Hey, shy reader here. I’ve read that youre thinking about deleting your tumblr and before that happens I just wanted to let you know that I adore your writing. You’ve been one of my favorite authors in this fandom for years now, but you’ve really outdone yourself with your new story. I've read fics in so many fandoms and on so many sites and yet I can’t remember ever coming across something written so professionally? It almost feels illegal to read it for free. This story should have a million clicks and if it were possible I would leave a 100 kudos on it. I’m so curious on how this story is going to end. Just so you know you have me sitting on the edge of my seat. Also, thank you for putting so much effort into researching all this stuff, it feels like I’m actually learning something while reading. lol This story is not even finished yet, but I can already tell that it's going to be on my list of alltime favorites.

I've finally got some more book prints. I'm so excited. I especially love how 'Perfect 10' and '(w)HELP!' turned out. The covers match the stories' themes perfectly. 'Stories about the moon' includes all Jonghyun oneshots since 2016 with little images above every new story.
I enjoyed designing covers for these stories way too much. They will look cute in my bookshelves for sure. I tried different styles to see what I like the most, and the covers of 'Perfect 10' and '(w)HELP!' really speak to me, they are very colorful and cute.

Wow - you remembered my birthday! lmao. Thank you! So many people who usually congratulate me in irl seem to have forgotten all about it this year, so it surprises me even more when someone on the internet remembered it. That's so kind of you! Thank you very much. The covid-19 numbers have skyrocketed in my country in the past few weeks again, so most people are very cautious about any kind of gatherings - therefore I didn't have much of a celebration. But the most important people in my life were present for dinner so that's all that matters. ^^
Thank you for your very kind words. I hope you will enjoy the remaining chapters as well. Reading from the beginning to the end in one go might actually be the best idea to enjoy the story to the fullest because I fear so many details in later chapters got unnoticed by readers because they couldn't remember details from previous chapters since my posting schedule was so inconsistent. :')
Random side note, I actually fulfilled a dream of mine and got Dorm Life printed for myself. It's so long that it fills two paperbacks with almost 700 pages each. So everyone who finished the story, you can give yourself a pat on the back - because that's a lot of pages...haha I hadn't realized I produced THAT much fic - but yeah. I hope the first volume will arrive on Monday. I reedited the first few chapters in the process of getting the book ready for printing and now I'm considering to exchange the reedited version with the one on Ao3, but I'm not sure yet. Anyway, I'm rambling into the void again. :')

omggg It's sad to read to me this because i love this fanfic so much :(( but i understand your side, hope u bounce back from the hiatus and keep writing other stories <33 love everything u write.

That's an interesting question. 🤔 I remember that people back in the day were absolutely against Jonghyun being the bottom in this story, but those were different times - bottom!jonghyun has become far more common in fanfics since then. So, I'm not sure. I totally agree with you that YouAreLove!Jonghyun most likely would be totally okay with that, I'm not sure if YouAreLove!Key would be okay with it, though. haha Looking at their dynamic in the fic, both options would probably work really well.

At this point I'm not sure what to reply to messages like this anymore. I want to see this story finished as well...but in my head I'm so far away from this story that I can't even remember how I wanted to finish it. I mean it was my first SHINee project and I began working on it over 11 years ago at this point and while it's still very precious to me and did 'funnily enough' stand the test of fanfic time (as in it's still readable after 11 years without being too cringey) I just don't see me finishing it anymore.
I know that it was one of the more popular SHINee stories on LiveJournal back then, but unfortunately there are like five people left from those days that still might want to read it today. I responded to a comment earlier this year that I might go back to You are Love after finishing my other fanfic project (Dorm Life) this year, but as I'm currently on an indefinite hiatus, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
To add to that - my writing style has changed so much in the span of 11 years that this whole story feels like one big patchwork rug of my shifting writing styles at this point - and while I've always tried to adapt to my original style in later years - it was a rather tough undergoing which made working on this story even harder.
Anyway, long story short, sorry. :( Sorry that I can't give you a more uplifting answer. :(
