shadowheart is an unimpressive and even lacking starting character if we go only by her specs. she's a cleric, but her starting cantrip, fire bolt, relies on intelligence, not wisdom. sacred flame doesn't have the same utilities as other cantrips bc it's a saving throw. she doesn't hit hard enough and her trickery domain provides little in-battle support. you benefit greatly if you spec her OUT of being a trickery cleric. what's more is that deception and intimidation and persuasion - all charisma-based skills - skills that sharrans SHOULD have proficiences and expertise in - are ones she uses with a deficit (-1) due to having poor charisma

anyway, do you ever think about how shadowheart is ill-suited to be a sharran but because of how she was raised, she had no choice but to conform to a lifestyle that actively harms her? i think about that a lot

you cant trust bonesaw to surgery but you can trust riley. if riley is putting weird shit in you its with your best interests in mind. she might forget that its not normal to include a in-case-of-emergency chemical weapon agent you're immune to in your new parts but she means well and if you have any taste and sensitivity you would recognize as much

amy, meanwhile, might dispassionately give you more-or-less what you asked for when she's having her good days but as of ward is likely to accidentally put victoria's eyes over your nipples or make a hand grow out of your belly because she's not doing well or a sex pervert thought crossed her head. which would be fine if that's what you Asked for, but not ideal if you didn't!
