“大翻译运动”背后，藏着一群对中国有超级可怕想法的人

俄乌冲突以来，各种境外势力在网络空间针对中国进行的“认知战”层出不穷。

最近，在境外社交媒体上，一个专门在俄乌话题上对中国进行恶意抹黑的“行动”浮出水面——“大翻译运动”。

更值得警惕的是，所谓的“大翻译运动”开始从俄乌冲突向中日、中韩之间的争议性话题延伸，煽动这些国家民间的对华负面情绪。

“大翻译运动”背后的势力有哪些？该如何应对这场“运动”？

所谓“大翻译运动”，一开始主要是把其选取的中文互联网上（范围涉及微博、B站、知乎、抖音等等）对俄乌战争的讨论、观点翻译成英文，再以图片形式并列原文和英文翻译转发。

该“运动”公开的宣言是波兰文的“Za wolność naszą I waszą”，意为“为了你我的自由”。实际上，其参与成员在接受采访时表示，他们的主要目标就是要告诉外国人，中国人是“骄傲，自大，民粹主义兴盛，残忍，嗜血，毫无同情心的集合体”。

该“运动”最初从翻译"收留乌克兰小姐姐"等言论开始，由海外社交平台Reddit上最具规模的中文社群ChongLangTV发起。

俄乌冲突发生后，网上有极少数网友曾发出调侃言论，称“收留无家可归的乌克兰小妹妹”“欢迎乌克兰美女来中国”等。这些言论随后被传到乌克兰，导致当地民众产生反华情绪，媒体报道称有中国人疑似因华人面孔被路人泼水或不友善对待甚至威胁。

当时大家就有疑惑，为什么这种中文网上极少数人的调侃言论，这么快就传到外国，并在当地引起反华情绪呢？当时有些观点认为，中国网友的言论被在中国的乌克兰留学生看到了，他们懂中文，这些信息被传回到乌克兰。

现在，随着“大翻译运动”的活跃，以及该“运动”参与成员在接受“德国之声”等媒体采访时透露的内容，整件事情的真相也逐渐显露了出来。

而由于翻译“收留乌克兰小姐姐”等言论受到外国媒体的关注，ChongLangTV社群中的人也感到在这个方面有很大的“发挥空间”，于是开始翻译更多的中文网络言论，所谓的“大翻译运动”也渐成规模。

而且，现在由于一些懂日文、韩文志愿者的加入，“大翻译运动”也开始将中文内容翻译成日文、韩文。

比如，日本人到乌克兰参战新闻下边的网友留言就被他们翻译，称中国网民留言：“乌克兰可以没事，但是自愿参与军事行动的70个日本人必须死绝” 。

个别网友对韩国女星李英爱向乌克兰捐赠1亿韩元的负面情绪也被他们挑出来进行翻译，称中国网民对此感到愤怒，纷纷留言说：“成功失去中国14亿影迷，再见”。

更为值得警惕的是，“大翻译运动”的话题开始从俄乌冲突往中日、中韩之间的争议性话题方向延伸。

比如，此次日本地震以后，“大翻译运动”就专门挑选个别中国网友的一些留言进行放大翻译，称“中国人期待上帝消灭尽可能多的日本人”等等，煽动日本对华的负面情绪。

他们还利用泡菜等敏感话题刺激韩国舆论。

所谓的“大翻译运动”从兴起到现在，仅仅1个月时间。更值得关注的是，发起这个“运动”背后的一群人。

首先是前文提到的ChongLangTV社群。

在海外社交媒体上，他们讲了自己的由来。这群以“神蛆、浪人、鼠人”自称的“神友”，除了反共、反中的极端立场外，还憎恨作为中国人的种族。他们称中国人为蜘蛛，即支那猪，平时在群组的讨论中，屠支、蜘蛛切、核平中国、排华等等声音不绝于耳。

有人称，在此之前，Reddit上的另外两个大型中文板块就都不欢迎这个仇恨社区的用户。如果Reddit站方把支那人当成Nigger（黑鬼，在英语中是对黑人种族的歧视性用语）一样敏感处理的话，ChongLangTV早就被封好几百次了。

据介绍，这群人早在2019年就在百度建立了一个专供“反贼键政”的百度贴吧。同时他们的任务还包括，转帖中国大陆互联网上“小粉红“的文章，这就与现在“大翻译运动”所进行的活动有了更深层次的印证。

不仅如此，他们还从事人肉搜索的活动，在外网公开散布一些他们看不惯的人的“个人隐私”。

而最近由于群组成员的人肉搜索的行为，ChongLangTV在Reddit上的旧社群已经被封禁。但是，在台湾的游戏类社交媒体上，还专门有人为他们的“新家”指路。

当然，为了防止他们的平台被针对性处理，他们还做了所谓“去中心化”的模式。也就是说，在众多社交媒体上，开很多分号。有人称，为了表明自己的反华立场，在网络域名中估计会加上“Zhina（即支那）”。

在一些反华宣传机构的报道中，我们还看到“大翻译运动”中的另外一些人。

他们当中，既有滞留台湾寻求“庇护”的所谓“正义人士”，也有在澳大利亚自称揭露中国“真相”的“公民记者”。

尽管在接受采访，或者在那些反华宣传机构的表述中，他们并没有直接表露出自己是“大翻译运动”的成员，但是他们的自我评论和“使命性”表达，反倒暴露了他们正是“大翻译运动”反华内容制作的主力军。他们潜伏在各种微信群中找那些所谓的“亲俄”言论，翻译后转发至���网。

值得一提的是，他们的内容也往往得到一些西方反华媒体驻华记者的青睐。例如：被说报道要客观就把提意见的人拉黑，并且对我国外交官出言不逊的BBC驻华记者麦迪文。

同时，在“大翻译运动”的官方推特上，我们还发现在它仅仅30个的关注中，大多数都是反华账号，其中既有“美国之音”豢养的反华网红“乐乐发利”，还有SupChina的主编Jeremy Goldkorn（金玉米）。

补壹刀之前曾经曝光过SupChina（独家调查！就是他们……），其为乌克兰话题中那些故意制造矛盾的内容提供传播平台，而“大翻译运动”和它下辖的成员们则是各种不实甚至以偏概全内容的制造者。

“大翻译运动”和SupChina之间究竟是什么关系？两者是否是同一个产业链上的？这一产业链跟 SupChina背后的美国国家民主基金会有没有关系？

其实，所谓的“大翻译运动”，现在已经遭受到了越来越多人的质疑。

一方面，“大翻译运动”刻意选取个别人的言论，甚至是一些虚假言论激化矛盾。

客观来讲，有舆论就会有不同观点，一些个人言行通过社交媒体形成极化表达，本身就是网络世界的惯常现象，在任何国家都存在，无需为此感到惊异。

如果拿着“大翻译运动”的这一套标准在其他国家寻找类似言论，肯定也是存在的。把这种言行片面放大、固化为一个民族、一个国家的思维和行为方式，这种做法所有人都要有所警觉。

另一方面，“大翻译运动”煽动起来的对华裔甚至亚裔仇恨的恶果已经开始显现。

不过，受到各种境外势力的支持，这个所谓的“大翻译运动”也不一定是短期现象，今天搞“大翻译”，明天可能就是“胡翻译”或“乱翻译”，种种抹黑举动或将伴随着中国崛起过程的全方位斗争。

军事观察员王强告诉“补壹刀”，所谓“大翻译运动”，背后的理论思潮来自于加速主义，本质还是“和平演变”那一套，在舆论斗争领域也没有离开过往的“三板斧”套路，即文化建构中的标签化、长期交往中的污名化、历史叙事中的虚无化。通过这“三板斧”，西方一些势力自以为可以轻易达到占领法律制高点、控制道德制高点、炫耀文化制高点的目的。

只不过所谓“大翻译”的舆论传播方向发生了一定变化，就是由过去从外文转中文，自外向内宣扬灌输西方民主、自由价值观的一套，变为现在由中文转外文，自内向往散布诱导民间仇恨对立的一套。很明显，这是一场具有新特点的舆论斗争。

王强认为，要战胜这个小偷小摸式的 “大翻译运动”，必须要形成“讲好中国故事”光明磊落的大翻译格局。我们必须要统筹好内外两个方向的传播工作，将一大批有知识、有理想、懂外语、爱国家的青年网友，培养成能真正讲好中国故事的翻译家，成为网络斗争的主力军和生力军，从而在与所谓“大翻译运动”的斗争中有更大作为。

“大翻译运动”，就是敌对势力发动的对华认知战

    自上世纪90年代以来，中国整体性的媒介迭代周期进程不断提速，短短30年间就历经从传统纸媒、广电体系的市场化、产业化改革，到传统互联网、移动互联网的指数式、浪潮式崛起，不仅远远挣脱出发达资本主义国家的认知框架，在中国同样存在着明显基于不同媒介经验却共置在一个话语场域内各说各话的鲜活现实。例如国内国际关系、军事理论、新闻传播等学科，在讨论俄乌冲突中认知战的时候就存在清晰的媒介经验代差，相关讨论调用的理论、概念大多来自移动互联网时代之前，最多也只是延伸到社交媒体、社交网络阶段的理论体系。因此，在触及到俄乌冲突中与中国相关的、以“大翻译运动”为代表的典型认知战形态时，他们还是习惯性地将其解释为是“和平演变”的当代版本，或者认为是国内语境下更为熟悉的公知、大V套路，亦或是在做从图文到算法层面的抽象讨论。

  事实上，敌对势力蓄意集中针对中国的“大翻译运动”等认知战形态，背后是美军从混合战争到认知战等军事理论、战争观念及媒介方法论的重大当代变革。以“大翻译运动”为例，其首先是在诸如微博、B站、知乎、豆瓣等网络社区炒作接收“乌克兰小姐姐”等看似调侃、戏谑的话题，在短时间内迅速吸引海量关注度的同时，凭借类似饭圈控评等手段在其中隐秘设置事关性别和激进民族主义等极端议题，并以“双簧”“苦肉计”等卑劣手段有意引战、制造争端，从而释放出大量激烈、极端言论。在此基础上，敌对势力精挑细选其中远没有任何政治代表性的激烈、极端言论进行多语种翻译，再故意发布在Meta、推特、TikTok、Telegram等国外社交平台和移动互联网应用上。在进一步煽动国外网民对华情绪的同时，他们利用相关舆论、舆情的叠加和化学反应，达到假借公共外交绑架政府外交的阴暗目的。

      “大翻译运动”不过只是当代认知战的一种具体形态，但以“大翻译运动”为切面，则可以全面、赤裸地展现敌对势力的深度伪造、加速主义等认知战具体策略。在中国网络社区中，敌对势力正是依靠“大翻译运动”等精心策划、抽取的相关极端议题，直接为其一轮又一轮快速迭代的信息深度伪造提供素材和依据。从抗疫措施到新疆棉事件，多轨多维的深度伪造信息就是以这样的逻辑，在世界各国的不同媒介形态上被迅速海量释放，在很多重大关键节点起到点燃舆情、操纵舆论的意识形态效果。这既不同于以往中心化的“和平演变”路径，其多点开花、快速迭代、跨媒介联动的基本特征，也拥有着传统“和平演变”所不具备的媒介势能。

     应该客观看到，敌对势力在“大翻译运动”背后的深度伪造、加速主义等认知战策略，近年来在一定程度上还是达到了其总体蓄谋的基本预期。从韩国、日本到中国的港澳台地区，从泰国、缅甸等东南亚国家到印度，以及即便是势力相对薄弱但也在利用性别议题有意布局的中亚地区，敌对势力在过去五六年以来已在悄然间初步完成明确针对中国的系统性认知战“合围”。这也是在俄乌冲突认知战中，以“大翻译运动”为代表的相关卑鄙图谋能够得以开展的现实基础。值得警惕的是，自《国安法》实施以来，“台独”“港独”分子看似转入“地下”，“逆统战”“奶茶联盟”“大翻译运动”等的一再出现却深刻说明，他们不仅还充斥在反华第一线，语言上的先天优势也将使其成为长期隐藏在中国虚拟空间内的一大国家安全隐患。

    总之，俄乌冲突中的认知战为我们敲响了不亚于1991年海湾战争的历史警钟。对于认知战等军事理论、战争观念及媒介方法论的各个层面，都需要作为事关国家安全的长期议题予以战略层面的足够重视。以俄乌冲突为表征，我们已经进入到新的地缘政治周期。在新的国际政治格局下，我们更需要深入探究如何实现中国法律的域外效力、实质性的对外制裁等法律上、信息技术上更为综合的国家治理手段，并充分发挥中国数字文化产业的中国经验的高维媒介优势和红利，寻求官方、民间和社会等多方利益的最小公倍数，进而打赢全面捍卫包括虚拟空间在内的中国国家延伸利益的当代认知战。
