It’s kinda cool being a twin. I mean think about it… You have literally spent your whole lives together from the day you were conceived up to this point. Twins are somehow always connected and I’m grateful for that because I know I will never be alone.

Judge someone by their attitude when the rain starts pouring out of no where. By how they handle having to wait in line for things. By how they react when the store runs out of their shoe size. A well planned and organized person is always presentable, but it’s the raw unaccountability of the world that brings out the real you.

Make an effort with grandparents. Give tips to your brother on that girl he has a crush on. Tell your mom she looks beautiful even if her hair’s a mess and her eyes look tired. And for the love of god, hug your dad more often - he needs to be reminded that you’re still that little girl. Family is the one thing we all take for granted, yet the last thing we should.

Nearly my whole life I've been trying to figure out why some people are the way they are. Trying to figure out why some people treat you the way they do....It's a heavy burden to carry. One thing that has been heavy on my mind this week is if you are a Christian then these burdens aren't your burdens to carry. Do the best you can, and give the rest to God. Pray more, worry less, and learn to rest in the goodness of God. <3
