Hey how will Howdy’s family be swapped.

goooood question! I’m thinking of taking them one of two ways

Howdy either can’t remember much about them or they’ll still very present and in Christmas specials they’ll all gather in the post office over the bodega!

I’m still deciding how I want those aspects of the characters to work out when it comes to exactly how much I move from one character to the other and hopefully I’ll be able to showcase it soon!

wait where’s Ms Beagle, Barnaby’s mom. Also what type of ships will be in your AU. Will you have Frank x Eddie and Wally x Julie or something completely different. If you did what type of relationship will they have. For example will Wally x Julie, will it be healthy or toxic. I’m just curious about your AU because I love it so much.

I’ve seen many swap AU’s before they were okay. Yours though is amazing, will it become a comic series because if so I would love to see it.

Mrs. Beagle is still present! if I ever get around to drawing her she’ll change just a bit to better match Barnaby’s new personality

I just now answered an ask like this and there are no confirmed canon ships in my au! everything is up to whatever you’d like, and if I make fanart for a ship that’s not me confirming them to be canon! they’re just for fun cause I enjoy exploring dynamics :]

How does your swap au work?

I won’t get too deep in it but to summarize:

This au centers around a what if of Julie and Wally (and the other neighbors) have swapped places!…. But why?

Julie is aware of the fact that things feel out of place but can’t quite put her finger on the reason why. So she does her best to go on as normal and keep the audience and her neighbors entertained and blissfully unaware of the potential “problem”
