Enma's my favorite character in yo-kai watch, so I was devastated when I learned he had a manga dedicated to him yet I couldn't read it bc of the language barrier. forgot to include a TL note through that entire chapter somehow, so to make up for it here's a post explaining the wafers in Chapter 15. "Bikkurinyan Choco" is a parody of a popular Japanese wafer brand called "Bikkuriman Choco", which do indeed come with little collectible stickers inside.

The sticker illustrations are done in a cartoonish, squished style, often of mythological figures. They've done collaborations with other popular media before, but no Yo-kai Watch, though. Here's some assorted ones:

Many, many One Piece collabs

And even some with real life celebrities, such as this Japanese youtuber.

I'm unsure if the probabilities for rare stickers are truly 1 in 1,000,000, but Nurari is right that people do try and sell these for a quick buck on ebay and the like.
