draw concrete conclusions about this possible evolutionary tree…
Named: Koraidon - - Ayernole - - Cyclizar
#1008.? - Will added at a later date.

#548.5 - Petilil are gentle Pokemon that can be found in areas with soil that is rich in moisture and nutrients. Though shy, they are known to offer weary travelers and Pokemon one of the bitter leaves from their head, which refresh a tired body and grow back quickly. Petilil spend most of their time among other vegetation in the soil, and will only evolve if they seek out plenty of sunlight - an action that will cause a flower bud to grow on their head. Trainers can use a Sun Stone on their Petilil to simulate this effect and cause them to evolve.
#548.5H - In Sinnoh during the Hisui era, Petilil were highly valued for the medicinal properties of their leaves, while their evolution Lilligant were worshiped due to being one of ten Pokemon who received a blessing from Arceus. Petilil climb high peaks in search of plentiful sunlight, and it is speculated that traversing these mountains covered in deep snow has caused this Pokemon to develop strong legs and evolve into Hisiuan Buddilil, later gaining the Fight-type as Hisuian Lilligant. Unlike the relaxing effect of the Unovian variant, the budding flower of Hisuian Buddilil and Lilligant heartens those in proximity.

#027.5 - While young, Sandshrew live in deep underground burrows in arid locations, emerging only to hunt for food. If threatened, they will instantly roll into a ball for protection. As they age, their brick-like hide grow tough spikes that offer them increased protection, giving this timid Pokemon the confidence to spend more time above ground; some adult Sandslash can even be found nesting in trees! Maturing Sandshrew willl still roll up into a ball, but will instead roll around and attack foes with their sturdy spikes. If anything happens to their spikes and claws, they can quickly regrow them.
#027.5A - Sandshrew have historically lived in desert areas, but frequent eruptions of nearby volcanoes drove Alolan Sandshrew into the snowy mountains, where they evolved to thrive in this new environment. These Sandshrew have a shell of ice covering their skin, which is hard as steel. Their heavy hide slows them down and prevents them from curling up, but greatly increases their defense. As Alolan Sandshrew evolve, they begin to sprout sharp, steel-like spines from their back, which overtime get covered in hard, sharp ice. Their long claws prevent slipping on the tractionless ice, and also help to dig pathways through the deep snow.

#359 Baby - Absol live in remote mountains, far from civilization, in order to keep their young safe from the dark rumors that plague their species. Parents protect their eggs with single-minded focus, using their ability to sense disasters to protect their offspring from all threats. Newly hatched Absol pups, nicknamed Unsu, stay close to their dens, relying on their parents for protection until their sharp leg spikes grow in and their scythe-like horn further develops. Due to the parent’s strict guarding of their pups, humans almost never encounter young Absol in the wild; it is an immense sign of trust for an Absol to introduce it’s pup to a human.
Named: Unsu - Absol
This baby Absol was commissioned and belongs to Daraen J. Marley.
#359 Mega - Absol are reclusive Pokemon who will bond absolutely with a trainer who proves their worth. If their trainer possesses both the Key Stone and Absolite, an Absol may Mega Evolve during battle. The process amplifies Absol’s energy, causing the fur at the back of their mane to temporarily grow and stand on end, giving them the appearance of wings. Mega Absol grow longer spikes and an additional horn, which focuses their natural ability to sense disasters and grants them the ability Magic Bounce.

#744.5 (Midday) - Rockruff have lived closely with people since ancient times; their loyalty and friendly disposition make them ideal partners, but an experienced Trainer is necessary to properly train them through a rocky adolescence. Certain Rockruff feel a connection to the sun, and after training during the day and bathing in an abundance of solar energy, they will evolve into a distinct Midday Form. These Rockruff are generally tamer than their lunar counterparts, preferring to avoid unnecessary fights and feeling a deep appreciation and loyalty to a Trainer who accepted them during their rebellious youth.
#744.5 (Midnight) - Rockruff are friendly by nature, and are considered in Alola to be a good starter Pokemon for beginner Trainers. However, their disposition grows wilder and more aggressive as they age, often overwhelming these inexperienced Trainers, resulting in their abandonment. Certain Rockruff feel a connection to the moon, and after training at night and bathing in an abundance of lunar energy, they will evolve into a distinct Midnight Form. These Rockruff live for battle, and will only trust a Trainer who can truly draw forth their true power. The thrill of battling is so powerful that it causes their eyes to glow.
#744.5 (Dusk) - It is possible for certain Rockruff to evolve into a third, rare variation. These Pokemon must possess the “Own Tempo” ability, a hereditary trait that grants them a connection to both the Sun and the Moon; as such, they are strongest at sunset, when dusk begins. These Dusk Howlith share traits of the other two forms, being regularly both calm and loyal, yet possessing a ferocious fighting spirit once a battle commences. Their temperamental nature makes them a difficult species to raise.
